1701  Economy / Speculation / Re: “When” Will Bitcoin Price Break $69k All Time High? on: June 29, 2022, 05:20:32 PM
The main fact is that no one has really seen the future. What we can really do is just estimate the price based on observations and calculations.
I don’t think it will take 2 years for BTC to touch the 100k usd mark.
I mean if anyhow the demand for BTC increases, then ultimately the price will increase only.
All now is required to break the resistance where Bitcoins are currently suffering and come out of it.
Nevertheless let’s hope the best and let’s see what happens next.
Not estimating but predicting and most predictions that I see are based on the past events of btc but me either I think that 2 years for 100k is too long already but 1 year of max waiting would be enough for it. 2 years from now there is a halving event and the price is said to increase in a different level. By that time, we could be seeing another new ath next to 100k but anyway, we are currently in a bear market and the demand is supposed to be higher than usual but it's only surprising why the price cant catch up.

Till now, there is only small relief that we feel but that's better because at least the panic and fear have subsided a little. People's trust are slowly gained once again.
1702  Economy / Economics / Re: WHY ITS SO POSITIVE THIS BEARMARKET. on: June 29, 2022, 04:25:28 PM
If the price continues to rise then there is no chance for anyone who wants to invest bitcoin, when the bearmarket then this makes new users interested in investment and old users will continue to buy because they know the price will be normal again.
I hope people can use this moment to buy bitcoins and hold them until the price soars. But I also hope they don't buy using the all-in strategy because it's risky. It would be nice if they could split the money across multiple purchase orders to get bitcoins at a low price. This bear market position confuses people who want to enter the market because the price still fluctuates rapidly and makes them hesitate.
They can be able to buy bitcoins but they can not guarantee that they can hodl it until the price soars because many factors can come in play and that can affect their ability to hodl longer. All in strategy is risky but its also rewarding as soon as we are lucky that the price soars right after we buy but many people nowadays are using a dca strategy which they only buy in smaller portions.

It's because the market now is too volatile but it's more on the dumping side. There is no need to be confused with a bear but bear is always known for accumulation period and about the price fluctuation, people shouldn't hesitate on it but they should embrace it as it is better to trade during that time.
1703  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Bitcoin price is falling? on: June 28, 2022, 05:09:21 PM
I have been thinking of the possible reasons of the bitcoin falling down. Since I am not an expert on the Currency I cannot predict or give any reason. That is why I want to know the reasons. Please if anyone can tell me I will appreciate. Thanks.
if you ask me to suggest why bitcoin prices falling continuously, I only suggest that it is as a result of the Russian crisis with Ukraine and again the buyers who enter the market of cryptocurrency is no longer coming in and marks unlike before so with that fat I will say is what is causing cryptocurrency to fall
But, before the war happened we are already on this situation where prices have been dumping. The war didn't bring negative effect but it actually help the price to recover a little since both countries learn to adopt bitcoin and other cryptos after that. Don't say that there are no buyers because if that was true then the price would have became stagnant or will only fall more.

If we compare the buyers and hodler before from now, we can see the big difference that their numbers have increased dramatically. The price falls because we are in the bear cycle. This is normal. After some time, the bull will take its place so we better fill our bags now.
1704  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: June 28, 2022, 09:38:06 AM
I am sure if he had waited he could have found a better team. At least he could have been in some genuine action. I really don't think this is a good decision taken by him. but I also agree that this is his choice.  and I think we also know that he is not going to be in the news as he was before. Actually, I am a little disappointed and I think a lot of people are watching this decision. we all have seen him play at the top level. we have seen him rise from nothing and being something. it is really sad to see his career ending in such a way Sad.
His career is not ending, there are other goals that must be carved out by him, joining LAFC actually to strengthen his fitness to be ready for the world cup. If he can show all his talents at this event, possible that he will be offered by a top European club. Bale is a player also can be concluded is not too old for a career, July 16 he will be 33 years old. While we can see there are still many older players above him having a career at big clubs.
Surely he has few years left in his career as good player, and he can regain his best in coming days with having some good performance in world up and play in LAFC for one season. If he is able to perform in good way then surely we will expect good change for him in next season, and he could be in his desired team for next season, right now going to LAFC is good and positive change for him and his career.

After having some amazing seasons he achieves some good success but sadly in new Real Madrid setup he fails to take his place and now leaving his club just for having some better time in game which is not available in current team due to some good players already having his place.
1705  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: June 28, 2022, 08:13:44 AM
I think you have made a really good point. Mashrafe Bin Mortaza was the only person who acted as the backbone of Bangladesh cricket. he was the player who was basically holding the Bangladesh team together and after his departure, the Bangladesh team seems to be very different. every time the go into the field it feels like we are watching a clown show.
Bangladesh is having some good players but sadly in long run mostly they fail as team because they never have any strong leader who give them good motivation, and they have never done any positive things in domestic set up which bring some good and quality leaders which able to bring some good changes in this team.

Domestic setup is key for any sports or team for having good results in international events and matches and here they completely fail to bring this on standard level we have too much negative news about their domestic set up which is telling all story about their failure now as Mashrafe Mortaza is already retired, and he is in ruling party he needs to act his second tenure as administrator which can bring good changes for them because he is a strong person in sports in Bangladesh.
1706  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: June 27, 2022, 09:11:29 PM
Newcastle have sealed another deal again in the transfer window, which will strengthen their squad. This time they went in for Lille centre back Sven Botsman who basically fit in the Magpies pattern of game. The Dutch player worth around €37m and have undergone a successful medical test for his new team. Botsman sign a long term deal with Newcastle which will be valid till 2027. It's a good applaud for the Magpies as they're not relenting in signing players in the transfer window. Definitely, their performance will be amazing next session.
After the change of management now Newcastle United is having some good investment for securing their future at top half of Premier League because now competition is very tough with too many quality teams and all are bringing quality players for having good position even currently Newcastle United is having some restrictions for investment but still they are doing their best for having their required players those can do major role for their better future.

In next few years we are going to have this team in top flight with more changes as still they are looking for quality coach which can give them more success, even current coach is also having very impressive end of last season with limited sources.

But, new management as already announces they have big dreams for this team but surely going slowly and study can give them good success in long run.
1707  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Advice for poor people who wanna get some crypto on: June 27, 2022, 11:21:33 AM
It's a good idea for a poor individual to get involved in cryptocurrency. He needs to trade carefully because there is a good chance he could lose everything. No, not the kind of coin you want to get involved with. Try investing only about 30% of your money, and only if you can let go of the rest. Trading has no guarantees, so use caution.
Avoid being greedy at all costs because you will lose everything.
I believe that lots of us that are here on this space are poor but we still manage to get some profits despite of the big risk that we are facing. Cryptos are truly helpful to the poor but for someone that doesn't have a better understanding and guts then they better save that little money they have as they can use it later on than losing it all here in an instant.

Trading and investing are only two of the many activities that we can use to earn a crypto. The two are not free but you need to have a starting capital to do them but it is also possible to earn a crypto by simply working like by doing bounties, airdrops, working at a freelancing site, etc.
1708  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin, Dogecoin Gain After Musk's Tweets, But Will There Be Another Bull Run? on: June 26, 2022, 09:18:08 PM
Elon musk has too much influence on the coin. I think I'll buy more dogecoin when next he makes his famous positive tweet about the coin. Price movement due to his speculation is just too much
That is if he will still make a tweet but I believe he won't do that anymore because there are now people that are seriously angry with him that they want to sue Elon for too much of manipulating the coin and there are also news that totally damaged the reputation of dogecoin, saying that the coin is heavily used by criminals on difference illegal activities.

There is too much controversy now going for this coin and to the man behind it which is Elon and not the founder of doge because I think that he didn't do anything wrong here. There will be another bull run but dogecoin isn't invited for it anymore sorry. So for those who still want to attempt buying this coin, buy at your own risk. You've been warned.
1709  Economy / Economics / Re: How Will Investing Help the Economy of a Country on: June 26, 2022, 08:33:19 PM
Investing is Widespread now in the Society such that the Inability of not Investing, is Paving a room for not Benefitting from the Outcome.
And Right now Investing in Crypto is a yardstick of measurement and has created an opportunity that's reliable and trusted..
But I really can't tell how thus Investing in The Economy will help one's Country.
Cryptos could be the main reason on why investing got popular now and as of now there are other digital wallets which offers investment but they can not beat the interest offered here in cryptos.

The only downside is that the risk is also high but that is normal and just like they say, high risk means high reward. Don't say that cryptos are reliable, that's wrong. They aren't actually since they are not stable but they are highly volatile but it's true that many of them are trusted. I don't know if how can investing help the economy of country but I think a tax can right? If yes then a country can adopt/regulate a crypto and then impose tax on it.
1710  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: June 25, 2022, 08:22:21 PM
Although the T10 cricket format is a very short form of cricket , I did not find much attraction here. I think T20 format is better for short form of cricket and  this format doesn't attract young people at the moment. Over all T20 is the best.
T20 cricket is almost two decades old and now without any argument it is the most popular format of cricket around the world. But during the past couple of years, I have seen T10 leagues mushrooming across the globe, especially in the GCC nations as well as in West Indies (Abu Dhabi T10 is perhaps the most popular T10 league at the moment). There is so much shortage of time available for recreational activity in the world right now. So it is understandable that the sports events are getting shorter and shorter. And this trend is likely to continue in the future as well.
Cricket is now going to have some impact with their formats drastically because we were in test format for nearly one century, and then we have ODI format from this we spend nearly 30 years, and we have another T-20 but after this now we have only very few years talk is going about T-10 which is going to be revolutionary for this game and bringing too much money in very short time for many big players because with this we will be able to have some good action and with this media and fans are going to enjoy which will bring more interest and better viewership.

Now ball is in management's hand how they handle this because if they change this in quick way with have mind that this can bring strong case for entry in Olympics and big market specially in South America and Europe.
1711  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Age of bitcoiners on: June 25, 2022, 04:20:51 PM
In regards to those threads about age: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5396058.0 and https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1529447.0;viewResults I wondered how this changed over time and if the assumptions are correct.
I want to point out that as far as I know nobody (including me) is able to see for what option you have voted if you are concerned about your data.
On this second link, the thread was posted on the year of 2016 so 6 years have passed already. I think changes are already noticeable on that span of time. Not only the age that were added to those bitcoin users but also the wisdom and experience. They are now more confident and they can now decide properly if what to do on different situations.

It's not a big deal if someone can see the results on the poll because it was just an age anyway. This is something that we must be proud of. It is a not a kyc that is very important and should be hidden, but on the result, I can see that most users here are now 40 plus. That's interesting, I thought most users here are still young like 30's and below.
1712  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: June 24, 2022, 09:05:02 PM
It was a really good performance from Bairstow and Overton. I have to say they are basically playing t20 and one-day international cricket in the test format.

From 55 for 6 to 264 for 6 is really a great comeback. Now if they were unable to survive the initial slot on the first session, the next day I think they will be able to get a lot more runs on the board. England is steel trailing by 65 runs and I think it is going to be a good amount of lead taken by England if they are able to play well on the next day.
This is not only comeback I am feeling this is going to turn test match into England's favor Bairstow is butcher by nature, and we already have his amazing knock in last test match where he plays in under pressure and give England good win now again after few days he is doing his duty at very crucial time when England were down by 55 for 6. Overton playing his first test match player like very solid all-rounder which England were looking for some time, hopefully he will be able to have his place in this team for long time because first test and performance like this is surely going to be great for this young kid.

Bangladesh are again struggling and giving wickets like crap, hopefully West Indies will fix them in quick way because now they are the worst team and have no chance for recovery in this format.
1713  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: KSA Initiates Slot Arcades Investigation as Role Model Ad Ban Looms on: June 24, 2022, 07:03:15 PM

Again, this begs the question. Does self-exclusion actually work? And in this case, will the gamblers be punished also for failing to take responsibility for their recovery from addiction despite registering in the self-exclusion scheme?
No because based on the post, there are still players that continues to play gambling. It's not the gamblers that will be punished but it was the operators as stated on the post. If only they will do their jobs properly, no gamblers can pass thru their system and they are also the root cause on why there are addicted gamblers.

About the banning of ads, this was not the first one but there are post here before that talks about the ban of mascots, animals, sexy character and others that are being used in gambling advertisement. Indeed that casinos are now going to think hard on how can they continue advertising their casinos in a way that it can still turn heads.
1714  Economy / Economics / Re: Where should I invest? on: June 24, 2022, 04:04:19 PM
If we have a large capital then it will not be confused to invest, there are many investment offers that can provide a fast RoI, and if we only have a little money and want big profits in a short time then I recommend investing in cryptocurrencies.
That is if you can afford to take bigger risk and you already know the coins you are going to pick but if any of those aren't known yet then there is still a confusion that will take place. You are right that so many investments here in this space can provide a fast ROI because most number of cryptos are just pump and dump, ponzi/pyramid schemes and new shit/meme coins, which can allow us to earn quicker profits but in exchange of that is their risks which is also pretty high.

If you are not knowledgeable and lucky enough, you can just feed them with your money but never get anything in return. Little money can also mean little return but that is better if that is the only thing you can afford.
1715  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: June 23, 2022, 09:31:02 PM
I think 40 million is a reasonable price for Robert Lewandowski as he is already 34 years old. But Bayern Munich really doesn't want him to leave. Otherwise, they could have sold him for what Barcelona has offered them. And about Barcelona, I think they should not make any transfers like this. They should make some small transfers and try to make the best out of them.
There is no doubt €40 million for a play age 34 and having amazing career at Bayern Munich ideal, and now I read on social media they are going to increase this offer with €50 million, but we have new twist from Bayern Munich sports director that he is saying we are not going to sell him which is really shocking because most peoples understand before end of last season now Robert Lewandowski is going to leave this club the end of this season but suddenly this new twist is going have some drama in this all transfer because I am also feeling they will sell him as they already have replaced his spot with a quality player who can give them good result in Bundesliga and Champions League both competitions.
1716  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto Airdrop Sharing on: June 23, 2022, 08:24:20 PM
Paying out, and making good money are two different things and I believe the difference is huge. Think about it this way, if we are talking about paying out, I could get 1 billion shrute bucks, if it worths zero then it will worth zero. This is why I believe that getting paid in the bounty or airdrop world means nothing. It means that you are doing absolutely the bare minimum by buying people to promote you and if projects do not do even that much, then its definitely sick and lazy scamming. Because of this, "does it worth it? is the real question, because it doesn't matter how much you get paid in tokens, but the value of it in dollars, if it worths it then it worths it.
I think it's not because of the market that is now stagnant but it's because the quality of the airdrops that have gotten ugly right now, and that's you can say that it's a waste of time to follow them. There might be other things to do that are worth it for our time but I am not forcing anyone else to stop.

It still up to them if they will continue or not. About the money that comes in the market, isn't it supposed to happen nowadays? Because, market have dumped very hard and for those who just received their airdrop coins, their value can also be affected by the dip so they better not sell it now and wait for the bull to see if there are major changes.
1717  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin scenario crashing to $20.000 - $23.000 on: June 23, 2022, 11:51:19 AM
We have left the scenario even yesterday became the lowest price record because it became $ 17k, maybe the current scenario is around $ 18k to $ 20k, if we can reach $ 21K then I am optimistic that the market will immediately rise again, and conversely, if the market drop again below $ 18k might continue to drop up to $ 15K.
the strongest support is still at $18000 and I'm also still monitoring the price of Bitcoin until now,
there's nothing to be afraid of at this time, I'm sure Bitcoin will sideways at the level of $19000 to $20000,
so we are also getting ready to buy or sell, because it's true what they say, if we lose $18k then we will go to $15k
This is right, we haven't been there multiple times so far, so we can't know how much that wall could stand, but we know for a fact that it is one of the biggest walls we have seen during this fall, probably the biggest one so far. I know that it doesn't mean it can't get any lower, of course it can get lower, if we sell a lot then it will be under 18k and why shouldn't it be.

But, it just means it is going to be a lot harder at least, it is going to take a lot more bitcoins sold to get anything under there. Which is why I am feeling quite comfortable for the time being, I believe that it is going to take a while before we could see it go any lower.
1718  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Better than DCA is DCAing when fear is high on: June 22, 2022, 09:12:11 PM
That's also a strategy that's been known and being done by the others. They wait until the market goes active again and see an entry position before a bull run comes in. Nothing wrong with this strategy if you just want to make sure that the market is up and back again.
It's up to you how you're going to monitor this one before you buy at a good position before it skyrockets. This is also effective but I'll choose the DCA since we've probably bottomed already.
I mean it sounds completely legit and sensible. Till the bear market give a big nope and f everyone by going down after those short active moments in green. It wasn't called a bear trap for show.
OP's way of DCA when the market at high fear seen more likely depend on how long that fear has been like that. For weeks or for months? Since the longer the trend, the higher chance it was bottom out already.
LoL yeah that's always the case that happens there most especially on the current market now. People think the rise will continue but it eventually falls down again, this is why it is still better to buy when the market is down because there is a big possibility that it will back up but you can prefer to not use all of your funds for buying since there's also a possibility that the price can go down for more.

Overall, the market will always be unpredictable and we are all free to follow the strategy that we think good for us. There is nothing wrong with the first strategy but as long as you know how to hodl strong in case a bear trap really takes place.
1719  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: June 22, 2022, 08:03:38 PM
~~~
in my opinion Arteta must be able to revive the winning mentality in each of the Arsenal players and maybe with bring in some experienced players who have leadership qualities that can be a solution for Arsenal next season.
It's tough and I can totally imagine it's really tough for Arsenal. 18 seasons not being able to win the Premier League title is a very bad end result for Arsenal. They may play well, but what does it mean if they can't win the title? Apart from just staying in the Premier League and having a good business from selling players, I don't know anymore what Arsenal's determination is to be in the Premier League every season in the last 18 seasons.
Surely it's a tough job and need some strong person to change this all as we have Liverpool after few decades they won their first title under Klopp which is great achievement for them after watching last season I have feeling Arteta is also person which can bring some great changes, and he is already doing his work which can give good dividend to Arsenal recently they added few very good and quality players which is surely going to give some strength.
Arteta need some strong back from management for having success like Liverpool in this season we have good change in them, and now they are spending good amount which is surely going to give big changes and this is good for Premier League as we have too many strong teams at top.
1720  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Asian Cup 2023 Prediction and Discussion on: June 22, 2022, 05:39:38 PM
In my opinion, I think Australia will be likely candidates to win the championship as in previous competition, they have been impressive and this one will be no less.
 Japan could present a strong front, but honestly, if pitted against each other, Australia will come out winners.
It's very good now after many years we have thread for Asian soccer even most of the members are not well aware about ground realities of Asian Soccer but still it's good we have something to start and talk. Asia has never been good in soccer just Korea, Japan done good job and now after Australian entry in Asian region surely it's going to increase some quality even it's not easy and not going to happen in just three, four years, but I am happy with this all.
Gulf region countries are also investing some good money in this game, and recently we have very good news from Qatar League and few other leagues specially good that Qatar is first country from this region who is going to host WC but here we are talking who is going to win Asia cup, so I am going with Australia and Japan because these both have very good squads, and they can clinch this trophy.
