Thanks DaveF Worked for all 3 coins. FYI: All 3 were the Sol Noctis EAGLE 0.01 coins. So this does apply to both the Eagle coins and Bull coins

EdLEZieDbChBMHJp858568iYuhcKWQNBWbBKeQMuckc9 is represented as ca76964390a3d7b99f0451a0a95a55a2098f9700cf6b0a2369a76b311d60427a in hex, and this is the private key for 13NgxJBSk2bwWd2W4cr4XQqNNQTmyoCM4a. It looks like Sol Noctis took a private key in hex format and converted it to base58 without any of the necessary preprocessing to generate a WIF-encoded key. The 0x80 mainnet flag is not prepended, nor is the 0x01 flag to denote a compressed public key appended. Lastly the checksum is missing. Some quick/dirty code follows to generate a proper WIF-encoded key from what you received: const crypto = require('crypto'); const bs58 = require('bs58'); let sha256 = crypto.createHash('sha256');
let privkey = bs58.decode('EdLEZieDbChBMHJp858568iYuhcKWQNBWbBKeQMuckc9').toString('hex'); console.log(privkey); privkey = '80' + privkey + '01'; console.log(privkey); let hash = sha256.update(Buffer.from(privkey, 'hex')).digest('hex'); console.log(hash); sha256 = crypto.createHash('sha256'); let hash2 = sha256.update(Buffer.from(hash, 'hex')).digest('hex'); console.log(hash2); let checksum = hash2.slice(0, 8); console.log(checksum); privkey += checksum; console.log(privkey); let encoded = bs58.encode(Buffer.from(privkey, 'hex')); console.log(encoded);
I've swept the key, please provide an address to which you'd like to receive your funds. Can someone help.. I have 3 of these and do not know how to run this code. Please PM me if you can help

does Lealana offer a list of all address ever used on its coins to dig through? ty (I don't know if that's a stupid question or not lol)
There is the list of LTC coins that was published. And a limited list of BTC coins that were sold by the original US Lealana distributor... your coin is not on that list

This was something I took into account when engraving private keys into metal under a hologram. In order to combat against this, early coins I made using this technique were covered by an insulating piece to keep from metals reacting over time, then a thin piece of metal to make it so X-rays wouldn’t be able to determine the hidden private key. Eventually I phased this addition out because of time and additional cost, but the ultimate deciding factor was that it isn’t very difficult to remove and reattach holograms without damaging them as has been demonstrated repeatedly over time, so it’s good to remember that holograms are like door locks. They keep honest people honest.
Any threads about removing holograms being not so difficult? Every peeled coin I’ve seen has been blatantly obvious. And any discussions I’ve seen have said they’re quite secure. Would love to read up on it if you have any info! Always good to know how to detect fakes How about this coin from 2015? I redeemed it this morning... hologram came off clean, zero residue or marks And the mirror finish reacted with the ink/paper (plastic) that the QR private key was printed on. Left a semi-readable part.... It all comes down to how you store your coins and the quality of holograms the maker used. Seemingly they last a lot longer on coins not polished like Cas brass.

Once I knew to look for "miffman" it was easy, but thanks ;-) I was just explaining why it is rather hard to find if you don't already know about the maker... You can also get more information on the coins at the official website: https://bitpiec.es/Might get a virus notification, but should work....

Good point. A full roll would be very interesting - maybe there is a way to get it verified without breaking the seal?
Is that even possible? I mean has a full roll ever been rated and then sealed? Not sure if that can be done or if possible. Perhaps it has and I am not aware of it. It would be nice to see such a thing encapsulated as it would break my heart to break a roll and have each chip graded for sure. NGC does this, but only for Eagles and Pandas. Looks like they do open the roll to put inside these capsules though..... https://www.ngccoin.com/coin-grading/holders/certified-rolls/

3. There were originally 250 straight silver and reverse satin silver varieties of this coin.
4. After increasing demand Smoothie returned and released 8 gold plated and semi gold plated versions.
From what I remember, there was not much demand, so he took most of the 250 of each and made them into the gold plated 8-coin set varieties that would mean then that the mintages for the silver ones are a bit less - if they were approx 30 of each gold version, then instead of 250 silvers, there would be only around 220 or so - right? There were a total of 8 different finish coins for the big set... so if 30 of each would be 30x6 = 180 since 2 of the coins in the set were the 2 different all silver ones 250 + 250 = 500 - 180 = 320 / 2 = 160 of each silver left over

Rare coin to come across...especially on Ebay...were these gold plated?
Also have they ever been sodl here on the forum? Price reference would help to see what these go for here on the forum.
Mostly a higher price is almost always achieved outside forum
well, it is being sold by someone here on the forums just not here - on ebay where it will fetch a higher premium is my guess
Indeed, what's up with this Monero logo on that coin's hologram? Quite confusing and out-of-theme.
agreed - maybe @smoothie can shed some light? or maybe @eclipse knows more as he is the one selling 3, well 2 of them now as 1 sold. Here is a post from smoothie about the Monero logo: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1615738.msg16239221#msg16239221

Someone won a 2018 Wood mini for $820 These were supposedly all lost And it is number 400... not part of the normal 350 base card set. So did this maybe come from a Rip or Double Rip card? https://www.ebay.com/itm/295752320336
