1705  Economy / Auctions / [Auction] 1 Oz .999 Pan American Silver Corp. Round - Starting at 0.5 Bitcoin! on: October 06, 2012, 07:17:24 PM
We are actively expanding our silver inventory at All Things Luxury and have recently added another silver round that can be purchased with bitcoins (as all our products can be). The newest round? A 1 oz .999 Silver Pan American Silver Round.

To help promote this, we will be hosting a auction right here for the first round. Bidding will be starting at a measly 0.5 bitcoins!! Bidding will end tomorrow evening (Sunday October 7th 2012) at 6pm Pacific time. The winner will be announced sometime later that night. Last highest bidder will be the winner and will be contacted with payment details. If that person does not respond with the required information and payment, then it will go to the next highest bidder.

Who knows, we might be giving this thing away! But regardless, we are happy to be a part of the bitcoin community and if you are interested purchasing this product right away, or after bidding closes, please simply visit the following link:

http://www.allthingsluxury.biz/1-Oz-999-Silver-Pan-American-Silver-Round.html

A Bitcoin purchase button is in the details (hosted by bitpay).

Also please take the time to browse the rest of our selection on the website and keep us in mind for your upcoming holiday shopping. Anything can be bought with bitcoins. Thanks and let the bidding begin!

(Note: Shipping will be 0.35 bitcoins to the U.S and Canada and 0.70 bitcoins anywheres else in the world, this will be added to your final bid price)

1707  Economy / Collectibles / Re: CASASCIUS PHYSICAL BITCOIN - In Stock Now! (pic) on: October 06, 2012, 06:35:46 PM

Great photo, looks fantastic.  Physical shiny discs definitely stir the hoarding/collecting hormones much more than bits on a hard drive.

Wow nice selection. I think i'll be making a few purchases soon Smiley
1708  Economy / Goods / Re: All Things Luxury - Selling .999 Silver Bullion on: October 06, 2012, 06:34:09 PM
More than a 75% mark up on spot price and I cant see any option to pay using BTC.  I think Ill leave it for now.  Thanks

75% markup on spot price would be $60.375, they are $45

Correct and that includes shipping. If you look our prices are actually quite a lot cheaper than coinabul, the most widely accepted way of buying gold and silver with bitcoins. And the bitcoin button is right in the description. So it is actually a pretty good price, but regardless I am not trying to convince anyone. Just thought we would offer this service. We thank those that have made purchases recently and those that have shown support.

1715  Economy / Services / All Things Luxury - Looking for Graphic Designers on: October 06, 2012, 05:20:34 AM
Well here it is. I am looking for a graphic designer. You honestly don't have to be overly skilled. But obviously the more talented the better. We are looking for someone who can create new scrolling advertising banners that you see on the top of our website here:

http://www.allthingsluxury.biz/

I personally create some and the rest we simply have made by people on Fiverr. So honestly we're not looking to spend a fortune, but I would like to give back to the bitcoin community and am obviously willing to pay more than what you would on fiverr.

Payment will obviously be in bitcoins, on a rate that we both deem reasonable. Banners will have to be as good or better quality than what you currently see on the website. If you are interested in doing a little free lance work please let me know by either sending me a pm or simply replying in this post (If you have any examples of work that would be great as well, but not required).

Also you could send us a email on our contact page if you like:

http://www.allthingsluxury.biz/Contact-Us-2.html

Thanks and looking forward to working with someone in the bitcoin community!

I haven't had any issues here yet. Guess I haven't made anyone angry either though Smiley

Welcome to the forums Smiley Glad to have you.
1718  Economy / Economics / Re: why does it matter who directly takes bitcoin? on: October 06, 2012, 05:05:14 AM
Agreed. I believe that will change over time and the light cast on bitcoin will be more and more positive over time.
1719  Economy / Goods / Re: All Things Luxury - Selling .999 Silver Bullion on: October 06, 2012, 04:42:05 AM
I may wait until you have incorporated BTC into your site.  I am concerned that with the current volatility of BTC, I may think I am buying at a price, but by the time you have confirmed the price it will be much higher.

For the short term we have added the "Bitcoin Order" button to the silver bullion products. This is hosted by bitpay. This will give you instant conversion to bitcoin prices until we 100% integrate bitpay into our shopping cart. Also any other products on the site can be purchased with bitcoins as well, just have to let us know. Thanks Smiley

You can see it here:

http://www.allthingsluxury.biz/1-Oz-999-Silver-Canadian-Maple-Leaf-Coin-2010.html

P.S: Yes it appears some "proxies" are blocked by our server provider. Not sure why. If you access the site normally you should never have any issues. Thanks for the support everyone that has made purchases with us so far! We are very pleased with the support the bitcoin community has shown.
