Sounds good. You might even consider to sell weekly cpu/shares or LTC-khs shares on a cryptoexchange.

The only thing left to do is buy stuff in Chile or Uruguay with a bank card, in which case the government 'only' charges an immediate 15% tax.

In their place I would buy Radeons and mine the sh*t out of them.

1724  Economy / Speculation / Re: Greed will catch up with you. on: April 07, 2013, 07:15:22 PM
I bought the first time at 20USD on the way down, and I held down to 1 and up to now. If it crashes again to 1 or 10 USD I think I would buy quite a lot more, and I expect many here and there would do the same. And that's why it won't happen, unless it crashes due to a new, better and more popular cryptocoin.

1727  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Was coinotron ddosed earlier today? on: April 05, 2013, 10:49:56 AM
I can't connect to the Coinotron PPC pool from a few hours, both on 8322 and 9322.  Angry
1728  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TRC taking off again at Vircurex! on: April 05, 2013, 09:07:22 AM
WTF happened in the night? Did someone paid 2K BTC per TRC???

1729  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / pool or miner with autoswitch? on: April 05, 2013, 08:34:19 AM
Anyone knows about a pool or miner that automatically switch between TRC/PPC/BTC according their profitability?
1730  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Terracoin's design flawed? on: April 04, 2013, 10:17:00 PM
I don't think the price will remain as high as it is. Those huge miners want BTC and they are going to dump a few k on the market pretty quickly i imagine.

At this price I already dumped all I could and I keep dumping as I mine, but I will buy back all and more when the bubble deflates

How long does it take to verify TRC deposits?
I sent some to my deposit address from 2 hours+ and still it does not appear in my account.

Does it say pending deposit on your Accounts page?  It'll usually display there for other coins and #/# blocks till confirmation.

Perhaps TRC is different?

OK. Now I see it as: "Incoming funds"
with   Confirmations:  1 / 10

You must remember that there is 520 confirmations needed and PPC network is not as fast at solving blocks as LTC or TRC

Thanks and sorry for the ignorance of this poor miner.

Are you seeing the site report your 1GHs rate or is it showing 0? I'm not sure if anything I'm doing is working at all, even though OpenCL appears to connect now (while cgminer run through GUIminer never did....)

Both of my miners are reported as still mining on the Coinotron page, and now I have 126 PPC of "Unconfirmed rewards". I am mining from yesterday and no one PPC in my reward got confirmed.
 Huh

I am mining PPC on Coinotron from 24 hours @1 GHs and now I have 112 PPC "Unconfirmed rewards", but none is confirmed yet.
Is something wrong? How long does it take to confirm PPC rewards?
1736  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is this Bitcoin's achilles heel? on: April 03, 2013, 09:07:38 PM
But this is exactly what you want to do to fuck up the community. You buy a lot, while bitcoins are cheap -> btc rate sky rockets -> you make profit, and others suck because they can not buy cheap btc anymore.

The price can stay high/go higher until the influx of suckers ...er, buyers persists. Then the music stops. Moreover at any time the manipulator lose its control/property of any coin he sells/profit from. Of course, if the manipulator has a money printer things could become interesting...

Anyone bought this and can report about it?

Wonder why difficulty and profitability data on Coinotron are totally different from http://dustcoin.com/mining.

For ex. now according Coinotron TRC difficulty is 2122.5 and profitability 2.62
while on Dustcoin TRC difficulty is 8489 and profitability 65.60%

Which one is true?
