1721  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do You Go to Land Based Casinos? on: December 19, 2017, 05:55:29 PM
Yeah i always want to go to the lane base Casino. It seems really interesting over there.

Depending on if you are able to be getting into one than that would be nice. If you live in my place then no such thing exist. I would want to visit a real gambling site one day as well because it should be better than when you are playing on gambling site. Some people even say that it is the best place for you to have some fun
1722  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it a sin to gamble? on: December 19, 2017, 05:25:49 PM
No, gamble is not a sin at all. In everyday life we have some features of the game. Cheating is a sin, run a casino is a sin, maybe even been addicted os gamebling is, but the gameble itself - no way!

Run a casino is a sin because gambling itself is a sin.  Running a casino is a sin because it means we provide a place or facility to gamble. Being a provider is even more sin than gambling. Well, but all back again to their respective perspectives.

It is everyone's own perspective and wether it is a sin or not , it will never be our concern. Our main concern is to let people know not to gamble foolishly. If someone wants to do it for fun or atleast with some money that he doesnt use then that is fine. Anyone that gamble with intention only to get more money is just so foolish

1724  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The best way to quit gambling for good on: December 19, 2017, 11:55:05 AM
Ultimately, the need to want to stop gambling must come from the apparent addict, otherwise efforts for rehabilitation may prove ineffective.

Everyone that is addicted want to stop gambling but the problem is much more than that. You cant really stop like that in one night. You can hope that you can but the truth is you cant. The only reason that I am able to do this is because I am playing for fun to set my mind only to have fun and not to play for profit therefore I can get out of it althought not completely yet
1725  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to control greed on gambling? on: December 19, 2017, 11:45:11 AM
Tons of topic on here for that. The favorite of mine, just block access to that money for a day or 2 when you feel like gambling. I usually transfer my money to an online wallet site and then block that site for a day or 2, and let that greed or addiction to betting more subside. Only discipline can help you with this.
There are many better things we can do instead of gambling likes of investment so that need to concentrate on investment, to come out of the gambling travel around the world interact with family people, try to stay away from and stop to think about gambling that may reduce the greed on gambling.

Some people know this already but because they are addicted , they cant really tell if what they are doing is right or wrong anymore. Thats the bad thing about being addicted because all you will be able to think about is to make money . When you lose you will be much more frustated thus you cant see the bright thing about investing your money in some other thing anymore
1726  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Play with your profit or not? on: December 19, 2017, 10:32:27 AM
Gamblers usually quit after earning profits because they are aware of a lot of stories in which people who were once rich due to gambling lost all of their money in seconds and remain empty handed.

Gamblers usually quit but that only applied to few smart gamblers. Alot of people will not just stop like that. They will keep on trying to get more and more . Im one of those people that wont stop when I win and therefore I lose about everything. I know that feeling of wanting to win more and more . That feeling is just going to let us lose more
1727  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The best way to quit gambling for good on: December 19, 2017, 07:22:19 AM
The best way is to seek for professional help and get over it. Is an addiction and as we are human beings we cannot go over them but we can control for good.

There are alot of proffesional that can help you overcome it however if it doesnt come from you then you wont be able to get out of it. Im quite sure that there will be alot of people that is going to be able to snap out of their addiction in the future and when that happens alot of people will be getting to play for fun, less people going to be stupid
1728  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do people still play dice? on: December 19, 2017, 06:58:17 AM
Playing dice is also fun but you need to know you have a little chance because you will lose in the long run, I like playing dice only when I feel lucky and I have a feeling I can grow my small bankroll into a bigger money, did it once but afterwards I already keep losing so I realize it's true that house edge will beat us in the long run. I like sports betting because I have bigger chance of winning, no house edge so I can develop my skills and use it to win.

Not only dice but every game in gambling site. The house edge is going to make us less favorable in the long run so I dont really think that it is good to keep playing in the long run. sometimes the most unexpected things comes from luck because when we dont expect to win then we will win, so it is much better to play for fun rather than profit with no expectation to win
1729  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The best way to quit gambling for good on: December 15, 2017, 09:31:14 AM

I have read people talking like this even before I can't understand that they have to tell that "the best way to quit is not to gamble at all" what's the sense of saying that if you are not even associated with gambling for not gambling at all? I know gambling addiction is like other addictions that's hard to stop, time will come that you'll just realize that you have to do something and just stop it according to your plan.

Either if you want to swallow it or not, it is the truth because the best way to quit is just to stop gambling. leave everything and never come back again, that is the truth that you need to know. Besides that I dont see how someone could move away from gambling that easily without willing to do that right from himself with determination
1730  Other / Archival / Re: Which one is more risky? Skill-based gambling or trading? on: December 15, 2017, 09:24:19 AM
Most skill bases gambling are pvp or team vs team and there are factors that any analyst can study to come up with a decent prediction. Much the same with trading. So personally, skill based gambling and trading gives you pretty much the same chances if you do your research well

In the end it depends on wether you are lucky or not because no matter how skilled you are, if you are not lucky then everything is over for you. The main point is still being lucky, if we are lucky even if we are supposed to lose then we can turn the tide with our luck however the hard thing is being lucky and win the game all the time
1731  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can gambling help you with your life? on: December 15, 2017, 09:22:17 AM

It's easy to say but never easy to do, gambling is way to hard to control if we already engaged on it for the long time, it can help us to enjoy sometimes and can give us headaches when we lose too much, we wil only realize our money's worth once it's gone.

Not sometimes but most of the time, it can help us enjoy if we want to enjoy it. If we dont want to enjoy it then that is another story. Do you think people that are gambling hardly want to enjoy the game? Im sure they dont want but the point is that they want to make money so it is depends on us wether we want to enjoy the game or not
1732  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can maths help you win in gambling ? on: December 15, 2017, 09:19:30 AM
Gambling is an uncertain game and we just rely on luck. I do not think mathematics would matter in the gambling game. Whatever we do like doing calculations then it will not have a significant impact. Mathematics will not mean in gambling and gambling does not require math to be able to achieve victory. Only luck can change everything. So multiply prayer than you should think to calculate what you want to get.
It can use but it doesn't guarantees winning, most often gambling relies on luck, it doesn't matter whether you calculate it for long hours or long days it will not really determines the probability of winning.

Not most often but always gambling relies on luck. If we are not lucky then there is no way for us to win. Sometimes we think that we are one of those lucky player but in fact we are not. The math formula is just going to let us know what our chances to win so it helps us in a way as well so I wouldnt say that it is useless at this point
1733  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To Gamble or To Invest? on: December 14, 2017, 09:07:22 PM
Of course, if we talk about gambling investment, there is a lot in common between these two classes and first of all it's the risk of losing everything. But I understand that with investments there are many more opportunities to earn, And with gamblings to lose ..

Gambling is going to make us lose money and investment is a good way to make money. That is a solid difference between both and Im sure alot of people got it mixed up. Most people will like to gamble their money and consider it as investment, it is not the same and it will never be the same and the risk for gambling to make money is too high
1734  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing money on bitcoin..! on: December 14, 2017, 09:04:23 PM
Now the best way to double the money is to invest bitcoin, everyone knows that bitcoin prices will continue to rise and skyrocket so invest money into bitcoin is the best and powerful way to get a prfofit.

Everyone knows but everyone is too afraid to increase their stake. As of now the price of bitcoin is just too high to be purchased as a whole that is why people are scare that this is bubble. According to most economy analyst, the bubble is the biggest in history so far and there are alot of people that are too afraid to join because of this
1735  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: December 14, 2017, 08:57:12 PM
For me I don't see anything wrong with gambling as long as you're not putting other people belongings on the line. People who say it's wrong probably did so out negative outcomes, and i would ask them to loosen up because having bad experience with something doesnt make it 'wrong'.
Truly there is nothing wrong in gambling, when gambling is legal no harm in playing out in gambling and also that is not a sin. But many countries have prohibited playing gambling in such situation gambling may treated as a sin.
Lol, Who told you that gambling is not wrong? If it is not sin, then is it virtue? Is it pious thing to make others go in debt, to change the end results of the game just to make money? Can you give a statement on the behalf of casino owners that they don’t do so, they don’t interfere with the end results?  Those countries that have banned gambling re on right track because this game is not for the welfare of people.

I am with you mate. However, if the gambler just plays for fun and entertainment without spending too much that could hurt that person's pocket, then there is really nothing wrong with it because he just wants to have some good time just like any other form of entertainment. But I really respect religion and other cultures that prohibits gambling strictly.
There’s a little bit controversial answer about the question that “Is gambling a sin”, the answer is yes as well as no.

Yes, in a sense that if one gamble and losses and the loss is upon the whole family of that gamblers, in this case definitely it’s a big sin but if a person only gambles for only experiencing something new or just for fun seeking and also his family had not to face difficulties, I don’t think that it remains a sin then.
To me my religion has banned gambling, gambling the sin of my religion, so to me gambling is a sin and no exceptions. Whether it's just for having fun or gambling for money, winning profits or even being in debt, gambling is wrong.

Every religion prohibit you from gambling but Im sure that you have gamble atleast once in your life. Everyone make a sin once in a while and it is not something that is really going to make you die after you do that but depends on the person as well I guess. Some person are just not too cut off to make some sin when they are alive
1736  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The best way to quit gambling for good on: December 14, 2017, 08:46:08 PM
When you feel you have got enough, it is the time to quit, sounds simple but actually it is not, and this is the great gamebler's art, to quit in the right moment.

It is simple but alot of peple make it harder than what it seems. Some people dont care about what they lose when they gamble. The only thing that they care is when they win money. We can quit just like that but we make it looks like it is hard , that is why alot of people got heavily addicted when they should have just stop in the first hand
1737  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can gambling help you with your life? on: December 14, 2017, 08:16:26 PM
That laugh often times loosen our mood especially when we are stressed of work.  Gambling is one way of relieving stress ( one of the benefits of those who play gambling in moderation).  This stress relieving effect of gambling enable us to function 100% on our next 7 days of work thus, it increases our productivity in our day jobs.  As long as all is moderated and we are in control, no matter what is our intention in playing gambling, the fun and moment we spend and the funny scenario and chat in troll box always made these stress full days relaxing and entertaining.

If we are stressed and looking for entertainment then gambling site is one of them but if we are looking for money then better we quit those idea. Some people trick themselves by saying that they are only playing for fun but the truth is that they play for money which makes them much more stress then what they have been so far
1738  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: December 14, 2017, 07:56:33 PM
Orange_Info won lucky jack two days in a row?  Jesus Christ.  It would be kind of cool if it wasn’t possible to win more than once so more people have an opportunity to win.  Since there is only other days shown and no way to check older day winners I bet it happens more than we think.

Also, I did a txt chat to support and they never replied or emailed an answer to my question at all.

He is just a hell of a lucky player in another point of view. Anyways, is fortunejack planning on having a holiday promo? Since its nearing Christmas Day, it would be nice to have something to be excited about. But with or without a promo for this Christmas, FJ makes everyday like Christmas with LuckyJack.

Few weeks ago at the time of their anniversary in this forum, they said that they would have celebration but I did not see it till now. Maybe I missed it but I really do not see any celebration promo for their anniversary. So dont hope too much for this Christmas, hope they will prove that what I say is wrong by giving a nice Christmas promo.
Indeed the luckyjack is good promo already but I think most players are boring with it especially those who do not win after trying for months everyday. A new kind of promo would be good IMO.
For sure they would make such promo on this holiday season this is why its important to look up on this thread for further announcements. We have seen every holiday or special occasion FJ do really have something new for us gamblers  Grin. Regarding luckyjack i dont really expect too much but would still worth a try to spin it up on daily basis its not really time consuming at all.Just try and try but dont expect too much.

This is holiday season so probably they are making promotions for this first before their anniversary celebration. I got lots of email from them with appealing promotions that most people will surely try out. well you should not be expecting anything because it is about being lucky and someday you might be able to win like the others ( I have never win as well Smiley )
1739  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎰 Truegame - First Smart Contract Platform For Lotto & Games of Chance 🎰 on: December 14, 2017, 07:53:17 PM
First sight of the site is good especially with all those weekly reward especially the smartphone. Just wondering why make it all hassle with invitation code? If it is open for everyone to register that means it is better for you because most people are checking the site's beta. The bigger number of people bigger chance to find something wrong on the site

Thank you for your attention to the project!
Access via invitation codes are made for the following reasons:
- Now we collect expert feedback only from the professional Community. Basic tests had been already done, therefore we need a feedback from the community, no testing.
- We give a $10 bonus. Everyone who wins will be able to collect his winnings, therefore, the number of free games is regulated by the invitation codes.

That means I wont get one even if I requested because Im not professional ? I really dont get this sorry but I really do wish to try out your games as it looks appealing. Any chance in the future to see any denomination of using mbtc or bits instead of dollars? Well as we in the crypto community will be more fond of using that value instead of dollar
1740  Economy / Gambling / Re: Moneypot on: December 14, 2017, 07:49:26 PM
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:
Scheduled for over the next 2 months:

Investments will be auto-divested sometime in the very near future.  Unless you have a previously made arrangement or make an arrangement via e-mail and you are invested, you will be automatically divested.  Cashouts will then be handled in phases in short periods of time to allow customers to fully withdraw.
The maximum win will be temporarily restricted to .025 BTC.  This will allow Moneypot to handle the divesting of investments much easier.  The maximum win will be raised again when a new system is in place.  More details on that to come later.

The support team has been shuffled around this past month.  We are working towards having a more dedicated and quicker responding team going forward.  The official contact point still remains Support@Moneypot.com.

Debt tokens from the previous year announcement will be released through a Waves based token.  Moneypot will announce when all calculations have been made.  Shortly in the future you can log-in to your acccount and opt-in to receive your debt token to a Waves wallet where buy orders will be made on the Waves decentralized exchange over time.

Rubies 2 (R2B2) is still scheduled to be featured as previously planned.  There were some technical barriers and direction issues with the new upcoming Ardor main-net, but these are being resolved.  It is Moneypot's hope that R2B2 becomes successful to the point it can function as originally visioned.

All non-approved apps will no longer be accessible.  If you are interested in making a compatible Moneypot app, please contact and apply at Support@Moneypot.com.  There may be an option for old apps to live again on another instance.  More details on that to come later.

The entire Moneypot brand and system is preparing for a rebuilding and transition to a better future.  We believe you will not be disappointed in 2018.

This is something that previous investor would like to hear. Well with this now ,I guess we wont see alot of people that want to cash out from the site and leave only investor that believe in this project. Still hoping for the R2B2 as well, the new ardor platform is going to be a huge blast in this case especially with their new ignis and stuff
