1701  Economy / Economics / Re: Economic crash in 2019! on: October 26, 2018, 02:37:02 PM
Considering a high volume of the niche industry i believe that is something that has to come, and economic crash is real and it could happen any time soon. I wonder how will this potential economic crash influence the crypto world. How expensive will be the electric bill for mining for example?

Resources are getting more scarce everyday it would get more expensive in the future to run the blockchain no doubt, but then the bitcoin will get more value aswell. More and more people are using sun panels to run the BC to reduce the cost of running it. Also there will be more advanced technology like fusion power and algae energy so that would be less of a problem, but resource like sand will get super expensive. If I had to choose whos country will the least hit from the crash if it happens; russia and japan. Japan has a lot of resource in the ocean to create lcd for phones and computer monitors ( forgot what resource its called )

WaTer will be a big deal in the future.
In deed it is good to have alternative energy sources but for example the solar panels i don't agree with them because making them distrois the nature. Most of the mineral resources used in the hi tec h world are found in Africa and you can see how things evolve there. And regarding the sweet water in dees, it will be horrible at some point, i have the felling that this generation likes to comfortable, no effort in living and preserving for the future.

For now solar panels are bad for nature I agree, but lets hope that in the future there will be cleaner methods of making them. About the water. Big company's like Nestle wants to make it a commodity...

Solar panels destroy nature?  Where are you guys from?

Solar panels just get energy from the sun, I don't think the energy of the sun will eventually lose because of these solar panels. Solar power is actually the real best thing if you want no noise compare to the windturbines which also get power from the breezes. These doesn't destroy nature.

1702  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Which is the best DECENTRALIZED exchange? on: October 26, 2018, 02:25:34 PM
Maybe I'm a fool, well, or a brave man, but I prefer the good old EtherDelta. Easy to use, popular, maybe sometimes the pricing is amazing and the volumes are not cosmic, but I still like

The first time I tried to used etherdelta, it asked my private key which made me not use it instead. There were issues about it which people complained about their account getting hacked. Must be the reason why forkdelta was created because it will allow you to create an account where you have the private key yourself. Fordelta is much safer.
1703  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you know the movie Limitless? Well... I want that nzt to trade bitcoin! :D on: October 25, 2018, 12:33:59 PM
We know what you're talking about but I don't think that pill exist. If it does everybody would have taken it even if the risk to the body will be that destructive. I've probably just be the president of our country first after taking the pills before I'd drop dead and become homeless just like in the movie.
1704  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin of 2019 on: October 24, 2018, 12:32:21 PM
As we make our way through Q4 2018, based on what has been seen among altcoins such as development, innovation, security, real-world use cases, and plans for the next year, what altcoins do you think will be big in 2019?

I think EOS will be one of the altcoins that will fly in 2019. because when all investors are getting bored with ethereum, they want to find a better SmartContrac Platform. and that's why EOS has the opportunity to go up.

Yes. EOS has grown so much with a lot of tokens using its platform, they may not be here in the forum promoting it but its getting huge and there are list of it in https://eosprojects.org a lot of it has its use case.  This is the kind of platform that scammers may not have a place for. EOS will be good by the next years to come.
1705  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: EOBOT is clearly scam! on: October 23, 2018, 01:34:31 PM
Then, which is the best one on your experience?

You brought this dead thread up. But to answer your question kissi. Its NONE.

You shouldn't believe these cloud mining stuff to be working. They are  old scam that only works for newbie and so I understand about it kissi.
Just think about why would a miner who spends thousands for their electricity bills would you rent out their mining resources?
1706  Economy / Services / Re: Graphic designers? on: October 23, 2018, 01:22:24 PM

If you haven't found anyone to do it for you. Let me do it. It just need to be huge while not ruining the pixels?
I'm still equip with my graphic skills even after years of not honing it. I sure can still work on images. I'm currently looking for something to work on, earning few bucks would be great.  PM me your needs.
1707  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why the Ether will drop to $ 60 on: October 23, 2018, 10:21:46 AM

Ether is following the path of BTC. The price of BTC during its first bubble reach up to $1200 but then drop to $200 by 2014 until its gradually grow up to 2016 where we can see the price rose to $800. By the time of 2017 it dumped to $1500 til 20k by January of 2018.  I'm not saying ETH will also reach up to $20k by the next 2 years but then. The project still has become large while they can also improve their system to be flawless.
1708  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Vs Real Estate on: October 22, 2018, 03:06:11 AM

I have invest in both. I have a place in the 2nd big city in our country, I registered to AirBNB last year and seem good that I can survive without having to have a day job. Its not a life in leisure though but a pretty plain surviving. I would have to raise rent fees later one when tourist gather around here due to the grandest festival in our country. Real Estate is profitable. Cryptocurrency is a lot profitable for me though, it felt alive to be part of the community every day.
1709  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does it even matter if governments and banks accept cryptocurrency? on: October 22, 2018, 02:18:39 AM
There is buzz about the prospective of governments and banks accepting crypto or creating their own for its mass acceptance.

I don't think this is even worth acknowledging, as all of the present and future innovations are going to come from the private sector. Governments are just responsible for damage control, do a God-awful job for the most part and have never achieved true democracy.

In the past, people relied on governments and banks not because they're "governments" or "banks," but because they provided security.

Once AI, blockchain, and improved means to use crypto provide even better security than governments and banks ever could, whatever they do will be irrelevant.

until now I have never heard of a bank that accepts cryptocurrency, if there is any please give me the proof
and the fact that most banks will reject cryptocurrency exchange and this is almost the case for Asia.

Well that is exactly why it doesn't matter. When Bitcoin started, no finance firm had been talking about it even with all the exposure but now they are admitting they are into it. Crytpcurrencies will still be here even without banks, it should have been that way but they couldn't just help but to collect tax which is why the government is going to take part.
1710  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO][Singapore] NATEE Decentralized Cloud Computing and Storage on: October 22, 2018, 02:06:12 AM

If your team still have not decided whether to do it on ETHEREUM, STELLAR or EOS, my suggestion is EOS.

China, Singapore, other Asian countries are an enclave for the production of mobile phones and I think they know everything about mobile phones. In principle, the idea of the project is interesting, but it is mobile phones that are now more often cracked.

That will leave doubts too in this project, the cloud itself could be cracked it happened before and just as they say anything that is live on the internet can be cracked. But also, it can be secured and hardened by the team.
1711  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Has Hit the Bottom: Why it is Unlikely to Fall Below $6,000 on: October 21, 2018, 12:21:02 PM

There ain't no black swan event coming unless it comes from within. Almost all fud had been laid of already except that regulations and ETF again which will happen I think next year? Maybe its time for bulls to rally. It will come of course although it may take more than a year, it may start to form gradually until they all buy back.
1712  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: In 10 years 20$ will turn 100k on: October 21, 2018, 11:55:40 AM
For sure in 10 years 20 000$ can turn to 100 000$ and even more. If I would hold 20 000$ - 10 000$ I would definitely hold in Bitcoin and another 10 000$ in promising altcoins like ETH, EOS, ADA, Pundix, Helbiz, XYO, MVL, Propy

I'm pretty sure OP mean $20 and that it could turn $100k in 10 years not $20k. I don't see anything wrong in dreaming but yes, maybe.  Who knows right? Cheesy
It was like the kid from twitter who tweets that he invested 0.01BTC and then boasted about like he is living the dream. You need to add more and hold more for 10 years if you meant to live comfortably in your retirement.
1713  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Evolution on: October 21, 2018, 10:46:16 AM
I was one of those fortunate who received about 50 BTC during the 2013 craze as part of my participation to work for someone to create faucets. They were making money out of it. I thought it will not drop but eventually did. I kept mine which price was $200. There were so much technical users here, debating about where the development should go but seem to be lesser these days.
1714  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [Hiring] Technical Writer @ BAKD Solutions on: October 20, 2018, 09:11:18 AM

The best you can reasonably get for that kind of offer is someone who needs to build their portfolio and has no experience in technical writing.

That's your only hope. Maybe, you just might get lucky.

Your lack of fiat finances to pay upfront for a decent quality whitepaper shows that:
1) your project is unappealing to investors in the pre-seed stage, and
2) you, and your entire team, are lacking in confidence about this project hence not committing fiat funds especially for important dev work like whitepaper writing.

That being the case, which sane, qualified technical writer is going to waste precious work hours on your bait. Even Fiverr operators will turn down such a proposal.

It does look that way. If you can't fund for someone to do the hardwork then you find no value your own project. If you can find someone out there in fiverr with knowledge about blockchain, its your lucky day. There are people from fiverr which you might wanna train first. Teach them how things work in crypto and then hire them that at least is your option.
1715  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XRP] Ripple Speculation on: October 20, 2018, 06:20:45 AM
Yeah but why are you discussing DASH here when this is a XRP thread?

Why Ripple is not booming? I have heard a lot of positive news about XRapid (the bettter solution than SEPA payments) and their big partnerships with central banks around the world. But price still stagnates.
Last week ripple price was high and overtake Ethereum but go back to old price, i hope ripple will fire again in price.
Just waiting for more updates about ripple, bitcoin and ethereum. If there is any news related to ripple then share here.  Smiley

Good news are floating everywhere but the price of XRP still didn't rise up. It has all the volume it needs to go up but it ain't moving up. People are tirelessly promoting this on facebook, they are all in my feed but despite it nothing seem to have been working yet.

1716  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] EOS Exchange: The Exchange for EOS Community on: October 20, 2018, 05:35:44 AM

Great project, we must support it. I can see a huge monster in future

Thank you. We aim to provide good volume in the future for the community to benefit. Our exchange is already working you can already try this here http://www.eosex.com. and we will soon and more pairs soon.

What is this meaning ? 'Hold EXP to share the daily profits of EOSex.' holders can get trading fee or something else?

It means that if you are holding EXP, you are entitle to collect profits. Not only will this be a good investment but it will be beneficial for traders who does their business seriously because they would have to pay less for the trading fees.

When will exp for trading, and will eosex.com open pairs of exp/eos ir exp/eth,sir?

The EXP Market will be opened after the ICO. And there will be EXP/EOS and EXP/ETH market.

Trading fee of 0.01% is relatively cheaper we're just not sure whether this exchange is going to have large volume soon but because this is supported by EOS it could have. The team should consider adding more the ERC tokens with high volume, if traders discover lower fees, they move. I was expecting the fees are going to EXP.

1717  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best passive income on: October 19, 2018, 08:47:01 AM

Passive income means you earn while doing almost nothing. It can't be called passive if you work on it the whole month and got it after, that is a day job.
POS or masternode would be good. Its just that it needs a lot of money for the collateral tokens.

There are coins that you can invest to earn passive income like earning the Dividends which TAAS had been distributing. There are tokens like ETBS as far as I know they distribute profit every quarter. The new one I've seen was the EOSEX.COM ICO which they share the profits to the holders of their token. They have yet to prove it though.
1718  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to profit from the market, bulls or bears on: October 19, 2018, 08:34:01 AM
CFD Trading is one of the ways to earn with this bear market. If there was a binary trading exchange that is reliable today, many of us will probably go there to bet BTC to dip every minute. Margin trading should be the way to go. Bitfinex offers this, I'm just not good at it.

Whether you are a day trader or you trade once in a while, you have to align yourself with the smart money, not the dumb money, surf along side the whales, not against them, trading is war and you have to choose your  battles correctly
That is now most difficult question because of unstable market

The price so far has been stable for weeks, there is just uncertain where it will go in the next weeks. Trading with whales is riskier, its not like there is a copy trade now. Most of those projects which promise to have copy trading isn't yet working.
1719  Economy / Speculation / Re: What's going on?? on: October 19, 2018, 08:10:56 AM
Hi guys,
I started again recently to get interested in Bitcoin and I just wanted to know if somebody could tell me what I missed with what's important about the Bitcoin this summer. Is it still a good idea to invest in Bitcoin? Do you think it's going to go up by the end of the year?  Huh
Thank you!!
Another thing we have missed out during all of this tether stuff going on and whales buying bitcoin was again that the price has not moved as much as it used to. There was a period in the summer where the price moved from 6.4k levels to 7.2k levels constantly, it moved up and down multiple times during the summer, whereas in todays market the price moved so little and it went down back again and the change wasn't there so much, which means the crypto world is much more stable than it used to be.

People are not getting the coin swing as much as they used to which I believe means the whales that tried to do swings so they can make a lot of money are either gone or they do not want to do it for some reason.

They must be trying hard to squeeze more from the users who wanna dump after a slight spike. But seem not much is going on now. The only need to do now is to wait for fresh money that will come into crypto to pull the price up to another ATH. I think the stable price is a good indication of a good price to buy this time in case you miss the dip below $6k.
1720  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Video call for KYC verification on: October 18, 2018, 01:31:07 PM

Experienced this myself in our local exchange. It feels like we both are Chinese on the video. One of the questions asked to me was whether my family has a political background. I was also asked whether I'm part of the LGBT lol, I don't know how they all connect this but whatever. Funny because they say I have an astonishing amount of money when all those coins sent was back when the value of BTC was less than $1k.
