It is very hard to predict it. I meant PSG will be playing with a lot of new players. Its performance in league 1 is not yet stable at this moment. No team without proper European talents are winning anything this season. Take Chelsea as an example, they spend a lot last season and ended 12th on the table and they even spend more this season and so far they are still struggling this season. Likewise PSG, they had a front 3 of Messi, Neymar and Mbappe with some other great players and still couldn’t win the champions league as we all expected so that’s just football. Even after spending so much and buying great players if the players don’t blend well and understand each other well they won’t be able to perform well so you can’t say a team that spends 100 of millions this summer will win the league, there is every possibility of other teams winning it as well. Now I agree with you on this, bringing in a lot of European players doesn't guarantee that they will be successful, but of course the impact of the arrival of European players will make the league more competitive. I like it when you make comparisons like with Chelsea who spend a lot of money, but in terms of the game it's like there's no change.
