17121  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Smart Miner 3.0 on: November 10, 2015, 11:19:37 AM
This doesn't really make sense. If you are going to scam people either way why not try to scam with a product that is actually out on the market like an Antminer S5 or S7.

Trying to scam people with hardware that doesn't exist makes it very hard to get away with. These scammers don't make sense.
17122  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How greedy you are ? on: November 10, 2015, 11:13:48 AM
I will stop gambling after I win 5 times of my initial deposits. Then gamble again next day  Smiley

What will happen if you lose money, do you keep depositing more?

Because most people don't have a problem winning its the losing that makes them lose their accounts.
17123  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: antminer S7 with Corsair PSU on: November 09, 2015, 01:21:32 PM
You should look into getting an Avalon 6 instead.

Less PCIe are needed. The Batch 6 is bad because it only uses 1000 Watts or so but needs 10 PCIe.

Which is like 2 expensive PSUs or 3-4 mid priced PSUs.

Reason why you need so many mid-priced PSUs is because each blade requires 3 PCIe connections and you CANT intermix them between boards, which mean an CX750W can only power 1 board.

Just go to Nicehash and rent some hash power there. They feature all the different algo's
17125  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Diff thread oct 29th to Nov 12th picks are closed!! With a bonus reward. on: November 09, 2015, 08:59:08 AM
Exciting Week for people like me who are new to Bitcoin, unfortunately this time there was no way I could get any short term benefit from the meteoric rise. Will be interesting to see where we end up in this difficulty period?  Let's hope we remain net miner positive, a few more periods like this would be a nice Xmas present.

Rich

You should deposit your coins to Bitfinex and sell the coins short while you mine them. Protects further profits from mining. They offer 3x the leverage.

17127  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: November 08, 2015, 08:11:54 AM
this is going to break down. sorry uber bulls.

Yes correct. Failed highs, lower lows and lower highs.

It will go to ~320 before attemps to go higher.
17128  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: can you suggest other profitable miner except avalon 4.1? on: November 07, 2015, 10:14:42 PM
There is NOTHING out there capable of having any real chance of achieving RoI on a 27 cent/KWH electric rate.
There aren't many miners that will even achieve a short-term profit AT ALL at that high of an electric rate.

Correct. And besides for a brief period of time in Nov 2013-Jan 2014, there was never any hardware that would ever make a profit at that high electricity rate during any period.
17129  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: November 07, 2015, 04:35:21 PM
The safest method to gamble Smiley which I known, it is an investment in the creation of gambling sites, or to create own gambling site with cryptocurrency as a payment method.

This is partially correct because some times new start up gambling site owner don't manage properly then they also win make lose due to not many players so you should make sure invest in a good gambling site to make some profits. It is very easy to come up with gambling site but attracting people to your site is a very big issue with new gambling site unless if your ready to spend lot of money on advertisements.

This would of been true however can you really trust the site to not run off with your money, or get hacked, or have a whale take out the entire bank?

Randall

> the mod who makes friends with the beggars and mutes his "enemies"
> the mod who mutes people for asking to trade, but begs High Rollers when they get on chat
> the mod who witnesses a hack taken place, but refuses to do anything for me

I am extremely disappointed in the choosing of Randall for mod. He is a disgrace to the community and to the casino. Also Stunna, please check for a PM from me. Been 48 hours and no response.

-yulx
I am not sure who this is, as yulx already has an account here, and has never said he has an issue with me.  He consistently tells me I'm a favorite Mod of his.

> I mute beggars all the time, and everyone knows I don't put up with it in chat.  I am less lenient about it than most other Mods, even.
> I've never once begged an HR.  You can even ask Stunna to check chat logs.  I have nothing to hide, you are making things up.
> I never witnessed any hack, I have no idea what you're talking about.

You're probably just an alt of Candy, here to troll, as always.

If yulx has an issue with me, he can talk to me through his main account in PD chat.

Well you almost approach every HR in chat to try to get them to use your ref, that is for sure...
Oh, aha, I know who you are now.  You're that Spc guy, and you're mad that I muted you for caps spam and being offensive.  Stunna already knows about you lol.

Yeah I think it might be a Foreign thing or something but I noticed that certain people, constantely use ALL CAPS and don't think there is anything wrong with it. But using all CAPS usually means you are YELLING!.
17131  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling for a living or a living for Gambling? on: November 07, 2015, 04:33:30 PM
I think this is like the 6th thread exactly for this topic. Search this forum, probably somewhere on the first or second page and you will find that this was already discussed.

This probably has something to do with the mallability exploit that has been out since last month. I stopped using this website also because of it, because half of my bets were delayed by a few seconds AND if they weren't delayed then they were requoted a different time.

Read my post a few pages back.

This website really needs to get their own user accounts so people can bet instantely like most websites out there. Betting this way is very inefficient and we also lose fees due to miner fees.
17133  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is there a difference between buying shares in the stock exchange and gambling? on: November 07, 2015, 04:29:22 PM
Stock market if do some research you will not lose all your money but in gambling you can lose all your money at one shot

are you sure for this?
i think that no difference between this things. Both are based on predictions of the future and on assumptions

Gambling is designed in such a way to make the casino owner profit. It is zero sum game, so gamblers will lose out eventually. Gambling is not an investment.

Yes gambling is there only to give profits to gambling houses but players are crazy to beat the house tactics but it is almost 100% impossible to beat the house edge to win in gambling. So I think at some extend sports betting may be better because no house edge in sports betting. I usually play dice games to pass some free time with free money site provides.

Yes I agree with you however did you ever Sport bet in a real account. It looks harder then it actually is. Some games I think are even rigged with the outcome like the Super Bowl.

17135  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling on: November 07, 2015, 01:14:28 AM
blackjack gives the best chances of winning in my opinion and because of that it is most favorite game as it involves some skill not only luck

Off course it need to some skills but at the end if you want to win every time in any kind of games one must be lucky so either gambling or any sports if you play very regularly you will lose some times. But in gambling if you lose regularly then at the end you not have any thing to lose so I don't ever gamble to make a big profits from gambling.

It takes skill but you also need to take into account the probability. Generally its best to play these games in a real casino then online.
