1681  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The best time to buy bitcoin. on: March 21, 2023, 03:10:25 PM
I guess Bitcoin has already hit its floor, which means we might see a stable price from here onwards. Honestly, I believe that $20k is still a fair price to buy. It's a very cheap price compared to its all-time high. Based on the price trends, when a bull market comes, a new all-time high (ATH) is created. So, if the price is currently at $20k, it might likely increase to at least 5 times that amount, which means a good profit opportunity.
It is crossing 28k USD soon and hence if you bought at 20k bottom you did a good job, if you did not, then better luck next time. Tongue

Like I always say, there is not best time for buying, but whatever is going down should be bought at intervals and not just watched to fall. These chances are few and should be seized without fail.

All time high is far from here, so one should continue to accumulate and keep selling out of the question. When the prices reach highs again we can think of selling, unless you are in some emergency.
1682  Economy / Economics / Re: Why is Bitcoin always affected on: March 21, 2023, 03:06:59 PM
I apologize if this is a dumb question but the fact is that I don't know why.

My question is, why is Bitcoin market always affected by all economics news, example is the issues with US bank like the SVB. Thank you
There is no concrete answer to this, we can only guess.

Bitcoin buyers/sellers are also investing in different sectors like stocks/commodities and they usually keep up with the news that breaks the internet. Hence an association of crypto with SVB and Silvergate made them think that crypto markets would drop after that news, I believe it was the reason for the dump, but you cannot confirm nor deny this because the proof will never be found. But this is usually how the market reacts to a news.

What was not expected is the rise in bitcoin price after this dump.

In general, you should not be bothered by news, your goal is to accumulate bitcoin at every dump, treat them as just some numbers, keep the emotions out.
1683  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New projects come out when bull market begin. on: March 21, 2023, 03:01:48 PM
Hello i just want to ask if i you guys also notice when the bitcoin rise there are also a lot of new projects come out and if bitcoin fall there are only few projects build, is it because some projects developer notice that most of the successful projects are build in bull market and most of the projects build on bear market are failed? Or they don't care about bull and bear market and they build thier project because the time is already been set?
Nah you are right, most of the new "shady" projects come out when the market is bullish, this is because they want to capitalize the sentiment that crypto is a flourishing sector and draw the attention on social media about crypto towards their project.

It is like investing when the market is performing well. For a veteran trader, we all know that this is tactically wrong, you dont buy in the bull market, rather you sell. While people are losing, that is the time to buy. For a newbie, they lack the experience that teaches us this, so they enter during the bull usually by catching the social media buzz.

Some projects even claim that bear market lead tot their collapse - I call that bullshit because a project that actually develops something worthy will survive every bear/bull cycle.
1684  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happens when new altcoins encourage religious, political and other agendas? on: March 20, 2023, 03:58:26 PM
We are in such a mess crazy world today, where anything can be encouraged, either good or bad, people don't think deeply anymore, many people have their inner delusions and when someone works toward it, their dream they rise up to support asap, most things that are happening today is all started by religions, I serve the master of this universe but I never get to a position where I let my someone else thoughts affects mine.
You do have to keep an open mindset though, that is what bitcoin has been an symbol for. To remove oppression and to stand on your own.

It is true that many religions have financial codes but these are made by humans and no being came from the sky and wrote them down on a block of cement. So feel free to enter any altcoin that you feel is worth investing in, but do this with diligence and not because they are promoting a certain propaganda. Consider your profit/loss and only then should you invest.

Or just be safe and invest in bitcoin, why bother shitcoins anyway? Roll Eyes
1685  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This is the last chance to exchange stablecoins for Bitcoin on: March 20, 2023, 03:47:12 PM
I don't it is the last chance to exchange. Stable coins are not gonna disappear
They obviously will not disappear because someone else is going to take their place and then the whole fiasco gets forgotten, because the public memory is low and slow, but this forum and its members do remember.

Again most people dont care, they will keep stablecoins like any other coin and just flow through this in a couple of months or so. The real problem with stablecoins will however be understood by those who are diligent enough.

Still then I hope people concentrate more on bitcoin and buying it when it is low and not speculating the future of stablecoins, because someone will take over.
1686  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it best to have a personal trading strategy? on: March 20, 2023, 03:41:44 PM
My major problem is how long do people really stick to their strategies and when do one has to regard a strategy as a failed one because I personally trash an strategy that persistently brings me losses over profits because I'm in the market to make money not loss them.
The buy low sell high method does not fail. Execute it properly and at multiple levels and watch your profits come in.

It is true that many people keep talking about strategies and all but mostly it is just guts to keep the buy low sell high concept on and running. The more you try to hunt for methods and strategies the more you realize that people are only trying to fool you. Trading is very simple if you follow the above method.

The difficult part is patience and the grit to keep holding through a bear run.
1687  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Being drunk while trading what was your experience on: March 20, 2023, 03:35:58 PM
Drunk is not allowed in my religion and I don't have any experienced yet being drunk while trading in cryptocurrency, its seems not good ideas when you spent your money by investing or trading in cryptocurrency lost consciousness because you can't controlling about which one worth or potential coins for trading.
Losing consciousness during trading is a complete no-no you have to be physically and mentally stable when trading otherwise it is a waste of time, money and effort. A non-trader is better than a knocked-out trader.

With substances of abuse one only increases their losing chances. I assume many people drink only to forget their sorrows and from there addiction starts and they cant handle withdrawal and they attempt to drink more - the vicious cycle of alcoholism.

In any case, we have to remain sober and clean when it comes to trading, have a code of discipline if you want to make money. Remember that preventable losses bring the biggest regrets and dont be one of them.
1688  Economy / Economics / Re: Scarcity of money on: March 19, 2023, 08:07:27 AM
You have to build your own farm and grow your own crops, thats how I see it, complaining will not work because everyone needs to survive.

The better term here is the skilled get the money and the country that has more influence will always prosper than others. It might suck to live in a country that has a poor economy, low natural resources to sell and poor living conditions. But it is upon the individual to move on from that, earn a living and strive to reach a better living condition.

More money in circulation does not solve the problem, that increases the inflation. But how much a person is able to work and earn, that differs.
1689  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] Fake cloud miner on: March 18, 2023, 10:18:23 AM
Just mine coins out of thin air and make free money and topple the government's federal supply - what cheap weed guys smoke everyday needs to be tested. By now any phrase having the term "cloud mining" immediately raises a red flag for me, but there will always be some newbies falling for this, so these threads should suffice to warn them about the possibility of doing their due diligence before stepping into that uncharted area.

Flag supported from my end.
1690  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it advisable to buy now or letter? on: March 18, 2023, 10:12:44 AM
The price is on the rise since the last dump and has been increasing by 1000$/day and therefore not the time to buy but hold. I know you might feel impatience building up because you are unable to buy with newly owned money to spent but patience is a key factor keep the pro traders from the wannabe traders. We might see a dump in coming future when it would be right to buy again, specially if the price drops below 20k USD, otherwise we are in for a bull ride upwards.

Remember that the patience you have today will give you good results in future if you can manage to keep it.
1691  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Referral bonuses are waste of time on: March 17, 2023, 02:23:57 PM
If you are an affiliate marketer you would know how profitable these systems are. It is a tough job, because you need to maintain a website, put out engaging content there such that the viewers click the referral links in the article and also be honest about how you are maintaining the business while keeping a social media presence. In short it is a full time job but can be done from home itself, with occasional visits to conferences and games.

Imagine having a bunch of high rollers making average 25BTC bets and you are getting 10% of that. The amount of capital you can generate from them wagering is huge.

That is why I always say that the real winners in a casino are never the players, but the owners, the affiliate marketers and the ones who invest in the casino bankroll.
1692  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happens when new altcoins encourage religious, political and other agendas? on: March 17, 2023, 02:19:07 PM
Bitcoin is an epitome of free speech and freedom from these dogmas. If someone inside is trying to incite such topics and using that to polarize users, they should not be given any more of your time. There are cunning users trying to use these angles to get investors into their pocket but that is just another scamming method which you all must understand.

Previously I have seen coins like ADAB exchange which was also a shady project using religious sentiments and that project is nowhere to be found now.

In either case, someone inciting an agenda is an immediate red flag. Trust bitcoin and stop spending your money on useless memecoins and shitcoins.
1693  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Time to buy or sell? on: March 17, 2023, 02:09:53 PM
The market is still about three times below its all-time high, so I'd still say it's time to hold and buy. This mainly applies to those who are long term traders. This will not apply to short term traders as short term trading has to go through buy and sell daily. And the market is already going downish again, so I'd say wait a little longer and you'll be better off buying. Although the market is still unstable but from the downfall signal it can be predicted to come back from 18k again.
I would hold instead of buying, since bitcoin is crossing 25k there are chances it might keep going up or suddenly drop. These are times to hold and watch the market and not get unsteady and make a trade. Short term swings in price will happen and you cannot predict that easily or react easily.

I guess Biden's speech for covering up the Silvergate fiasco worked and for us that is a positive change for now, but we should be wary that similar events will happen in future and that stablecoins are not that safe as some users might previous believe.

Our overall strategy remains same, buy at the low, if you miss it and market goes up, hold and sell during the high.
1694  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What other ways are available for purchasing Bitcoin? on: March 16, 2023, 07:55:54 AM
Charles Hoskinson stated that cryptocurrency needs to cut ties with banks, how do you think this will work out? Because I use Fiat through Bank to purchase Bitcoin and other altcoins, is there any possible way that this can work out? What ways can someone buy Bitcoin without the help of Banks?
Bisq network might help on this case. In general paying has to be done from th buyer's side with a valuable asset in above cases it is fiat. We are yet to find options on how to eliminate that. You can't just buy Bitcoin from thin air, just like buying gold you need to pay with something.

P2P systems might come in future to streamline this but I see this an uptapped market indeed.
1695  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Future of play to earn games on: March 16, 2023, 07:51:21 AM
What do you think about play to earn blockchain games? Do you think that video game players will one day abandon Sony and Microsoft companies for play to earn games or Microsoft and Sony will one day be forced to allow play to earn games to run on their gaming devices?
It is possible but I don't see that much excitement in this topic from the community as of now. Play to earn for them seems like a child's play similar to hunting faucets at one time. On the other hand this concept can be utilised in a better manner but I am yet to see any.

Bigger names taking up crypto realted stuff does face a lot of backlash so I guess it would be worth watching, maybe in near future.

However if it does not generate a market, the games will die down.
1696  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What makes a crypto project reliable and trustworthy ? on: March 16, 2023, 06:46:04 AM
In my opinion, what can foster trust in the Altcoin project is its presence in the market, or in other words that the altcoin has movement in the market and has a large number of enthusiasts. Besides that, what an altcoin project can rely on is if the altcoin has a clear roadmap and also has future use cases. thus, in my opinion, this is an Altcoin project that can generate trust for many investors
Trust is built from history. If a project develops and delivers it's promises, the community will trust it's future and thus invest in it. This is lacking or short lived in most altcoins getting launched. It is mostly the older coins which have somewhat delivered.

We investors need to observe for a couple of year if not more whether the project that we are seeking actually delivers and keeps promises.

Even then many projects have gone scam after years of development.
1697  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you Think might aid the global adoption of Bitcoin? on: March 15, 2023, 08:11:52 AM
Suppose there is a well known convenience store in the locality and they start giving out special discounts to people spending crypto there. The interest in the public will rise about this "new" thing. They will get the impetus from themselves to know about it and then try to aquire it.

Compared to this method, force feeding a person with the idea of crypto and making them use it has less compliance.

Thus my point is that the adoption of crypto does not necessarily need governmenta but th people's acceptance and use. Do that and the government will be forced to allow crypto.
1698  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Never Trade on Emotions on: March 15, 2023, 08:07:48 AM
This is very sound advice, because this type of trading can play a trick on a trader. Under the influence of emotions, very often a trader can afford not at all what should be done in such a situation.
Some people get emotional at the loss and begin to do reckless things like taking a loan or borrowing from friend. Eventually they lose that capital too and with that the reputation they have in public. Sadly, once this happens it is a downward spiral. This has destroyed many budding traders who had potential but were not of the proper mindset.

We have to be logical here. In spot trading we still have the asset at hand and thus preventing this disaster is done when choosing the asset not after buying it. Having faith in that asset will make you focused on that and thus lead to safer trades.
1699  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: my small investment on: March 14, 2023, 02:12:32 PM
Buying at 19k you could sell at 24k, if you did not you should just hold till the price drops again. But dont make this a habit, rather make the habit of selling and using the fiat difference to buy back crypto at a lower price, that is how you gradually multiply your total asset amount.

Dont demean yourself by calling it a small investment, at least you have started to invest and that is a good thing. Consider those unlucky fellows who are still sitting in the sidelines waiting for the next opportunity. They will never get one in true sense, because the drops come and go quickly, you have to place the order and keep it there.
1700  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people stay poor? on: March 14, 2023, 02:05:50 PM
I have always wanted to ask this question is it that there is no opportunity or they do not want to get rich
Mate please more to this I am confused here.
Being rich is a subjective term, objectively there is no upper limit to call a person rich, even the biggest millionaire can think themself to be poor and attempt to earn more.

But being poor, depends on a number of reasons, one of which is the country they live in and what their skills are. With good skills one can earn a living but that might not be enough to compare with a millionaire, obviously. The point is whether they are happy with their earning and satisfied with their work.

Today everyone is trying to find new methods to grow their assets and it is a good attempt to gradually improve the living conditions of your family and its future. Becoming rich takes time, years and the assets will be enjoyed not in your lifetime but mostly by the next generation if they are following the frugal footsteps that their predecessors have paved.
