Hahaha everything is exactly as predicted. 1-1 and 10 minutes until the end of the match. Moreover, the score is fair: Milan made one shot on target, and Udinese already 5! I think Udinese deserves to win this match rather than Milan. I wonder if Inter will continue this strange series or pick up three points?

Nice... Never thought that they would drop points like this especially when they are leading on the table and are in stiff competition for the Serie A race. I think Inter are given a golden chance here to once again come back on the top given the games they have in hand and with not much left in the season I think it has come down to stage when a mistake could become very costly.

As a result, Inter also lost points  Grin Terrible results for the leading trio. In the previous round I lost a lot of money betting on them. In this round, I also planned to make a multibet on Milan and Inter, but for some reason I did not. At least I got lucky somewhere  Grin I wonder if Napoli will be able to take advantage of the mistakes of competitors? They have a tough opponent.

Yeah that's a golden chance for Napoli there with drop of points from Inter. Still I think it's not that bad for Inter , just could have been in more comfortable position if they would have won their last game.

For Napoli it's not that easy as well as they are up against Lazio who are also a strong team so I feel it's gonna be tough out there for Napoli in next game.

Manchester City must be under pressure at least a little from now on. Because I think that they definitely didn't expect a this big competition for the league title. They were ahead of Liverpool in the standings by a very big gap. And they were closing in on the championship comfortably. But things have changed and the gap is three points now. Manchester City will need to focus on winning each one of their matches to be able to keep their position. But this won't be easy too. However I think that Everton won't be able to fight back too much against them and Manchester City will win this.
Everton is having a bad season at the moment. they only get points just above the relegation zone. Of course against City, it will be difficult for Everton.
City needs important points and this is the right time. Hopefully, there isn't much drama going on. so that the City's performance can also decrease. because Liverpool is also ready to replace them.
betting for City in this match in my opinion is the best option.

There isn't much gap between City and Liverpool and it's just 3 points. It's not time for them to rest for City and will hope not to drop in this stage of the season. Every match is crucial no matter who their opponents are and same stands for Liverpool as well. It will be tough for Everton unless they have a game plan to contain City's attack and find a goal scoring opportunity and take it.

Everton under Lampard hasn't made that much of surprise mark yet but you can't rule them out with the squad they have.
1723  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: February 25, 2022, 08:16:16 PM
It looks like Barcelona will win this game more easily than we thought. They had plenty of chances to score but Aubameyang and Ferran couldn't maximize their chances. Barcelona is really dangerous right now. and I think they can still score again in the second half and I don't think there is a change in strategy in the second half.

The final score of 2-4 that was obtained by Barcelona was enough to convince them that Barcelona performance was increasing. Here Aubameyang scored another goal for the third time in La Liga. Enough to prove that Barcelona was not in vain to sign Aubameyang. In terms of formation and statistics, Barcelona will now continue to improve and improve on its shortcomings.

I think the game they played recently against in which they won 4-2 was Europa second leg not La Liga. Great to see Aubameyang back in form once again and have already scored 3 goals in 3 matches. It does look like it that Barcelona right now are performing much much better compared to Barcelona under Koeman. Still I think they are far from solid but will cut them a slack given the struggle they had recently. Out of all the signings, I guess Torres is the only one who still has to add goal to his account.

In my opinion, it was a rather weak half from Milan. Controlling the ball in the center (and at a slow pace) can hardly be called a game that will bring victory. Yes, they managed to score one goal, but Udinese also had a couple of chances and if they were more lucky, the score could have been equal. I hope Milan will show a more vigorous game in the second half.

Hahaha everything is exactly as predicted. 1-1 and 10 minutes until the end of the match. Moreover, the score is fair: Milan made one shot on target, and Udinese already 5! Wout Weghorst did have a positive effect on Burnley, since his arrival to replace Chris Wood who moved to Newcastle, Burnley's game just got
a lot better. Weghorst is playing pretty well with Wolfsburg, even with Wolfsburg Weghorst played very consistently and was quite productive
every season in the Bundesliga. So Burnley made the right decision to sign Weghorst in the middle of this season. Hopefully Weghorst can help
Burnley out of the relegation zone, and it might happen, by looking at Burnley's excellent performance in the last few games. Next Burnley will
face Crystal Palace, Burnley should be able to beat Crystal Palace if we see Crystal Palace's performance is not so consistent. If Burnley manage
to beat Crystal Palace, then Burnley will go straight out of the relegation zone.

Wout Weghorst was a crucial player for Wolfsburg and have scored lot of goals for the German side. I think Burnley played a really smart transfer plan here with selling Chris Wood-another great striker but made a good money selling Newcastle for quite some amount over his actual value and then buying a comparatively young striker Wout Weghorst who is performing for them now. Seriously, well played Burnley..

Conte's return to Juventus is a possibility. That would be a dream come true for him, but I'm not sure Juventus would want to sign someone who betrayed them with Inter Milan and denied them the title last season; his devotion to Juventus is gone, and I'm not sure the fans would welcome him with open arms if the trade were to go through..

Don't know about fans treatment towards Conte departure but Lukaku one was really horrible. Sure they are not gonna like him that after one season he went on to join Juventus. Moreover they will cook a story that Conte to Spurs and then Juventus was all planned from the start. That's not gonna go down well..

[+1] to what you raised...very good point...

This weekend game between Leeds United and Tottenham Hotspur might be a draw because Leeds needs to win a game they lost 2-4 against Manchester United and 6-0 against Liverpool in their last two games, they need an emergency victory to stop this streak of poor form, in the other hand Tottenham are not a serious team and not taking opportunity to climb up of the table it shows in their game against Burnley.

tottenham has become a real joke, as they are able to beat City and score 3 goals and then lose against a less strong opponent and who also didn't even manage to score 1 goal if you want, that's something I can't understand, it seems that burnley took some kind of voodoo and threw it in the faces of all tottenham players, I'm glad I didn't bet on tottenham because something told me they would lose

Arsenal performed great against Wolves actually and they really fought for that 2-1 win. They felt the absence of a top or talented striker deeply in this game too unfortunately. That was why they struggled about finding the target many more than that. But finally they still succeeded in making a superb comeback. They carry a much bigger potential in themselves actually. All they need is to sign a good striker. This would solve their problems on scoring comfortably certainly. And after that, we could see them even fighting for the title. We never know.  Grin

If Arsenal invested more in buying more players I think they could dream of fighting to be champions next season, this season they are doing very well

Burnley have been played good recently. Their recent signing - Wout Weghorst was spot on and I think that has been a game changer for them. Burnley have been performing well since they bought him. Defensive wise they are performing good as well so it was kinda 50-50 in that match. Good for them as they are near relegation scare and need to pull out themselves.

We have small rumors about an incredible comeback for Conte to Juventus.
I don't know if it is true but that is what I have seen.

Conte is not happy in England and can leave by the end of the season, not sure about Allegri.

Yeah from his recent interview he seems frustrated with the way Spurs are performing right now. He needs a change and wants to sit down with board and discuss about this and formulate a plan. Conte to Juventus is a nice rumour but I am not sure about this so gonna ask you- Is Juventus not happy with current manager Allegri? Also for Conte to Juventus to happen he needs to resign from Spurs first so two things to happen before this becomes a strong rumour.

Yesterday's Arsenal match against Wolves was superb. The energy Arsenal put through out the game was extraordinary.I saw a team that is hungry for top four. The mumentum, zeal and eagerness to win was on the mind of all the players that were on the pitch.

Wolves on the other hand have shown to be one of the strongest teams in England this season, winning matches back to back, and if not the energy that Arsenal put, their is no way Arsenal were going to win them.

Wolves were great actually putting pressure on Arsenal with early goal but Kudos to Arsenal for not allowing the pressure to effect them much. It was a mistake that gave Wolves an early lead but goal was really well taken by Hwang. The linkup for the winner was good but I think Wolves could have done better to defend that. Great game for Arsenal.. I think both played great but it was Arsenal that too their chances well.

Interesting update on the former Arsenal London midfielder Jack Wilshere. The 30 year-old has signed a contract at Aarhus Gymnastikforening until the end of the season. After leaving Bournemouth, he was out of contract since 01.07.2021.

DEAL DONE: Former Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere has officially signed for Danish Superliga side Aarhus Gymnastikforening on a contract until the end of the season. (Source: @AGFFodbold)

Source: https://twitter.com/DeadlineDayLive/status/1495456813008965638

After Wilshere had problems finding a suitable club, I am happy for him that he is having a new try in the Danish Superliga. He still has a market value of €2m according to transfermarket.com and is certainly still a good reinforcement for Aarhus Gymnastikforening.

Glad that some team signed him. I was glad when couple of months ago reports were that he was training at Arsenal training grounds so sparked some rumours about Arsenal signing him but Arteta turned down those rumours then. Hope he puts up an exceptional performance and make move to better team and progress from here on once again.

Wolves are taking the lead but they still need to defend more because Leicester are fighting back to equalize the 2-1 score line. Both teams have been so impressive so far but chances for a draw remains slim except there is a bridge in wolves defens. Excellent performance by both teams
They defended the 2 - 1 and won it. There was a chance for third goal too when Schmeichel was running for his post LOL

Anyway, Two good match but Utd match was better among two. Ronaldo is never getting old but today in the wet pitch, rainy evening, muddy ground gave him difficult time.

Their defence was too easy for Wolves and in the same time Wolves also defended it quite well. It was Leicester who were dominating but Wolves took their chances really well and both were wonderful goals and beyond the reach of Schmeichel. Leicester are having long list of injuries and also Maddison wasn't 100% fit so  Rodgers had to work out with limited players.

Interesting start to the game! Grin Sassuolo take the lead away to Inter... Bookmakers are giving a good odds of 1.75 for Inter's win so far, but I think it could still go up in the next few minutes if Inter don't even the score! Inter have been playing worse recently... If they want to climb back into first place, they need to win today!

Score stands 2-0 to Sassuolo and bit surprising to see this especially they have been terrific against weaker teams but this is really horrible from Inter. Guess the defeat from Liverpool in CL took a toll on them. This loss wouldn't drift them much apart from the teams in top3 but still winning this would have provided a comfortable gap to enjoy later but guess that won't happen now.

I think they will level up in second half or maybe win this one if they somehow find a goal in this half at best.

Hope for another good performance in next game like this.
All MUFC supporters will be proud of their coach Ralf today for his apt decision making in terms of substitution that earned them the victory. MUFC have been called many names for drawing so many games, but currently, they are sitting comfortably at fourth position maintaining an unbeaten run for seven games now. If we maybe give Ralf a little more time, i'm sure he will be able to mould this MUFC team into the image of what he wants.

Actually, it's a 9 game win streak right now because they won against Leeds United today. They played really well in that match. But I still have to say that the Manchester United defense looked really average in that match also and if they were not able to score I think they would have been in trouble. But now they are well ahead of West Ham in terms of points (4points) and shouldn't have any problem holding onto their spot.

You are forgetting or maybe haven't checked that Arsenal and Spurs still have their games and they have chance of overtaking them on table. West Ham are bit out off the race, they can enjoy the current stand on table but the rest below them have games in hand which gives them chance to overtake them unless those teams drops points. Best they can do is to maintain the consistency in the remaining matches and hope for drop of the points from the teams in the race.
1734  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: February 20, 2022, 04:03:09 PM
It was a poor defender position for Manchester United and they should have conceded two goals to Leeds United in a streak of just two minutes the time Leeds United needed. But the game is only a few minutes left and Manchester United have the opportunity to get three points in a row in two Premier League games with the current score still 2-4 in favor of Manchester United. last goal from Elanga looks make game over for Leeds United because left few minutes only looks impossible to make it draw.

Given how Leeds defended today, they should have scored a few more. I like the way Jadon Sancho was involved in goal scoring drives and that is what needed. Not much focus on Ronaldo and find some other to find some chances and they did today and got the result they needed. Well done United. Still they are vulnerable in defence but one doesn't improves that much in one game. Hope for another good performance in next game like this.

we've a few bits of gossip out there, Madrid reached an agreement with Mbappe meanwhile it's not taken place. Hopefully Mbappe is on his way to Madrid for free and they will purchase Haaland too. It's my fascination to see both young star at Real Madrid. Following media Real Madrid and Haaland's agent met and they both agreed on a summer transfer. I guess Madrid have several plans, on the off chance that any endeavors not met they'll be in the driving seat.

It's just speculation only and nothing is 100% clear. We know why these young stars are getting linked to Madrid as young players always play for the team and be the part of wonderful history. Guess we just have to wait and see what happens next. Haaland has still time on his contract so unlikely that we will see any move regarding him but Mbappe contract ending is close and that would be one to watch. We saw how in last window Madrid and PSG pulled off a drama..can't wait to see what lies in the next window.
1736  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: February 19, 2022, 08:04:34 PM
I would say that City could have avoided that if they properly checked Klusevski run ..they allowed too much space for him to take time and execute a cross.
I cannot agree less, i mean it was absolute horrendous defending from City all through out the game, Diaz was really poor today, likewise Laporte, Cancelo was brilliant going forward, but appaling in defense, i was only impressed by Kyle Walker. I am pretty sure Pep would be giving his players some stick in the dressing room right now.

This defeat is very significant, it just basically throws the title race back open, City are just three points ahead of Liverpool having played one game more, and they still have fixtures against Manchester United and Liverpool to come pretty soon, for the neutrals they are about to experience another thrilling title race, but for City fans, this is really time to hope and pray they do not blow this up.

Still I would say lot of gap for City to enjoy but they haven't yet got the trophy yet. Games like this is what allows the others to catch onto them and they just have allowed Chelsea and Liverpool to catch them on the table. Conte must be very proud of what Spurs achieved today. They defeated a team running at pole position for the PL race and they defeated them today with well coordinated plan. This win must have silenced all the critics questioning Conte's tactics. Well played Spurs,..well played Conte.

^^ I also thought that the game was done for and it will go towards draw only now but the last play was really amazing from Spurs. They knew that it was their only last shot at getting a goal and what a build-up. Everything went perfect for them from execution of cross from Klusevski to Kane heading it in for the goal. I would say that City could have avoided that if they properly checked Klusevski run ..they allowed too much space for him to take time and execute a cross.

Who is with me on this one- I want to say Alisson has got the awareness of a midfielder. What an awareness from Alisson, it's been a while I've seen a goalkeeper having that kind of awareness and helping his team when goal is needed the most. Lovely awareness and lovely goal taken by Salah.  Cheesy

Liverpool now are in the lead as score stands 2-1, 2 goals from the liverpool stars Mane and Salah have put them in front..
1739  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: February 19, 2022, 04:10:20 PM
According to German media, Haaland and Real Madrid seem to have reached an agreement on a summer transfer. This also fits with the meeting last week at the Adidas headquarters in Germany where, among others, Haaland, his father and Zidane (as an unofficial representative of Real) met. Adidas is considered a favorite to sign Haaland on a long-term basis. A move to an Adidas-sponsored club like Real Madrid is therefore very likely.

Well good for Madrid if they are planning this ^^, better to have both stars than allowing some other clubs to take them in and give them hard time. I still find it hard to believe actually Mbappe and Haaland on the same team. I know Mbappe to Madrid hasn't happened yet but if were to link him to next team then Madrid is the closest team that comes to mind and with Haaland also in there.. seems pretty tough to me. Well let's see, in actual both of these hasn't happened yet.
1740  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: February 19, 2022, 04:04:26 PM
Arsenal, on the form they've been in. Quietly moving up the ranks and beating inferior opposition. Pretty strange to see no one mention Leicester actually, while the likes of Everton and West Ham have so quickly fallen down the ranks of UCL spots, though I see them as outsiders for Europa League spots.

If Spurs find a way to win today, Conte is still alive.

Actually never occurred to me to watch Leicester, they have been pretty bad in form lately but yeah they are a good team. They right now sit 13th on the table with 27 points and 22 matches played so best they can go to is 36(25 matches played) if we match up to the matches played by other teams above them. I am thinking they will finish 6-7 this season but yeah they are a good team- no denying that but not sure why they are having dip in their performance this season.
