1721  Economy / Services / Re: FortuneJack.com NEW Campaign – Earn up to 0.2 BTC A Month!!! Weekly Payments. on: October 30, 2015, 02:07:29 AM
You guys need to relax. I've been with this campaign since March 2015 and they have yet to miss a payment. Longest delay was only a few hours.

Don't worry your payments will arrive.

This is probably the most stable and active campaign on Bitcointalk.

First time payout is delayed.
1722  Economy / Services / Re: FortuneJack.com NEW Campaign – Earn up to 0.2 BTC A Month!!! Weekly Payments. on: October 29, 2015, 04:21:52 PM
anyone get payment yet?

Nope.

1724  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] FractalCoin community takeover and new website FractalCoin.us on: October 26, 2015, 10:52:30 AM
Actually Cryptsy wrote me back this week and said they're working on NXT platform integration.  So if FRAC moves to NXT, Cryptsy does seem open to swapping their coins.  They may also keep the original FRAC, splitting Fractalcoin into 3 parts like you say, but hopefully we'll end up with just 2.  Or if we burn everyone's coins, then just 1.

Of course I'm burning all of mine for BARR, but if the price crashes after the burn period ends, and the coin continues to survive, then I may get re-involved.  Maybe later, since I'm already scraping up every penny to support BARR.

But yes, you're correct that FRAC has 0 block rewards.  IMO that was the original reason the coin crashed, over a year ago - the block reward dropped straight from 40 FRAC to 1 FRAC per block, and miners all immediately stopped mining.  Then the difficulty was stuck for about a month with nobody mining, and the blockchain wasn't moving.  I mined, rented hash, and gave some bounties of .01btc in the Poloniex trollbox for people to mine FRAC, and the difficulty dropped something crazy.  But the damage had already been done, as huge changes in an altcoin market often degrade into feedback loops.  Lower price, less hash, fewer users, more dumping, lower price, less hash, fewer users.

The block reward dropped to 0 a few months ago, and it did not help the price.  Even without the new sell pressure every day, there's still nobody buying.

And nobody will buy this coin, I´m pretty sure of that.

Sorry, but after Earlz, Skunkmonkey and Doge left the coin die even with the community support (including me, who supported it since the begining), there is an invincible assymetry here, specially the moral hazard issue.

1726  Local / Português (Portuguese) / Re: Halving do Bitcoin em 2016 on: October 24, 2015, 11:57:06 PM

1727  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Spanish League Prediction Thread (La Liga) on: October 24, 2015, 11:52:40 PM
Barcelona plays tomorrow right? It's a nice match to add to a parlay..

Yes tomorrow they play against Eibar at home.
I expect them to win.Everything else, even without Messi, would be a surprise.

Of course it's a win match for "Barça", Eibar is no match for them.

Inter milan is playing at the moment with palermo... If they lose will be terrible.
The match end in draw with both teams to score
AC Milan - Sassuolo I am expecting a lot of goals in this game, probably both teams to score and over 2.5 goals  Cool
I am also going to this  both teams to score and over 2.5 is very good pick for tomorrow

I would not go for over 2.5, I think it is too much.
1730  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A Simple Gambling Trick on: October 24, 2015, 11:15:26 PM
I don't think that there are any gambling trick. Simple trick to avoid the losses could be to play less and avoid too many games in a single session. If you play less then there will be minimum loss and at the same time if you are lucky then you can win also.

For sure there are shortcuts in some game types, but only for expert people, believe me or not.
1731  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Europa League/Champions League Lounge on: October 24, 2015, 11:14:36 PM
basel, fiorentina and Schalke what happen? their favorite team then played at home and lost ouch Angry

Very surprising results, almost get me shocked.

yeah it makes me surprised. I should be able to win a lot, because I have confidence in them and bet quite a lot and I now pretty much lost  Cry

How much do you bet this time?
Don't get down, stay focused and better luck next time!
1732  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Everyone looses in the long run on: October 24, 2015, 11:13:28 PM
Some professional players do not need to take a lot % from their bankroll to earn big money.

You need to see how professional truly play. I recommend you to take a look at the pro WSOP player. They are playing huge and only play at GTD or tournament and rarely ring games. The buy in for GTD is usually 4 digits in USD and that is a lot for average person , the game end after hours and most are really great and sometimes the unexpected happens like when someone think that he wins with full house but suddenly beaten by four of a kind

There are in fact professional gamblers, guys who are expert in mathematical principles  Grin
1733  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you play loteries ,did you won something on: October 24, 2015, 11:11:55 PM
No i don't, usually its a waste of money.

I don't think so, sometimes luck smiles to us, against all math principles  Grin
1734  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My goal to earn 1,000bitcoins within 3years on: October 24, 2015, 11:10:54 PM
If you are an highroller its possible even to do 30 btc a day,I've seen that on PrimeDice, people martingaling like 1 2 5 btc and repeat if they doesn't win.
yup ,that is some scary shit but i have seen it sometimes, the question here is how many days can you carry this ?
OP should win 1-2 coin per day for continuously 3 years.

Yes, its not possible to win each and every day, someday you will loose whatever you have won in the past. So there will be again zero bitcoins in your hand and you have to start with the beginning. Its really difficult to earn 1000 bitcoins, anyways all the best to OP.
Winning 1000 bitcoin in 3 yrs is not possible but if you have greedy ness after you win then you bet it again to multiply the profit in the end lose ,so is just like nothing happens. so we need to self control in order to win that profit in gambling..

Totally impossible nowadays win 1.000 BTCs, the man who made this fortune by been fat and thief was recently arrested in Japan LOL! Gox You!! Grin
1735  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be profitable in long term ? on: October 23, 2015, 01:37:40 PM
Yes, gambling for long term will surely make gambling house to more richer than gamblers for sure.
sometimes long term give you profit dude, not all long term only make you lost your money

A planned and solid long term investment, not a gambling one!!  Grin

1737  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: October 23, 2015, 01:32:21 PM
however many people enjoy it while losing .

I don't think I've ever seen someone actually enjoy losing - there are people who are less upset by it - but actually enjoying losing is a different story.

If you're gambling you're basically paying for entertainment..... You shouldn't expect anything back(as saying goes, hope for the best, expect the worst), but if you do, congratulations.

In the select scenario where you're doing it purely for the profit - then you should definitely expect to make a profit otherwise you'd need to go back and reconsider your strategy. For example, in poker if you're already making steady earnings from smaller stakes tables and moved up to higher stakes and you start losing/earning less you'd definitely want to reconsider.

Enjoy losing??

Inter 0-0 Juventus - 62 minutes gone so far, this is a boring game man, I hope we see a goal. Hope not too many of you guys bet on both teams to score Cheesy
unfortunately there is no goal until the end of the match
Inter Milan 0-0 Juventus i lost my bet on this match because i'm already pick over 1.5 goals

Very equilibrated game, both teams were almost equal.
1739  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: October 23, 2015, 01:01:49 PM
Now after yesterday's India's win, next match will be interesting to watch. I think SA may win this series as well.
As series coming its look like South Africa is winning team but in last match any thing could happen because Mumbai wicket is spinners friendly in my view India can win this series
Yes in this series india will win series .Indian spinners are doing good bowling.

I would bet some against India, it is too soon to put 100% on them.

Also, professional people who play poker or sports betting.

There are no professional sports betting player because it is about luck. You can analyze the game and predict who will win or how many goals will be score but it is more about luck. Meanwhile there are alot professional poker player because they know how to play the game and luck is just small thing for them

I agree with that.
Poker is not gambling if you know how to play. (and manage your bankroll)
Poker not like gambling because they not use all their money in 1 game.

For me, i usually use 3-5% of my bankroll in poker. If i lose, i can easily cover my loss in the next game.

Poker is made for professional players, you can make a lot of money if you have the talent.
