1721  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: April 27, 2022, 08:41:24 PM
Liverpool two goals to The good, I Think We may still have another goal, Liverpool has been very solid recently, a big force to handle and to score, right now in the world it seems to be Manchester city that comes close in terms of giving them any form of scare, Villarreal has had a good run in the Uefa champions league so they need to be proud of themselves and what they have done, and I believe it’s part of the reason Liverpool are even extra careful today. This means Liverpool has one foot in the finals of the Uefa champions league.
1722  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some projects which can grow bigger in the next few years on: April 24, 2022, 09:07:54 PM
Well my first advice for project that can blossom in the next coming years would Be Bitcoin, this is your most assured project If you are looking for certainty in terms of its growth rate. Bitcoin has shown it ability several times and it’s always consistent, but if you are the risk taker and look for low cap project to start and watch grow then you would need to do personal research, I consider this very risky taking how many fake and scam project out there, even very experienced members still haven’t found a way around reducing the risk.
1723  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: April 24, 2022, 09:03:01 PM
It was a very interesting derby match between Liverpool and Everton at Anfield. This are know enemies in the field of play and it was always expected to be very tight, Everton did a good study of Liverpool and that why the game was a first half draw, all Liverpool attack where spoilt before they would be built, but the second half so an improved Liverpool and to me a weaker Everton, I think what kept Liverpool going is the fact that they needed to win to stand a chance of winning the English premier league.
1724  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: April 24, 2022, 08:50:02 PM
Barcelona yet again embarrassing themselves. Losing to Rayo vallecano is very much the worst thing Barcelona can do, and with the way Barcelona fans sold out their home to Frankfurt in the Europa league, this shows how the club are losing its fans faith. I think there is a problem now with this club and if not tackled may linger even into next season, Barcelona has quality players to turn their situations but now is for their coach Xavi to find a way to balance the team to achieve greatness.
1725  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Nigeria (Naija) on: April 24, 2022, 08:33:05 PM
Fury wins again

I know say the victory na wetin almost everybody expected yesterday as na two bankers weh nothing fit cut but as the bout take end na him come be the talk of the town now. That uppercut for Round 6 format  Dillian Whyte brain, nobody go argue that one. E drain all the strength weh deh the guyman body completely. Me weh deh expect the fight to drag enter like round 10 self na so I open mouth keep. But na better money deh boxing o. Guyman just received beating for less than 20mins and carry almost $8 million dollars enter house. Una sure person no go enrol for boxing class?
Tyson na better boxer and I don they follow this man, right from the time even before he started to fight inner demons, and it’s said that Tyson fury against white is his last, because him just announce say him Dey retire from boxing, I really don’t know why but definitely na something him and people close to him don discuss, although I feel him Still get Wetin it takes to fight on, and if him retire truly that means we no go see Tyson fury vs Anthony Joshua, to me it would be a big shame.
1726  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Hunt for new NFT project on: April 24, 2022, 08:16:06 PM
I am looking for new NFT project that has very good utility Do you have any project in mind that can be as good as APE NFT in future? What new NFT project you are presently into? Bored Ape Yacht NFT and other are just way too overpriced.
Like you rightly said. The good ones right now in the NFT space are very ostentatiously high. And with so many new projects coming out and and all of them bringing out NFT, choosing a quality NFT would be very hard. But I can recommend that their are other ways to make a living from NFT for those very interested in it, some people a taking good, meaningful pictures and they are selling it out as NFT, this is an avenue to explore.
1727  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Any unexpected incidents - Bitcoin on: April 24, 2022, 08:05:31 PM
Is it just me or are you all seeing that so many low quality, Unrelated to crypto-currency stuffs are being posted here, many of which still stay active. I would advice those doing it and to any Newbies that chooses to listen pls refrain from posting random things offline into the forum. I once saw a guy bringing up a matter of his Facebook that was hacked outside the forum into it. All this are very unnecessary and I would suggest we all read the rules, and other important guidelines again.
1728  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: “A single bitcoin transaction could power the average US household for a month" on: April 23, 2022, 08:58:57 PM
I am still shocked, the average US household uses power supply steadily, and if. A single transaction of Bitcoin can actually power a household for a month then imagine the amount of Bitcoin transactions that is going on around the world in a day, this is to say bitcoin mining is not a basement kid game anymore, I would ask now that all this power that are being used how environmental friendly are they? And what’s the best source of these source of power.
1729  Economy / Economics / Re: How did we all get here? on: April 23, 2022, 08:43:41 PM
Well even if US is amongst the few world power I would still say that it if it’s Citizen concern, and many like me really don’t understand it that much, the little I know is that the current government are going against what the previous government which many taught is a bad government, I believe all this has altered the balance of the US economically but still after all this US is still amongst the top economically blessed nations and I hope they can do something about their current situation.
1730  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why some promising newbies fail in the forum. on: April 23, 2022, 08:30:34 PM
I would be very brief on why so many potential great newbies fails, one thing is certain they want to move faster than they can cope with, I have seen many newbies get there first 20 merit and then feel so reluctant and become very complacent or many that goes faster than their knowledge can carry then, the best solution for any Newbie right now is to understand that patient is a great value to have and become great in this forum.
1731  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Nigeria (Naija) on: April 23, 2022, 07:32:14 PM
Good evening guy from our region, we would not cry about the government and their bad leadership, but right now we need to talk about how to empower ourselves, thanks to this forum it has exposed many of us to Crypto-currency and this has helped many of us in so many ways, but knowledge never stops, I believe we can make even more from this opportunity but we have to do it in the right way, so I call on some sort of knowledge sharing, I appeal to the most learned and even the least learned of us to drop ideas mainly crypto-currency based.
1732  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where have you saved your bitcoin keys? on: April 23, 2022, 07:07:11 PM
Be careful guys many of us has close affiliates, friends and many more that may know us personally or know our rejoin, this isn’t to say we don’t have trusted friends but when it come to crypto-currency we have to be careful, I believe sharing this information here is like reveal what should be kept private for reasons I don’t think it worth it, Mr op where ever you have saved your Bitcoin key Is for your knowledge, don’t create and cause others to create a thread were people reveal private messages here.
1733  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: April 23, 2022, 04:37:37 PM
Big congratulations to Arsenal winning both Chelsea and Manchester United in a row is a complete big deal for me, although I expected them to win Manchester United today. I believe the Manchester United squad are playing very bad of late you could think they are doing it as a protest or something against the management, regardless even with Cristiano Ronaldo, they could not still pull up anything against the gunners. This helps arteta’s men in the race to play in the uefa champions league come next season.
1734  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: April 22, 2022, 08:44:09 PM
Arsenal did a go job in front to beat Chelsea although in the first half their defense was sloppy, but the settled that in the second half, then at Anfield Manchester United we’re embarrassed by 4:0 in the hands of Liverpool, and going by how Arsenal and Liverpool played in their last games I am going with Arsenal to win this one even if Cristiano Ronaldo is going to play. Manchester United are currently below any big 6 English premier league team in terms of form. What’s you guys predictions on this match.
1735  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Nigeria (Naija) on: April 22, 2022, 08:21:52 PM
Well said guys, with the wisdom and understanding that the citizens of Nigeria have, in even knowing how corrupt our leaders can be I am surprised that we still have lots of these men in power. Regardless of that our vote doesn’t count I Think we can back this up on social media, create an hash tag, create awareness during the elections and also support a candidate that is opened to developments, one that isn’t against the youth and doesn’t see Crypto-currency as a threat.
1736  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin really on it's death bed? on: April 22, 2022, 07:56:38 PM
I hope this teaches you not to draw conclusions just because of a dip, Newbies get this right, dip or bad market are pieces that makes up the Crypto-currency atmosphere, I understand the worry, some coin can actually go into this dip and won’t come out now that when good research is necessary before investing, but in terms of coins like Bitcoin, eth and some other good Alts the chances that happening is low, even if a dip last long, this big coins find away of recovering especially Bitcoin.
1737  Economy / Economics / Re: Elon Musk makes offer to buy Twitter on: April 22, 2022, 07:39:18 PM
Although Elon musk has shown so much regards for doge coin and when ever he Talks about Crypto-Currency he mostly channel it to Dogecoin but at this point let’s not be quick to judge him, am not a fan of billionaires or influencers manipulating Crypto-Currency to Favour themselves, but if Elon musk plan is to create more avenues for twitter to accepting payments in Bitcoin then I think it’s what waiting to see how it materializes.
1738  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: April 21, 2022, 07:59:03 PM
Unbelievable how Barcelona had a good chance at Real Madrid and they blew it away. I don’t think Barcelona has any chance at the la Liga, all they need do now is to focus on qualifying for Europe and coming in second place, Barcelona football club need all the money they can get and winning trophies is another way of getting the much needed money, going a season virtually trophies does actually make sense and doesn’t help the team, I hope they can find themselves come next season.
1739  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Nigeria (Naija) on: April 21, 2022, 07:25:38 PM
Guys the problem of this country no Dey everly finish, una hear Wetin Dino melaye talk, sey God speak to am sey Atiku na the next president of Nigeria, na so the Nigerian government take us for cruise, is a country where the credibility, wisdom and education of the leaders don’t matter all they have to do is have connections. The country is really falling apart in many aspects but regardless Nigeria is our own, we no fit end all this in a day neither are we to run away from all of it. Elections they come even if many think say e go Dey rigged, but still make we try our best and do it in a very safe way.
1740  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Concern of illegal use of crypto on: April 21, 2022, 07:01:56 PM
That's bullshit. They can't accept the fact that cryptocurrency is revolutionary. Fiat money has been used in money laundering for all these years. They have been using for illegal deals. Now cryptocurrency is the problem? How funny does this sound!
Exactly my thought, all those Vices wasn’t Pioneered by Crypto-currency and I see no way that this issue should be handed over to Crypto-currency in terms of blames, take for instance that Crypto-currency is put away, this would definitely not bring an end to money laundering, scam and other vices that are eating up the world as a whole.
