1701  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Payment gateway service using an URL shortener - tny.im on: July 18, 2012, 04:35:53 PM
I think very few people will use this feature, because there is absolutely NO warranties that long link will not be shared! CoinDL is much more safe for content sellers.
1702  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Money for ads with bitcoin payout (anonymous ads)? on: July 17, 2012, 01:38:32 PM
Try CoinURL: the most advanced Bitcoin advertising platform!
1703  Economy / Marketplace / Re: CoinURL: shorten links and earn Bitcoins on: July 17, 2012, 01:02:53 PM
On advertisement's stats page you can estimate performance of the ad: expected number of impressions per day and campaign's completion time. Use this data to adjust CPM bid and achieve the best cost/speed ratio! See an example.
1704  Economy / Marketplace / Re: CoinURL: shorten links and earn Bitcoins on: July 15, 2012, 07:00:01 PM
Ad editing and budget management now available!

Go to the "My ads" page and open context menu:

P.S. Few days ago someone with heavy traffic website installed our auto shortening script and boosted number of clicks to more than 30k per day. This traffic is absolutely legitimate and has very high quality (visitors mostly from U.S. and western Europe). Many advertisers were not ready for this significant increase of the traffic and their remaining impressions depleted, so advertising cost dropped to the ridiculously low value ~0.045 BTC per mille.

Don't miss your opportunity while eyes of these visitors are so damn cheap!
1705  Economy / Marketplace / Re: CoinURL: shorten links and earn Bitcoins on: July 15, 2012, 12:49:49 PM
even though as an link-clicking user I really hate services like CoinURL, making me wait to browse to the links I clicked.
You must blame link publishers who force you to wait! In CoinURL, unlike AdFly, any publisher can set maximum wait time applicable for their links, depending on how does his audience tolerate forced wait time.

Quote from: CoinAd
Yesterday I got 28.7k impressions (87% of total impressions).
Someone have started to use auto shortening feature on his highly visited site, so average number of clicks per day skyrocketed by 10 times. Even I haven't expected such big instant growth! It proves that using my auto shortening script is the same easy like putting banner ads.

It would be nice if we could edit active ads.
I am working on it right now  Wink

It would be nice if we could choose a max number of daily visits so the views won't run out the first day.
It is called frequency capping. I have already introduced this feature few days ago.

Maybe I have incorrectly understood what did you mean and in fact you are asking about limiting overall number of impressions per day, not views by the same user. If yes, you just don't understand how are auction-based ads working! Completion speed (number of impressions per day) depends from CPM bid, therefore to get less impressions just pay cheaper price!  Grin

Want to publish multiple ads with the same geo, language, and keywords settings? Use your existing ad as a template to create new one.
1708  Economy / Marketplace / Re: CoinURL: shorten links and earn Bitcoins on: July 10, 2012, 06:01:41 PM
Will you ever make a complete advertise system as anonymous ads?
You are absolutely right! I have plans to turn CoinURL into leading Bitcoin advertising platform!
1709  Economy / Marketplace / Re: CoinURL: shorten links and earn Bitcoins on: July 10, 2012, 04:57:11 PM
Many new tools now available for the advertisers! The ad selection algorithm completely rewriten from scratch!

You can choose devices on which you want to show your ad (desktop and laptop computers, smartphones, tablets).

Frequency capping lets you to set maximum number of times an ad can be shown to the same person per 24 hours.

Also you can specify keywords to target your ad to the people, who visit relevant websites. Both referrer and destination URL will be matched. Keywords now being matched in the case-insensitive full text search mode, e.g. it is enough to specify "youtube" to target all YouTube links. Keywords also can be used to exclude audience who visit websites, that are not relevant for your ad (e.g. porn, pirated downloads).

Meanwhile, Firefox extension was too updated!

P.S. As I know, currently CoinURL is only one Bitcoin advertising platform that offers contextual ads.

1712  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BitcoinAdvertisers.com BitcoinAdvertising.com SCAM on: July 08, 2012, 03:44:29 PM
is coinurl.com managed by the same scammer of bitcoinadvertisers.com?

both sites have absolutely the same style and css and so on...
No, coinURL is giantdragon's site.

I am an operator of the CoinURL service. I have absolutely no association with the BitcoinAdvertisers. By the way, I was scammed by Andrew Bitcoiner with refusal to pay for ads placed on my another service - Daily Bitcoins.

mmm and any idea about why the equal design? maybe they both used the same template?

Andrew Bitcoiner, thank you very much!  Grin ...for creating "awesome" reputation to the all websites that use "United" Bootstrap template.

You're working really hard on this project. I wish you the best of lucks.
It's a great service  Smiley
Thank you!

PS: You may want to change the link on your previous post. (localhost)
Oh, I have copied this snipped from my local server. On the page https://coinurl.com/profile-dynamic.php redirect URL is correct.
1714  Economy / Marketplace / Re: CoinURL: shorten links and earn Bitcoins on: July 07, 2012, 01:45:52 PM
Want to save your time? Just place JavaScript code on each website's page and all links it contains will start to generate income for you!

Below is an example. Version with personal ID and more detailed description is here: https://coinurl.com/profile-dynamic.php.

Code:
<script type="text/javascript">
$(function() {
    var include = Array();
    //Leave empty to convert all links on the page or specify keywords
    //which URL must contain to be processed

    var exclude = Array();
    //Specify keywords which URL must not contain to be processed

    var id = "a274a7610f6856432fb1e9a707de2645"; //Change to personal from https://coinurl.com/profile-dynamic.php
    var redirect = "http://coinurl.com/redirect.php?id=" + id + "&url=";
    var links = $("a[href^='http']");

    for(var i = 0; i < links.length; i++) {
        var url = $(links[i]).attr("href");

        var deny = false;
        for(var j = 0; j < exclude.length; j++) {
            if(url.indexOf(exclude[j]) != -1) {
                deny = true;
                break;
            }
        }
        if(deny) {
            continue;
        }

        if(include.length > 0) {
            var allow = false;
            for(var j = 0; j < include.length; j++) {
                if(url.indexOf(include[j]) != -1) {
                    allow = true;
                    break;
                }
            }
            if(!allow) {
                continue;
            }
        }

        $(links[i]).attr("href",  redirect + encodeURIComponent(url));
    }
});
</script>

Advertisers, make your campaign more effective by forcing link visitors to view your ads for given period of time!
Publishers, boost your earnings by allowing longer ad display time!
1717  Economy / Marketplace / Re: CoinURL: shorten links and earn Bitcoins on: July 03, 2012, 06:49:25 PM
Improvements made for the advertisers:

* Significantly improved fraudulent click detection method.
* Preview of the ads available.
* You can specify separate URL of your website and ad page's URL to be shown in the interstitial ad frame. Also you can upload an ad to our server.
1718  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [Dailybitcoins.org] Bitcoin faucet, sponsored by ads on: July 03, 2012, 06:39:39 PM
Maybe so good an income, that you can raise the payouts? Smiley
I have increased number of prizes.

Increasing size of default (booby) payout is not worth! If I will do this, many people will just take it and don't see ads at all. There must be enough difference between default payout and prizes to incentivize users.
1719  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [Dailybitcoins.org] Bitcoin faucet, sponsored by ads on: July 03, 2012, 05:40:29 PM
Advertise on http://dailybitcoins.org with Operation Fabulous!
So glad to see you jump on the OF bandwagon.  I see your site jumped to the top spot on there as well!  OF is a money making monster!  Smiley
Thank you too, I am receiving good income from your banners.
