In my opinion all the tools a trader needs to improve are core foundation which consists of technical analysis, risk management and of course emotions management. Tradingview has all the "technical" tools that a trader needs. Besides that I highly recommend keeping a well-documented journal of your trades. Write down your daily routine, what made you take that trade, where you were wrong on something, your mistakes, note everything down!

Legitimate STOs on the other part are strictly for the accredited investors in my opinion. No great STO will spend time and money trying to raise money from retail investors which we all know don't have deep pockets like the afore mentioned have.
