1721  Economy / Economics / Re: What percentage of people on Earth will own Bitcoin by 2020 on: March 27, 2016, 06:56:14 PM
It's hard to guesstimate, seeing as we don't even know how many are using it.

So all these posts are just guesses, without the required information.

@BTCforJoe

Look for the play with me text and take the checkmark out.

Got a private message from admin; we've been discussing ways to make the faucet a bit more user-friendly. The "play with me" checkbox is very confusing and out-of-the-way. We'll see if any changes are implemented by the admin; I hope so.

I did notice it moved, up top left now, it used to be lower and easy to spot.
Any changes the suit the users are good by me.
I have never had a problem with it, except I would like to see my current balance.

I stopped bookmarking, as this too can also be a danger, as hackers who get into your computer can read your browser cache and passwords.

I now have my wallets backed up offline, on a plug n play hard drive.
Only switch it on when making transactions.

You could always put your wallets/details on a usb stick.

You don't have to buy? or mine it's free?  Cheesy
1731  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Free-dollar.com on: March 27, 2016, 09:09:12 AM
Does anyone know if free-dollar.com is still paying out?  I cannot seem to find any way to contact them either.  I don't know if they are just really behind or what.  I saw the last payments they sent out were the beginning of February.  Any help anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks Smiley

I think its finished.

What does he mean, does the US provide a paid service? or is he talking about the usual backhanders.
BTW I would never support the Saudis, nor Turkey, nor moderate groups in the middle east, they come back all the time to bite your hands off, and heads off.

Have they not realized yet that foreign policy is not working, and has been like this for years.
Time for change.

Anyhow its the Pentagon that needs fixing first.
1733  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: As Satoshi Nakamoto Predicted, Dynamic Fees For Transactions Take Root on: March 25, 2016, 11:36:28 PM
I had a hack in my very first wallet, i was naive and never knew much.

I had some transactions come through, so I thought I would send it on to my new wallet.

Blockchain was telling me i had not enough satoshis to include fee, i tried sending without but same result.

Anyhow as I was trying to send again at a later time in the day, with same results the hacker took my balance?

Now, how did that happen? no fees? just stole it.

I asked Zendesk previously could they send it on...... NO
But obviously could have intervened if they wanted, the hacker done ok though.
No fees for hackers how did they do that?

Its all good to go now, thanks.

Just FYI, we're going to tweeting a code for Easter, so if you're not following us on twitter you might want to before Friday!

Site was unreachable for a short time earlier, put me off my set timer for hourly websites.
Just got a claim in now.

I could guess that easter code right now Smiley
1739  Economy / Economics / Re: How to make America great again on: March 23, 2016, 09:57:59 PM
America will never be great again if it continues to do all this.........
1740  Economy / Economics / Re: How to make America great again on: March 23, 2016, 08:02:16 PM
Bitcoin can make America great again!
Political solutions are generally not the answer. A project like Bitcoin has more potential to set people free than any smooth talking politician.
Maybe if American people finally realise they are not only on the world and they become friends with others..
This chance can come with BTC , and with others alts also. We are here one big family and we talking about good things.

Its more like if Americans created more companies then looking for jobs then it would be great again..

The whole concept of america will be great again is a illusion.

As long we get cheap labor for other places of the world like apple does with their iphones theres no work here in the U.S.

Cheap labor is a very big problem, how do they expect people to survive, even on low wages at home.
This is problematic in most western countries.

Detroit comes to mind, Detroit's downfall can happen anywhere.
