1681  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Cannabis Seed Token - Cana Token - Redeemable Token ☮ on: August 24, 2020, 11:08:45 PM
Just realized, that projects connected with cryptocurrency and cannabis appear almost every month and non of them are successful.
Question to Cana token team - what makes you different from others and why you believe you will succeed?

P.S. It will be no surprise, if in short time we will see a bounty promotional topic of your product.

The realization is the major problem in most blockchain projects and this industry is one of those that rarely see their actual product. Most of them ended up in trading without actually seeing what they want to offer in the first place. Based from their roadmap, they should have selected their sites for growing cannabis. So did they really go thru that process or just written on their roadmap to show that they are working on something? Anyone can select their location even just by looking at the google map. But how far did they go on this? Acquisition of land and permits? And after Sept, what are their next plans for this project?

1682  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can new crypto beat Eth in the market? on: August 24, 2020, 10:22:39 PM
There's high chances of seeing such happen. We have currently seen a project that supersed BTC lately so I wouldn't be surprised or argued in that aspect. Any coin can super ETH without looking back. It's all about team and plans of growth but let's watch and see how it goes but the market is crazy so anything can happen.
Price and market cap are two completely different things. Launch a coin with 1 total supply and see how astronomical its price could get.

Chances aren't high, I'd say. Considering the number of ETH tokens, I would have to guess there needs to be a large bubble pop in the shitcoins balloon in order for it to also fall. There's also a psychological thing that many may not see. We're used to seeing ETH, XRP and BTC at the top. If another coin gets up there, it might emotionally disrupt the markets for a while.

If someone is only looking at the price, then he is making wrong conclusion in the market. Because a project can have very low supply and beat the price level of eth but have you looked at the market cap? So yeah, price and market cap are 2 different things and they should both be considered when comparing alts. How about its overall impact in the community? The applications?

A new project has always the chance to beat eth or bitcoin, as we are living in a world full of surprises. And as we continue to advance in technology, there's always the possibility that someone can create the game changer in the market. But they need to surpass the achievements of these top projects before they can claim their position in the market.
1683  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: Token CashPay (TCP) on: August 24, 2020, 03:02:05 PM
Will it be possible if you can provide a WhitePaper and a picture of the team behind the project? Also, the website looks very unfinished and unpolished. I kindly ask if you can put all the essential and necessary information before posting any links in order to avoid any confusion for potential buyers. Thanks!

Hello! Bela paper is not included in the project. The description says so. Since it's not necessary. The site is a business card. The project is only gaining momentum.

We can't expect more from project like this, asking for whitepaper or team members. Better look for quality projects that may live long in the crypto market if someone wants to invest. Not being pessimistic here but let's face the reality. What will gonna be the major reason why this token will survive in the market?
1684  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Power Trade-Crypto Options Trading<-->Airdrop<--> on: August 24, 2020, 11:04:31 AM
Before anything else, where can we find the technical details of your token? Is there whitepaper prepared for this trading platform? How about team members? Are they going to be published? Because if a trader/investor wants to send money, at least know who are behind this project? But I can say, the website is simple and sleek.

But don't forget the important details of the project, if there's any - whitepaper, technical specs, team members, contract address.
1685  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO][DeFi]Crimson Capitals| Earn ETH from CrimsonDApp Every Month on: August 23, 2020, 11:21:47 PM
Everyone, this is an important announcement regarding to our Whitepaper. We got to know that our Whitepaper is plagiarized with PECUNIO Whitepaper. 8 pages out of 33 pages have similar contents as Whitepaper.[...]

Looking at both documents, I noticed a large amount of copied/pasted text. How did you come to the conclusion that it was only 8 pages? Even the table of contents is almost identical.  Did you even look at the original document and compare it to your own? Huh

In any case, plagiarism in itself, regardless of quantity, is a pretty big omission and very bad for any project. Whitepaper is the backbone of the project and should not be taken lightly.

Yeah you know all the plans, that was not even tokensale fund, what a point.

By the way, a great relationship with potential customers. I admire your communication skills.  Grin

We will see more of this situation because the DeFi hype is not over. So most of them are in a hurry to deploy their project to the public to get their share of the DeFi hype. With this, they overlooked some of the vital component of their project, which in this case is their very own whitepaper. As they hired someone to do that, it is aggravating that they didn't even check the content of their own whitepaper, which is basically the heart of their project. I hope people are not so gullible from this mistake and just forget what has been done. Because later on, you don't know what kind of problem you will gonna encounter because of this rush preparation.
1686  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] BYTN - All in one Crypto Ecosystem on: August 23, 2020, 10:33:11 PM

As I have encountered this project again, I have seen there are some additions on your website. But I am wondering what kind of partnership are you having with google cloud? Or are you just using their services and there's really no partnership going on between you two?

Also, based from your website stats, you have about 20 partners. Who are they? And with the 256 users, does it mean 256 holders of your coin?

1687  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sports Industry taking over the Crypto space on: August 23, 2020, 09:50:11 PM
I doubt it is just sports industry, it is in fact all the industries in the world who are looking at crypto and specially blockchain technology a lot better, which means everyone in the world is giving more attention towards bitcoin and blockchain. Sports is not niche in this regard, they are on par with many other ones.

Finance is the big one that is involved with crypto a lot and gambling is coming second, exchanges and casinos are biggest in the crypto world and that is not changing anytime soon and nothing will take over those two anytime soon, not the way they are growing right now. However, I would say other industries finally taking a look at crypto is actually quite cool because we need adoption to grow stronger and this is a great way to do it.

Whether sports industry or DeFi or gambling industry, those industries are good for crypto adoption. So on my end, I don't  care if sports is the leading or DeFi is leading in the current market, as long as they help in crypto adoption, it will be good in crypto community in general. I don't want to take sides on this matter, because all of them are important in the growth of crypto community. They have their specific industries to address with, and I believe we all need them to increase the number of crypto users. The more we are, the better for crypto.
1688  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM WARNING] Crimson Capitals DeFi with Plagiarized Whitepaper! on: August 23, 2020, 07:01:26 AM
We have to be vigilant with these DeFi projects. This just shows that most of them are resorting to copying to get on board while this hype is still not over. If you are an investor, you can also do a quick research of your own if the project is not yet listed here in the scam accusations board. Because there will be more of them but not all are being caught. It is better to find out those scrupulous projects before you become a victim of yourself.
1689  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ICO] ANN Zensports Peer-to-Peer Sports Betting on: August 22, 2020, 11:57:01 PM

I have checked their site due to their current signature campaign but sadly this is only an app and can only be accessed through app installation. Hopefully they consider on making a website platform
but im not saying that their current development is bad.Its just a personal preference though.

Good luck on Zensports team.. As suggested they should really be active on this forum if they do really like for some recognition.

I agree with this. Some of us still prefer the web application. On my end, I like to access via web so my screen is bigger and easy for me to navigate. But yes, it is true. It is more of personal preference. With about 2 years here, they should have web app already. But with their current campaign, maybe this will help them attract some gamblers to install their app and bet on them.

Normally, we are used to seeing a gambling site developed first via web app and later on mobile but this one is the other way around.
1690  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Markaccy –The Gateway to Financial Decentralization & Service Distribution on: August 22, 2020, 11:07:04 PM
It's crazy project, they canceled doing IEO
allocation for the bounty is only 300 000 tokens which are equal to $6000, maybe participants will only get $2 for their work for 8 weeks

Hi, you are free to leave the campaign if you think the reward is not fair. The bounty pool reward is not worth $6000 as the price of the token is not fixed and controlled by the people in the market.
Sounds absurd, we understand the current situation, IEO cancellation, indeed we can't confirm the initial price in the market when the trade is open, but at least we have value and of course the bounty participants also ask for results that match their work for 8 weeks, here the bounty participants ask and they really want to know why the IEO was canceled and what is the main reason?

The team may not disclose the real reason of cancelling their IEO, but if you are a bounty participant, you need to weigh if it is still worth your effort to stay in their campaign. As we are in uncertain times, you need to have smart decisions on this kind of things as you may end up wasting your time for pennies. Study again the project, how strong is it? Can they really compete with others? Do they have the capability to pull it off? And decide what's best for your interest.
1691  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Avalanche mainnet will go live in two weeks – which price do you expect? on: August 22, 2020, 10:10:06 PM
Avalanche is a really good project especially if you are planning to hold it for the long term. Upon mainnet release, I am expecting the price to be at least x1.5 that's just my opinion and not investment advice. I don't trust the IOU AVAX price.

Seems a promising project to follow but don't expect too much returns from this. But 1.5x is already a good profit and it seems very plausible to happen. But as a trader, you need to get the pulse of the market also as well as the actual development of this project. A lot have been comparing this project to more established ones like Cardano. But it is too early to tell their fate in the crypto community as we need to see first what they have got under their sleeves.
1692  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [PoW/PoS/MN] [Quark] NADir, a community-driven experiment in governance on: August 22, 2020, 08:55:51 PM

no website?
no logo?
no pool?
cli is missing too...

We're working on all of that, but we felt it was more important to open mining up to anyone who wanted to hop on, rather than hogging the earliest blocks for ourselves.

It's great that you are allowing the community to mine at early blocks but I have seen a lot of community-driven projects and their developments was so slow, they just gave up and abandoned the project. Since this is like experimental project also, what will be the dev's strongest motivation to keep up this project? What particular use case are they focusing on? Is there really use case for this project or just  saying it will have to entice some crypto users on board? Let's see...
1693  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [SPORE][ICO] Spore Token: Blockchain Infrastructure for Businesses on: August 21, 2020, 11:54:52 PM
If you want to post images in your OP, you can purchase copper membership here -

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=credit;promote

So you can improve the presentation of your ANN thread. With all the links provided, where is your official website link? I hope this is just not a wannabe crypto project because listing in Uniswap is easy peasy nowadays. And yes, you need to translate your docs in english because most of us don't understand your language. Thanks.
1694  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and crypto currencies are getting dangerous on: August 21, 2020, 11:15:08 PM
you are confusing bitcoin with centralized services.
bitcoin is the same way as it has ever been regarding the level of privacy and freedom it provides. but when you decide to use a centralized service with this decentralized currency then obviously you are subjecting yourself with all the rules that centralized service forces on you.
if you don't like that then don't use them!

And to add here, why using centralized services is dangerous? If you have nothing to hide and just a regular crypto user, it is normal for these centralized platforms to ask KYC because it is part of their license. Now, if you don't want to use this service, you can opt to p2p platforms but you should be ready with the risk involved. Converting your crypto to fiat usually entails submitting your kyc doc, whether via remittance center or local exchange, so you really can't avoid this step. But one thing you can avoid is submitting your docs to scrupulous websites..
1695  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why I am focousing more on $ALTS than Bitcoin on: August 21, 2020, 10:07:11 PM
Whenever the dominance of bitcoin decreases the price of it increases which also affects the altcoin price to increases which means altcoin's market caps are increased. So there is no reason to skip one for another it is better to invest on both but bitcoin is just a single coins where as alts is combinations of thousands of tokens and coins its really hard which one to choose particularly.

Investing in both, bitcoin and altcoin will give you good results if you know how to handle your trading skills. When it comes to altcoin, this will be a difficult one as there are so many alts to choose from. You need to choose wisely when it comes to alts because most of them are only short-lived so in my opinion, better stick to established alts with promising developments on the way. At least you can never go wrong that they will still be in the market even after few months of holding.
1696  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Blockmembers.io - THE FUTURE OF HOME BUILDING IS HERE on: August 20, 2020, 11:47:42 PM
As I have encountered again your project and upon checking your site, you already added your partners and suppliers.

So why is this project not getting attention though you have running bounty programs here in the forum? Also, I have checked your autoconstruction.org site and you have long list of partners with corresponding links. That's great job! So I am assuming that you can move forward with your developments because there are a lot of companies that are already backing up this project, is that right?
1697  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: JustBet - Where Everyone is a WINR - IEO on BitMart - $28K Hard Cap on: August 20, 2020, 10:53:29 PM

Thanks for your strong support. WINR tokens sold out in seconds. WINR will be listed on BitMart on 28th Aug. with WINR/USDT pair.
The sales were amazing everything went quickly, but I did not know the project beforehand, so my eyes were closed to join, obviously now it looks good, isn't there any promotional event you will do for the Justbet project?

That went well for them. Maybe because their hard cap is only small. And they have couple of investors here so attaining $28k hard cap was very easy for them. Now, let's wait how their decentralized gaming platform will compete with popular casinos here. They should have nice bankroll also as they are decentralized, every transaction should be fast and smooth as this is what their selling here.

1698  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [UNICRAP][UNOFFICIAL] THE MOST USELESS TOKEN ON UNISWAP EXCHANGE!🦄 on: August 20, 2020, 09:58:13 PM
I won't be surprised if there will be traders that will jump on this one. As the title suggests, there is no reason for this token to exist and yet people are buying it? Why? For the mere purpose of hype and profit. And sadly, there are people that will go onboard and make money from this useless token. Sooner or later, uniswap exchange will be full of crap tokens. I guess, one of the objectives of this project's creator is to see how gullible investors are. If they can get money out of this, that will be their win. If not, that's fine. Not so much effort here, just by putting up the site with crap content and creating the contract address.
1699  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: CZ: We are seeing ATH in terms of system traffic. Higher than Dec 2017 on: August 19, 2020, 11:56:00 PM
But CZ shouldn't tweet it though, I mean its pretty obvious as the price is really on the $12k now despite the pandemic around. So I would agree that he is like promoting bitcoin and his exchange and wanted to remain on top of the food chain.

It's pretty much just social media publicity. We all know that there are a lot of people holding cryptocurrencies that have been waiting for a bull run for a while now, and such tweets will most definitely give these bagholders more confidence; ending up with CZ gaining a good number of likes and re-tweets. Heck, he could lie about it and it wouldn't matter because there's no way for us to know for sure if it's a fact or not anyway.

and well.. he surely did get what he was probably expecting:

And we will see more likes and re-tweets of that. But actually such move will be good in the crypto community. As noncrypto users will take a second look and may further dig more about crypto and later on end up as avid crypto user. That means CZ is also paving the way for crypto adoption. So whether it is a bluff or not, in some way, it gives confidence to the crypto community. Because we need educated crypto user rather than user who is jumping on the hype without a clue of what's going on.
1700  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DeFi coins have turn the market into confusion on: August 19, 2020, 11:13:23 PM
I won't say confusion because all the big exchanges cashing out of this hype aren't confused probably the new Investors looking for new opportunity are the ones that would be getting confused. Using greed in the statement above should be the right word. Something like 'Defi coins has turned the market into a state of greed'. Kucoin exchange can't stay a day without tweeting about the next big DeFi project they'll new listing which just make me begin to hate the exchange the more. Guess that won't matter because all exchange are guilty in some way on this issue.

DeFi as a trend has brought impressive profit to some traders so has it made many find themselves in unrecoverable losses, you just have to be cautious to avoid them losses. I have a been on both side of the coins so I know that feeling. The easiest way to play it safe is to keep sating bitcoin and ignore the hype.
Very well said and its no surprise that most exchange will surely jump in with the trend even with the most popular platforms out there since we know that hype can really give out potential profits yet people
will surely dive in and make use which will really add up on exchange total volume and of course in revenue itself.

I dont know why people are really much being hyped with this and for new people who do just recently know about crypto through DeFi projects then these fellas would definitely experience loss yet they dont know on
how this market do behaves when it comes to pure pump and dump projects that had been just masked up by the current trend.

For those people who had been here on this market for a while can really take advantage or do take the risk on riding with this and make money.Later on, they do cash out smartly since
they are already aware on what would happen next.

That's right, confusion is mostly appropriate to these investors, whether new or old ones in crypto. Because definitely, these exchanges are not confused of raking money from these users who are willing to get on board with the current hype. I am seeing another ICO-fate scenario here in the very near future. If users will not be careful, this will be another breeding ground of scammers and actually it is already happening. As we have observed, a lot of these DeFi-related projects suddenly launched and some are suddenly awakened from their grave. I hope investors are smarter now and not fall for every DeFi project introduced and listed especially in Uniswap (just making an example here).
