Buy supernet soon. Then you will receive 3 dividends of assets within a few days!
only Pangea asset is imminent, the others are in the pipeline, along with SNN and a few others timing uncertain on exact dates of asset dividends

damn, jl777 you are so passionate with your projects that i have decided to invest more BTC in them. I even like your sense of humor ("dev orchard") lol. Only thing is, I cannot decide wether to go with buying more Unity shares or BTCD.
I would go for BTCD if you already have some SuperNET shares. It can use some support now with staking. Actually i already own both, just trying to increase the most profitable one of those two BTCD is more volatile, so it would tend to have a higher range. Since it is already significantly below ATH, just getting back to ATH would more than double. For SuperNET, getting back to ATH would be less than 50%. I think the technical requirement that people have to have some BTCD to fully operate SuperNET would reduce available supply. Both are of course good long term but the liquidity is not so good yet and BTCD has this annoying bot that is stuffing the sell side to push the price down so until the botmaster flips the switch to buy side, no telling when the down pressure will go away. So, are there any updates on:
1. The NAV wrt to the "super" traders. have they been growing the portfolio?
2. The value bonus to jl777? iirc he would get a bonus if the superNet NAV was 3x ipo value by year end. It doesn't look like the price is on target for that. What happens to the assets allocated for that bonus if it isn't paid out?
thanks
1. without shorting, a bear market makes it difficult to make profits. Only one of the supertraders has managed to boost the 10BTC bankroll to 15 BTC. So, unfortunately not much progress from SuperTraders for now 2. it would just go to working capital

Possible uses include a plugin store for downloads, multiwallet and generally allowing crypto to have a lower entry barrier due to not requiring downloading blockchains. Monetization details will be announced in the forum thread. jones is doing he core work, BTCDdev the applications/API and hopefully will be able to announce the GUI dev soon. We also got some HTML published in the DHT cloud index.html that included some javascript and a jpg file with: curl -k --data-binary '{"jsonrpc": "1.0", "id":"curltest", "method": "SuperNET", "params": ["{\"requestType\":\"publish\",\"files\":[[\"image.jpg\",\"image/png\"],[\"supernet.js\",\"application/javascript\"],[\"index.html\",\"text/html\"]]}"] }' -H 'content-type: text/plain;' https://127.0.0.1:7777/after that the web page is accessible via: http://127.0.0.1:7776/071337104547011275without needing any plugins James Very nice. Is it also possible to delete the pages? Will it find and remove all instances of it's files stored on other cloud systems? And... how would someone else access the pages... externally? Or will it simply be accessible if you are running a SuperNET client? once you are connected to the network, the DHT address is accessible to you, so anybody would pull up the page via the same localhost URL. Its a bit confusing to be getting data from the cloud via localhost, but this is the power of DHT. An abstract number represents a coordinate in the cloud and all the peers share and distribute this content I dont have a delete function yet and it is possible someone would keep a copy. Also, I dont have any concept of ownership of a location, so anybody can currently overwrite it. It was just a one day proof of concept to show the power of SuperNET API, just happened to spawn another API call James

I ran into some difficulties with getting all parts of InstantDEX happy, so rather than try to code it up before it was ready, I wanted something easy to code. There was some discussion in the slack about publishing HTML in the cloud and it seemed like a nice one day task. So, now we have a "publish" API that lets you publish HTML files in the DHT cloud. With or without encryption (+ PIN) and with MofN up to 255. to publish index.html that included some javascript and a jpg file with: curl -k --data-binary '{"jsonrpc": "1.0", "id":"curltest", "method": "SuperNET", "params": ["{\"requestType\":\"publish\",\"files\":[[\"image.jpg\",\"image/png\"],[\"supernet.js\",\"application/javascript\"],[\"index.html\",\"text/html\"]]}"] }' -H 'content-type: text/plain;' https://127.0.0.1:7777/after that the web page is accessible via: http://127.0.0.1:7776/071337104547011275without needing any plugins. There are no protections built in yet and only files of 30kb are handled (unless MofN is used, then it is even less) so it is more a proof of concept, but theoretically a two way link can be made between browser and "server" via Telepathy and it would then be possible to have an interactive website in the cloud without anybody knowing the IP address of the publisher. though this will take a lot more than a day to do. still I thought that was pretty cool! James P.S. Thanks to bassguitarman who got a Mac QT wallet of BTCD + SuperNET working! Seems to have worked first shot cross platform. We now have 125+ in slack and I believe one of the largest active crypto communities. 10000 messages goes by in a few days, that is the limit for the free mode of slack

well I tried it now. I have deleted everything in btcd path except wallet.dat and bitcoindark.conf I opened the wallet, unlocked it but it doesn't sync. (0 active connections) it's opened for more than 30 minutes. I can see past transactions although it shows I have 0 btcd in overview (which is OK for the moment) bitcoindark.conf has the nodes of first post
if it is called bitcoindark.conf it wont work BitcoinDark.conf with only two of the letters capitalized

guys, anyone understands what's going wrong with my windows wallet? I cannot open it. (it's latest version) running windows 7 64bit 1-2 days ago it was opened, staking, receiving stake etc without any problems ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FiBQ74Wi.png&t=663&c=Ki3RBM7_qY74Nw) never seen that before ouch, looks like some sort of disk error did you run out of disk space? you might have to redownload things, not sure if the db can be recovered without that James thanks for the reply. I have not run out of disk space. What I suppose is that it might be because I did a system restore yesterday. if the system restore restored some old db files, that would mess things up at least it is all in the blockchain so as long as your wallet is good, nothing lost

BBR is right there in the diagram of the ANN. Looks like star wars episod VII ! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) The goal of the visualization project was to have an interactive 3D model where people could explore various aspects of SuperNET. Maybe even show the realtime flows of funds and tx. Unfortunately, the dev for it got called away to the real world for a bit, so it is slowed down and might only be a set of graphics for a while James So this is a screen shot of real interactive 3d visualisation ? Zoidberg It was the source graphics that was to be turned into 3D visualization (or 2.5D), but the project stalled so we are pushing forward with non-interactive first and hope to get a dev to bring it to life James
