I did not find Duelbits, 4cryptobet, Hunnyplay, BetFury, Wild.io and many more. Among all of them I think Duelbits are the one who really deserves a rating. They are doing really well. Even I saw their name in Football ground.

How did you rate these bookies? It's something out of your mind or you found it on any review/rating website. For me sportsbet.io and Stake.com are at the top. Then we have duelbits which you have not mentioned, fortunejack and many more.

I used to try it when I was gambling but to be honest it did not work for me. Even if you are gambling in different platform in different market still you need to be patience and be lucky to find a good arbitrage. On the other hand, bookies do not like their punters do arbitrage. They ban the customer if they find such betting pattern.  

Have accounts with few bookies, check odds, when you have good difference then place your bet. I used to have a calculator to calculate profit from arbitrage betting. It was useful.

We have exceptions. There were many who were given a second chance and unbanned with the condition that they can not participate in signature campaign. Their signature space is disabled for a year or two. I don't know the gravity of the offense OP did but if it is slightly tolerable then a signature ban can give him a time for redemption.

The only extension I used was TryNinja's personal note. It was good but then when I started to have issue with cloudflare I had to reset the entire browser.
