1721  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: October 01, 2016, 11:39:05 AM
I am able to manage to earn from both of them very comfortably, so I don't think there is any point in quitting my job and choosing only single source of income, its always good to have multiple sources to earn money.

Yeah if someone can easily manage his time for both then he really doesn't need to do that, but if someone thinks that he cannot give anytime to bitcoin world because of his day job while he can earn more with bitcoin than his regular job then in that case the person can leave his job.
I think I am one of those who were able to manage the time in both real life job in my day job because I can make it all better and I am earning on both, it is just a matter of time management and prioritizing on what you do. Of course, when you prioritize you need to sacrifice something.
1722  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: October 01, 2016, 10:58:50 AM
Gambling make me addicted because its make me enjoy the game
and sometimes give me big win but yeah sometimes give me big loses too
but gambling is happiest way to get profits also get loses Wink

Laughed like crazy when I saw your comment that it is happiest way for getting profits and losses. Profit makes sense that you are happy but do you smile when you lose? Enjoying it is a different thing, but when you lose big which is/was necessary for you, will you still be happy?
It's addiction is a wrong thing, playing it with discipline is better.
Maybe the least when we can do when we lose in gambling is just to accept our loses and move one, and it is not true that we will be happy when we lose because money is vital to all of us, maybe in overall we are still happy because we are convincing ourselves to feel that way.
1723  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your reason to gamble? Fun or profit? on: October 01, 2016, 10:54:31 AM
Every single time I'm going to gamble, my sole purpose is to find out who's online at that time and to earn money. After betting at some rounds, regardless if I earned some profit, and then finding somebody I know online, I'll start talking to him and then have fun in the online casino. Until I don't notice that time is running and I'm continuously betting.

Let's all be honest here, we all go to gambling sites to earn profit but we end up enjoying the game and the people, thus, we continue betting and betting.
Not all, maybe majority of us here wants to make profit gambling online but unfortunately we were not able to achieve that gold because it is just really hard to gamble for a win, what we can do in gambling is just to win temporarily because in the long run we lose.
1724  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or Gold? What would you pick? on: October 01, 2016, 10:14:38 AM
Are people going to turn to bitcoin when everything around them falls to shit?
I think they go for the historical and gold drives up faster than you can say "grandma that hurt's"!
Gold translates better on a day to day as opposed to telling some one they just need to wait on downloading that blockchain and then giving them bitcoin in exchange.

Gold is indeed still the safe haven place where people like to store their money in times of crisis and other bad economical situations, but Bitcoin is perfectly capable of doing exactly the same. Both (where I personally prefer Bitcoin) are fantastic store of value tools, I just hope people will realize this too, and not only look at Gold.
If you are looking of the value, gold is no question the better one, but when it comes to investment, we need to evaluate our capacity because investing with gold does not only require a little amount of money because once you have the gold you need to secure it also.
1725  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your gambling strategy on: October 01, 2016, 10:06:57 AM

Yes you are right, that is why using matingale for strategy on gambling games is not good idea, it will need much big amount capital from gamblers and owner of website gambling.

Try to maintained not to reached the betting limit. Sports betting will do the chores. Around an average of 3 or 4 game with continous martingale bet for sure people have a higher chance to win since sports betting is not just pure luck.

This is my regular doing since I started sports betting and the output is good. Don't just add some risk by putting bet to other sports that we really didn't know. Also have a patience to find a good odds that worth to place a bet.
I think under that situation I would choose NBA or any basketball games that I know, its true that martingale really works and based on my experience it normally works in playoffs game especially in the Finals, because it is rare to see a team getting sweep.
1726  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling problem on: October 01, 2016, 10:01:50 AM

Ofcourse greedisness is one of the strongest enemy of our self we can't wait the right time to bet all we want is to double our money that instant and we are thinking always that we could win that much of bitcoin </3 but the reality makes us cry for real <3
If your greediness is really high it can really lead you to addiction in gambling, especially when you see gambling as a source of income which is not. Gambling is made for the people who wants an entertainment and gambling sites owners are really lucky to have one because they see gambling as they can gain high profit. Being rich is good if you use your money in a good and wise way.
Therefore those people who are gambling just for fun will normally enjoy gambling and will appreciate the existence of gambling, when you are gambling for money which mostly those who are desperate of money are doing, instead of getting profit you are like giving your money to the gambling site.
1727  Economy / Economics / Re: If you were in desperate need for money.... on: October 01, 2016, 09:04:37 AM
If you urgently need money tedious to sell liquid assets. If not, you should try to earn. If this does not work, then take the debt. But this is an emergency

Working will do to earn, but since this is really looks like an emergency coz "desperate" almost mean to do it quick, then borrowing will always be your very good way, and your assets will always be the one that will save you, you could use them as collateral or if you want it quicker pawn them all just suffer the high interest that those pawnshops will add...  Smiley
A person who are in desperate need of money will even resort to doing illegal things because he just want to have money for emergency, when you badly need money and no one will lend you because of trust problem, I think you can really do bad things that you might regret later after the problem have solved.
1728  Economy / Services / Re: Liqui Exchange - Signature campaign on: October 01, 2016, 09:01:15 AM
I have sent a message to the OP about my interest to join in the campaign, however until now there is not reply yet and I am not complaining. I just hope the right time will come for him to update the spread sheet and I would be happy to see my name there.

Same here... I sent a PM to him right after seeing the 5 free spots for Sr. Members but did not get a reply yet... Wishing to get a reply soon as i'm waiting to get enrolled in the campaign...
What is the difference  in Liqui and Satoshigames signature campaign, I think they bought offers great payment. So why should you still apply for the Liqui when you already have a signature campaign now, I really don't get you dude.
1729  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people keep saying BTC is dead?! on: October 01, 2016, 08:57:01 AM
i would say the same if i bought bicoins at $1200 back in 2009/2010 but since i have seen it raise from ~ $350 is very much alive
If you will just say it based on your experience and failure then that is unacceptable, bitcoin is so much alive and we should base on the real economy, we have witness how it grows and still growing and that is a sign of an alive currency.
1730  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin had a stable price, would it still be as popular? on: October 01, 2016, 08:51:59 AM
interest will be only for those who use bitcoints for convenience rather than for investment. And those who have the equipment to produce bitcoints
Yeah, actually now is the only time to invest with bitcoin since the price is not stable yet, if the time will come in the future that bitcoin's price will be stable we will not earn on our investment anymore because the value will not grow fast unlike nowadays, maybe we should consider that if we really want to earn.
1731  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: October 01, 2016, 08:45:37 AM
no one can guarantee a safe method in playing gambling. because gambling has only two choices, win or lose. if we do not dare to take risks then do not play gambling.

great!, strait to the point answer,

Yeah if someone is not up for the risk,
challenge and excitement and also thrill
then gabmling is not for them.

But if you are a risk taker, then go for it, and try your luck.
I am a risk taker that's why I love gambling, but as a gambler I make it a point that the amount I risk is only the amount that I can afford to lose, that is the basic principle for every gambler to be successful, and I think if you will strictly follow that you will enjoy gambling even in the long run.
Betting only what you can afford to lose is good advice and common sense but that is not enough to become successful at gambling with that you will avoid gambling addiction, and losing everything you have, you will also enjoy gambling to its fullest, but all of that is not going to make you a successful gambler.
What makes you successful is that when you will be able to achieve your goal, making money does not mean all the time that you are successful because there are people who likes to gambler for entertainment only and the rich people do that, so when they lose but they are still happy, it is called success.
1732  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How signature campaign actually works? on: October 01, 2016, 06:50:47 AM
Basically the signature campaigns here works by paying some members to advertise them , so members post daily and get paid if they dont spam threads.
Yes it is true basically the signature campaings here works by just posting everyday and if his going to do this then he should difinitely apply now and know the difference and his the one go who gonna figuring out
And it is not easy to be part of a good signature campaign because you need to have a good writing and you are always on topic, they called that constructive posting, and if you do not have that, don't bother applying because you will only be denied.
1733  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is unpredictable job. on: October 01, 2016, 06:38:06 AM
yeah trading is unpredictable job if you want to trade first you need to know that which currency is secure and strong and then you should start trading and trading is depend on you if you have good knowledge about trading then you are good trader.
i agree with you , you are right that first you need to know that which currency is good for trading and then you can start trading with that good currency and its true that trading is depend on your skill or luck .
Its unpredictable but if you done your all home work with analysis and research then its also very profitable because its need some time when you want to in and want some good profit
It is still unpredictable, what you will get when you do your home work in trading is that it will only increase your chances of success but it will not guarantee you that you will be able to make easy money as there is no easy money in trading.
Trading is  really an unpredictable job because  you wont even know the  movement of price. You are right   you could increase  the chance of  success when you do have  knowledge   on it but it doesnt guarantee you anytime  on  making  succesful trades for sure you would lose  some of it.
It is just a big guessing game, the price might not move according to our prediction but when we will continue to study and adjust out method, time will come we can easily guess the right price movement and we will begin to make profit.
1734  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: October 01, 2016, 06:34:22 AM
Gambling make me addicted because its make me enjoy the game
and sometimes give me big win but yeah sometimes give me big loses too
but gambling is happiest way to get profits also get loses Wink
I think you are right, as long as you are happy in gambling you will not be affected much even if you will experience loses because you understand that it is part of the game, let me quote your statement " but gambling is happiest way to get profits also get loses". I like it.
1735  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do I grow my btc? on: October 01, 2016, 06:20:44 AM
you can grow your bitcoin through trading with easily because trading is the best way to grow up your bitcoin and bitcoin have too much lowest risk and a lot of people are earning bitcoin through trading and they are easily growing their bitcoin by trading so i prefer that trading is much more good than other investment.
Trading is the best way. I agree op its easily to earn money so trading is now is my way to gain my bitcoin no matter how low your investment if you have a good strategy you can grown them easily. And investing in bitcoin is small risk than gambling. So stay in trading if you want to earn money.
Easy? trading is not easy to make profit its hardly to make a profit there you should need to analyse first the altcoin for security and volume of the coins before you can decide to invest it. maybe trading is easy but choosing the right altcoin is the most problem of other newbie traders here they should research first so that you can not lose a lot if you start in trading
Never believe what others are saying because trading has never been easy, I am even a trader myself but until now I am still not satisfied with my profit because there is always an up and down in trading and not all the time is a sunny day.
1736  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why would customers use Bitcoins? on: October 01, 2016, 06:12:54 AM
I prefer using it just because of money transfer. It is way too cheap for the service fee unlike others. But with buying a thing using it I cannot answer yet, i haveny tried it since I got here. All transactions are just online and never with a store outside or at the mall.
You must take into account that, when dealing with physical merchandise the problem of how to remain anonymous escalates, if you don’t care then that is fine but if you do then remaining anonymous is a lot harder.
They cannot just deal with anonymous transaction because such establishment will not be able to comply with the laws of the country, if a certain store will accept bitcoin they will comply the customers to declare there real information in order to comply with the law.
1737  Economy / Economics / Re: When do you buy Bitcoin ? on: October 01, 2016, 06:02:17 AM
I currently can't buy any. Coinbase won't let me, no idea why. I've bought over $15,000 from them years ago. Decide to get back in the game again and they won't sell me any.
I am sure there are local exchange sites in your area that will let you do that, and actually if they will not allow to sold you a big amount of bitcoins then you can buy slowly like $1,000 first then you will just add up in the following days until you can accumulate your desired number of bitcoins.
1738  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: WAVES. Ultimate crypto-tokens blockchain platform. on: September 30, 2016, 02:35:35 PM
Why the sudden upswing in price?  Shocked
a small whale decided to come in(15~20btc buy)... probably waiting the nodes. Lets hope for this weekend.
I hope that can move the price up, it's been due already. Come on waves, we need to see a good price, I am almost tired of waiting.
1739  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Off-Season on: September 30, 2016, 02:31:41 PM
I just hope Kevin Durant never wins a ring. He probably won't his 1st year with Golden State, they gave up a lot for him, and he has to learn how to play with Curry. So like Heat in 2011, they probably won't win. Plus he's chocker too.
Don't be too hard on K.D. His decision was made on what he thinks is best for his career. I think he bought on the idea presented to him by Golden State. They said to him, that while he is with OKC, he could probably win a ring or two. Same goes for the Warriors. But with them together, they could win a lot. Reminds me of that trio back in Miami who promised not one, not two, not three but multiple championships. The other teams around the league are surely going to think of ways to make the Warriors have a bit of hard time getting another championship.

Kevin Durant decision is the best choice for him to win a championship. KD never say that they win a championship instantly because there is no easy way for that. They still need to work hard.
But now he got a big chance to grab one as the season is getting nearer im expecting that he keeps on working it up with his new team if he got good chemistry inside the team play for sure gsw will be more deadlier.
If KD will win a championship with the warriors this season, I think they will make it again in the next season. And they will become a tough team to beat, a championship will boost the confidence of Durant and I think the NBA will not give it to Durant because LBJ is their darling.
1740  Economy / Economics / Re: Sell Everything? on: September 30, 2016, 02:21:49 PM
For me is everything exaggerated. First I don't believe that in such few time can be something big like that what which is happen at 2008.Never listened to Royal Bank of Scotland before.  Won't start now.  Lol, did you have to search long and hard for a doom-and-gloom article like this?  Chances are there's always going to be someone around who's saying such things, like Kwukduck with bitcoins.  They could be right but I'm not worried. Why everything, i don't think that someone needs to sell everything, this is going in extreme, what if bitcoins crashed what will you do?, sell a part 50% max of the total budget for anyone that planned to invest.
People nowadays are really exaggerated, because of hoax that they really believing how they can believe this kind of thread? people must follow there own gut to know what really behind that feelings sometimes it much more better if you will dont believe what others say
I think that would already be up to our own decision if we will sell our bitcoins or not, I am sure everyone here wants to make a great amount of profit but that would only be achieve if we will hold bitcoin for a longer period of time, at the moment we just have to trust bitcoin if we want to succeed with it.
