Tor IPs are shared and modify themselves from time to time, so several people will share the same Tor IP if they use Tor, while the IP of a same person probably will change during his Tor section. I think the user has no control over it. Any confirmation from admins that the accounts are probable alts of Eal? Or any blockchain evidence connecting the accounts?

The reason you don't see anybody doing that is because it's out of the rule. If your not satisified with my answer you can post your concern in their chatbox or by sending a support ticket because Im not sure though. But 100% it's not on the rule that's why every Yobit signature campaigners don't do it. Not allowed, but not forbidden too, because OP says nothing about it.
