1721  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CoronaCoin More drama, third exit scam and discord deleted on: April 03, 2020, 12:11:51 AM
Never thought some will still fall for this dumb coin. It's obviously a scam. The protocol is useless and doesn't have any good contribution to the crypto community.
The developers will always make such useless coins to scam people. I do hope investors will wisely choose what coin will they buy based on the coin's platform. Corona coin doesn't even have a product and yet the name itself is obviously just a joke.
1722  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where do you read about crypto? Favorite sources? on: April 02, 2020, 12:22:27 PM
I always read news in Cointelegraph, Newsbtc and BTT forum. I am much comfortable with those sites I have been mentioned and been using them for fundamental analysis, too. From the start until now, this forum gives me different kind of news from different websites though. Thus keeping me more updated. But I always had notifications on Cointelegraph and Newsbtc.

Not always visiting reddit and twitter though.
1723  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are calling projects as scam when they are in a bear market? on: April 02, 2020, 08:15:17 AM
Those people you are mentioning doesn't even know the word "platform". They've  been judging a particular coin based on the price when bearish market exists but not the project's protocol itself. Doesn't even understand that the coin belongs to cryptocurrency where the price may flactuate.
But, if ever they have experienced a bad situation from their previous coin, they shouldn't point their fingers to all the crypto coins. Reputable coins do exists even when they price fall.
1724  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Browser add-ons are just not safe on: April 02, 2020, 03:27:59 AM
It is better if you share the link where  you heard that news so I may read the whole content, too but anyway I can do some google later.

Sad that scammers really doing all the possible to get crypto coins. They have been using add ons now, never knew about that. But, the moment something pop up on your screen asking for any suspicious infos like that "24 word seed" or even "private keys" and other related private crypto access, then we should  think twice before giving it out.

Especially in times like these where scammers are entering social media field and cryptocurrency is one of the trend where our money is involved then we should always "Think before you click!."

I enjoyed reading your experience from that bank. You still got your 2 bitcoins. I mean, 1 whole and 1 not whole bitcoin. Does this mean you are still a believer or not? That bank totally ruined your day. Try to spend what they have given you.  Cheesy

I remembered my first time seeing bitcoin as a future. I can't even remember my age then.
Now I still believe on that though.

1729  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Fastest ways to multiply Bitcoin on: April 01, 2020, 07:00:53 AM
Oh my, i think I have to disagree about your advice. Multiplying your bitcoin in easy way to bet in such a gambling site isn't advisable. The house always win there. When you are gambling, it is not about the skills but the luck. When you got that luck you can double your bitcoin within minutes but you can also bust and lose your btc within seconds.

When I am hearing that kind of "fastest" way to earn or multiplying bitcoin, I refrain from believing it. We need patience and strategies, maybe rebuy another btc from previous profit or trading.
1730  Other / Meta / I was really fooled by Theymos today on: April 01, 2020, 05:19:30 AM
I woke up and been worried after reading this. Virus is also spreading online and we shall do social distancing here in forum?? Like what the heck! I was really fooled today by Theymos.  Grin

Happy April Fool's Day everyone. You got me there, Theymos.
1731  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Kakaibang pangyayari sa coinmarketcap. on: April 01, 2020, 04:35:25 AM
Well, april fool's day.
1732  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will crypto space look like? on: April 01, 2020, 02:02:25 AM
It will be more special if cryptocurrency consists only of 20 coins. The investors will just focusing on these 20 coins thus making the market more valuable. Since there are lots of coins as of now that are useless in crypto community, hundreds of them were left behind. Then we can say that top coins in coinmarketcap were just the ones patronized by majority of investors.
1733  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: April fools! Buy Toilet Paper Token! on: April 01, 2020, 12:14:52 AM

Nope. Just a prank for April fool's day.  Cheesy It made my day actually seeing that it was already out of stock! Whoever did this, they made this April 1st so funny in crypto. The name itself is a joke, toilet paper token. I wonder what Theymos up to today. He is always doing some amazing April fool's day every year.

1735  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Akyat nanaman sa $6,000 ang Bitcoin! on: March 31, 2020, 07:02:10 AM
For the update from Tradingview;

1736  Economy / Economics / Re: Will the government understand? on: March 31, 2020, 01:17:43 AM
We can survive this crisis. I mean, we should! I am also seeing those government officials that are still corrupting the budget for the people who are really in need in times like this. Our economy is suffering a lot, I know government is doing their best to help the people but it wasn't good enough.

Some people are starving to death and yet those officials still aren't giving what people deserve for. How about the no work no pay employee? I am sorry but I am disappointed for the slow response and I do hope this will be a way for the government to understand our real situation.
1737  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are comfortable investing in government controlled investments on: March 31, 2020, 12:10:34 AM
Other governments didn't see Bitcoin as a threat. In fact, there are countries who are supporting bitcoin by legalizing it on their place.
Those government controlled investments you are mentioning were providing a safety and security for your funds. Because they are centralized thus taking control of your money with of responsibility. Ensuring people that their money is safe, making them more at ease with their own fund.

While investing in bitcoin, you do control your own money.
1738  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: [Paano] Magbigay ng Bitcoin bilang regalo on: March 30, 2020, 08:52:03 AM

Isa pa, mabuti at magagawa ito in an offline mode. At least, safe itong gawin.
1739  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A long journey taken short - first and last journal entry of a failed trader. on: March 30, 2020, 06:06:46 AM
I think you had overconfidence in trading that leads you to failure as well. Trading can't actually make you millionare as you stated. Well, you can but not instantly. Even expert traders lose a lot. And since this market's volatility makes our trades win and lose, we should accept the fact that we are risking our money here.

You go and tell your dad, bro. It is better if you'd be honest. I'm sure he will pretty understand you since you are his son. And please, do not be pessimistic. I, myself lose a lot in trading but I keep on motivating myself that I can still recover. This serves as a lesson for you, buddy.

Never ever use loans in trading.
1740  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the safest crypto online games to start if you are a Newbie? on: March 30, 2020, 04:08:33 AM
There's no safest game. Especially when you are newbie. But back then, I only knew how play dice when I was a newbie before. Actually, you can explore those games and find which one do you like the most. As for sports betting, well, it's safe if you are sure about the team and know those  teams you are betting. We all came from being a
newbie, right? But the more we explore, the more we become experienced player.
