Auf btc-echo ( https://www.btc-echo.de/verlaengerung-der-spekulationsfrist-von-kryptowaehrungen-auf-10-jahre/) gibt es einen Gastkommentar von cryptotax bezüglich der Verlängerung der Spekulationsfrist auf 10 Jahre gemäß § 23 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 2 Satz 4 EStG. Sie geben einige Gründe an, weshalb sie einer Verlängerung nicht zustimmen. Unter Berücksichtigung der dargelegten Argumente sollte eine Verlängerung der Spekulationsfrist durch Einnahmen aus Kryptoassets regelmäßig unbegründet sein. Die Fristverlängerung versteht sich als Missbrauchsbekämpfungsvorschrift, welche ferner aus einem konkreten Steuersparmodell geboren wurde. Da Kryptowährungen keinem substanzbedingten Wertverfall unterliegen, ist eine Ausgestaltung als Steuersparmodell unmöglich. Hinzu kommt, dass potentielle Erträge in vielen Fällen nicht auf den Einsatz des Wirtschaftsguts, sondern auf systembedingte Leistungsangebote zurückzuführen sind. Aber wie es so ist, setzen sie sich nicht 100%-ig fest. Denn sonst hätten sie diesen Satz am Ende ausgelassen: Bei signifikanten Investitionsbeträgen ist es jedoch aus Risikogesichtspunkten durchaus ratsam, eine rechtsverbindliche Auskunft gemäß § 89 AO vor Beginn der Tätigkeit einzuholen. Ich würde mich wirklich mal über Rückmeldungen von Usern freuen, die ihre Bescheide schon bekommen haben.Also ich habe 2 eingereicht (einen für mich, einen für meine Lebensgefährtin). yes the only thing that interact me to get in is the AIEVE the current price looks stable and its have great potential to go high total supply is very high and the circulation supply is only less then 20% of its total supply i think it should be more then 50% to 60% well good work by PCL team keep doing good work and i hope in future its will be a great success in AI world 4B of the remaining total supply is allocated for the last sales-period (Aug 27th - Sept 27th). Ganz generell im aktuellen Marktumfeld wuerde ich nach und nach in kleinen Schritten einsteigen. Es kann noch deutlich tiefer gehen oder auch nicht  Das halte ich auch für eine gute Taktik, so bekommt man immer einen guten Mittelwert, egal in welche Richtung der Preis geht. |

As I said in my webinar a few months ago, the market is experiencing a bleak year.
We talked about bubbles, then crack, but I can assure you that this is only a manipulation of the price to ease a buy back for coins that were sold dearly to all new entrants during the rising phase at the end of last year.
The phase of market downturn in the coming days will be brutal for btc and major coin.
I urge all of you present here to adopt what has always been the strength of unity in the blockchain, stand firm and believe in it.
This is what has made it possible for me during difficult times over the years, to pay for graphics cards or processors and RAM memories of hundreds of BTCs, or even more.
