We have some very nice features that we are working on. We will implement them when we know they are working as they should. Thanks for all the kind words of support as we did not create Honorcoin. We stepped in and restored it for the community. Most developers wouldn't have spent their time our money restoring a coin. We did it for the community. Wow!

Hey guys. I just wanted to tell you a little bit about myself and why I refuse to sell my CLOAK.First off, I'm not a whale I'm a college student. I'm not on the rich list, in fact I only have 500 CLOAK - which represents an entire two week paycheck of ~$450. I'm not even that well off; I may make around $3k this year (if you're confused on the math here, I make more over the summer than I do the rest of the year), which means that 15% of my income is in CLOAK. I first became interested in CLOAK maybe 1-2 weeks before the bubble started after hearing about our coin's concept. I was VERY skeptical due to the prevalence of scam and pump & dump coins, but I slowly started accumulating coins as more and more white papers came out. By the time the bubble started I had ~50 coins and by the time we reached .00079 I made the impulse decision to buy up to 500. Here's the thing, though: I haven't sold any of my 500 CLOAK. Again, I haven't sold any of my CLOAK. Not at the first peak @ .003, nor the second, nor the recent POSA peak @ .002. Don't get me wrong, I've had my doubts about CLOAK. But allow me to quote a post I made earlier: You can't FUD away the value of real tech.
In the past I've tried my hand at a few different coins; I'm not exactly new to cryptocurrencies anymore. I first got into this for the same reason as the rest of you: to get rich quick. Hell, I've said 'to the moon' IRL more times than I can count at this point and I still love to tell average people about how I'm going to buy a car with a paycheck. However, when did I actually stand a chance at making that kind of money? Simplified Rundown (of my more notable investments)Dogecoin: Ha...ha ha...ha ha ha ha ha. Currently @23 sat. (We were all noobs at one point.) Darkcoin: Much more respectable. Did they deliver anything? Nope, the biggest thing to happen to DRK (at least while I held I'm not trying to bash anyone please don't hurt me) was the coin getting listed on Bitfinex. Monero: Better still. Monero has several markets on Poloniex, which temporarily boosted its value. But has it delivered on the promise of anonymity? Not yet (sorry, mixers don't count). Shadowcoin, Keycoin, etc: Haven't delivered anything except promises. The truth is that the Cloakcoin dev team has delivered more in 4 weeks than any other dev team has delivered in the lifetime of a coin. I realize that I'm already ranting, so instead of posting all of the things our dev team has done for us I'm just going to quote this GREAT post (please click the quote link to see the full post). To sum up for potential new investors.
I could honestly go on forever on this rant, but I'd like to wrap it up with the following observationA lot of the people here are willing to trade on any and all information presented to them and will sell everything on the least bit of bad news (see the Bittrex scandal that developed and ended while I was writing this post [cold stare at those who sold]). The hard truth we should all face is that 'any coin can go anywhere at any time' and 'no one can predict the future'. I have chosen to hold because I think that the Cloakcoin has the best dev team in cryptocurrency right now, and I hope you will too. I'll see you at the top - or the bottom Thanks man!

CloakCoin feature launched!
Send and receive CLOAK using just a phone number.
Check it out!
www.cloakpal.com![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fscreenshu.com%2Fstatic%2Fuploads%2Ftemporary%2Fs3%2Fvv%2Fmv%2Ftul42i.jpg&t=663&c=Fah4k55SbfR7PA) Yet another innovation for Cloak. This coin has so many features that set it apart from clones and every other coin, it's a shame the price doesn't reflect it. Thats fucking great .. you sell something about the onemarket and the guy gets it personally... only thing you do is having your mobiles up and get paid! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) .. oh yeah another day in the Cloak Community.

Developer news 12.08:![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fscreenshu.com%2Fstatic%2Fuploads%2Ftemporary%2Fs3%2Fvv%2Fmv%2Ftul42i.jpg%26t%3D543%26c%3DYg23feh7AK3yTg&t=663&c=Tq5Jpj5k4e3yFg) # From TheDagger Update: Cloak devs working hard as usual, there's a lot to get done and we're not stopping for anything. Block escrow for the time being is the center of that development as it applies to both PoSA and OneMarket. CloakPal, the SMS mobile wallet from the secondary dev team has been made public at www.cloakpal.comQuestions can be directed to Ludx on #Cloakcoin IRC related to CloakPal. We've also been working on a graphical and relatively "easy to follow" explanation of how PoSA v2 works, that should become public over the next 24 hours or so.

Happy to see you guys discussing here. I am fine with discussing but I am not fine with seeing only one site here. Cloak has to prove that Escrow and POSA works in V2 which is expected this week. After this they want to review everything by trustful Auditors. Thats the most they can do isn't it? After that comes the Open Source, but which is at this moment dangerous because of copying, I am right there too? Correct me if I am not please happy to discuss. Next thing I read here is not fast enough. Therefore please everyone check out my thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=714803.msg8296447#msg8296447 I tried to show the development of Cloak over the last 2 weeks. Only facts and community stuff. I didn't quote any rumor or fud. Cheers! People asked bunch of questions above, and never seen the reply. For Cloakcoin, there is no forceful way to keep the middle nodes to behave correctly, they can do whatever they want basically, thus easy to cheat. The system will work only if the middle nodes will corporate, but there are no reasons for them to do so, in a trustless system. Ok I am not a Developer to say in the begining. But now you say it is not possible, but how can you say that without seeing the code and everything because it is not Open Source? What if your knowledge (no offense please but critical thinking please! ) is not enough to understand what these guys (Developers) are doing. As I said I am happy to discuss. But how can anyone not beeing the developer saying at the moment that the system don't work? I just want people to see both sites, people who think its not working and people who think it is working. When I understand you right you say we will never know what they doing with the middle nodes created to create the annon feature right? Question here: Do we need to know? I mean if my money comes from a to b and no one can trace it isnt that enough?

Can someone explain to me why anyone thinks Cloak's OneMarket is going to doing anything, when BC already has BlackHalo, a decentralized marketplace...?
What am I missing here? (Not trying to troll)
That's like saying "why does anyone thinks Cloak's OneMarket is going to doing anything, when there is ebay out there" Ebay is not a decentralized marketplace... so no, its not the same. RW-Stott = XC TROLL. Yea, I own XC, and maybe I'd buy Cloak if I could get a serious answer. I am trying to understand why you people think OneMarket will be significant. BlackHalo is a decentralized market that people rarely use. So, what makes you think people will use OneMarket? Can no one answer this question? a fair question I am a power seller on eBay. And, I periodically get ripped off from buyers for various scams. Paypal and eBay will usually side with the buyer, if there are any claims. Right now, if I want to convert an item to bitcoin, I have to sell it, get paid via paypal. Transfer it to my bank account, and have coinbase take their time to give me the BTC. With oneMarket, I can sell an item for cloak and do with it, as I please. Easily, convert it to Bitcoin, if I choose. Look at the website Listia.com They are doing the same thing, except, there is no way to get money. I do believe this will be a big boost for Cloak. And, will become very popular. Thank you for your post. Some good information today in this thread. I see it exactly as you see it.. Onemarket can get some Powersellers away from Ebay to Cloak. You have to see Cloak as a whole: 1. Annonymous Paying / Receiving Money with Escrow System (Which has to proof that it works) 2. Secure Transfer via Cloakpal to US$? 3. Onemarket to list your Items 4. Less fees than Ebay / Paypal What do I missing yet? 1. Logistics integration like UPS or DHL If Cloak really delivers my first 4 points there is no way to not scale it up with Marketing to get it mainstream next to ebay. IMO. Cheers

Very good sign when the market calms down and we see a sideways movement.
Good day!

You should really give credit to the original developer when using their code.. Shadowcoin's Rynomster is responsible for the innovation in dual stealth addresses and encrypted p2p messaging. Some people really have no shame. Shadowcoin thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=700087.280Careful of investing in searchandreplace crypto projects. Shows a lack of integrity and capability on behalf of this coin's sub-par development team. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) As we don't have enough coins! Get your Developer Skills over to Shadowcoin or Cloakcoin if you have some... better team up.
