1703  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: HIKAH SCAMMER AND NOBODY BANNED HIM!!!!! on: June 19, 2015, 12:22:42 PM
Scammers are not banned.

why? why someone doesn't lock his threads on marketplace?!

Now I see another accusations..

Can't you see negative feedback on his profile. It's your mistake even seeing negative feedback in his profile you did trade with him without escrow.

Don't blame others for your mistake.

he had 1 negative when I dealt with him and this is not important, I lost 24$ or something like that but he is still scamming people and deleting negative comments in his thread. I think moderator need to do something, write something on his thread to stop this madness from that poor indian fellow ...

His thread is self moderated, and moderator can't do anything about this. People can just give max negative feedback on his profile.

1705  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Aahzmundus scammer on: June 19, 2015, 09:52:25 AM
I am going to register a FIR with the help of BTCBLOGGER and I am giving him 5 BTC for this work and more when you got the punishment. I will spend my money only to send you to jail. so in future you don't even think about doing a scam. I will also find each and every person scammed by you are help him to get there money back also. I have your  address as well as your phone number.

Becareful before giving 5 BTC to him. It's India it's not that easy to file FIR for cyber crime. I did not wrote before so he will payback fund to robinson.
Even if FIR done most probably no action will be taken because of lack of proof. And in India it's not easy when scam done in forum and server located outside India.

So think again before paying 5 BTC.
1706  Local / India / Re: Bitcoin trading account on: June 19, 2015, 09:47:04 AM
What exactly do you mean by "trading account"? Do you mean a bank account?

I think you definitely need a business account if you transact that much in a day.

yes a bank account where i can transact about 1k daily (sending/receiving) without any issues.
Also  i don't suppose i will be liable to tax as long as it's below 250k as capital income , right?
BUT, am a student , no job , so do i count as an individual in IT ? Sad

Thank you

Yes you will, doesn't matter if you are student or even kid. If you are earning more then exempted income you are liable to pay taxes.
1707  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is it possible to launch a Bitcoin ETF in NSE/BSE ? on: June 19, 2015, 09:44:15 AM
No. I am not day dreaming.

Nope it's not possible. ETF means exchange traded fund and Bitcoin not listed on any registered exchange.

I am well aware that bitcoin is not listed on NSE/BSE and hence I talked about 'launch'.

I was not only talking about NSE/BSE, BTC not listed on any registered exchange in world if I am right.

P.S. before sending proposal to SEBI about ETF, fund house need to take permission from RBI.

SEBI has to clear the ETF's based on underlying asset.I said if SEBI considers then you can list at exchanges.

Till date no fund house( As per the SEBI guidelines only fund houses can able to issue ETF's) approached to SEBI for issuing ETFs.If some one approaches to SEBI , then  we come to know the status.

I am talking about if a few big holders can create a fund house and approach SEBI like Winklevoss twins aproached FinCen.

Do you think it is really easy to make/create fund house. There is so many restriction and eligiblities criteria for become fund house even if you fulfill all it will take 1-3 years for approval.

Fund house has to registered with RBI as a NBFC; need not required permission from RBI.

You are true it will take at least 1 year to get it approval but creating the fund house is not a big deal for corporate houses.

Because Corporate houses has contacts not everyone can create easily fund house. And other thing fund house need permission from RBI because RBI still did not clear their stand on BTC so no one allow to open ETF without RBI permission.

1710  Economy / Lending / Re: Need Loan 2.00 BTC on: June 17, 2015, 04:30:08 PM
Always use 3rd party trusted escrow for holding collateral. There is many who try to ask you send collateral first and run away.
1711  Economy / Lending / Re: UPDATE] Need Micro Loan - Payback With 20% Interest Rate + 1200 EUR In LIM.. on: June 17, 2015, 03:07:35 PM
well, so if account is unverified, again - it is not valid collateral. I don't want to discourage you or something, but after all you posted here, I'll be very surprised, if somebody lend you money.

Actually he is trying to sell limited paypal acc. He don't understand what is the meaning of collateral.

Read this thread and you will understand what is eligible collateral.

1713  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is it possible to launch a Bitcoin ETF in NSE/BSE ? on: June 17, 2015, 10:49:06 AM
Yes ,its possible to launch in stock exchanges; if Bitcoin considers as an asset/commodity/security by regulatory bodies then you can launch in NSE/BSE.

ETF definition: An ETF, or exchange traded fund, is a marketable security that tracks an index, a commodity, bonds, or a basket of assets like an index fund.

You are forgetting, in India authority still not consider bitcoin as commodity/asset or security. So it's not possible till govt. clear their stand about BTC.

If you are not going to use escrow then forget it. This forum is not for you.

Other forum reputation doesn't matter here. People don't care what you did or how reputed you on other forum.

1719  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Another Alt of Superstar777 on: June 15, 2015, 05:34:57 PM
Did he ever scam again anyone.
Scammed people for very low amount t nearly 5-10$.

I know he did in begining when he joined forum. But I never heard again he did scammed anyone.

He was ready to pay but Tomatocage told him he won't remove feedback so he decided to don't pay.

He is good in designing, if he pay back and people don't neg him so may be he will stick with 1 account.

P.S. I will try to talk him again and try to convince him that he pay back that amount so he will live in forum without any fear.
