After nVidia's computer-modeleld proof of lunar landing, modelling WTC demolition should be the next big thing.

America is just like Galactic Empire from Star Wars

1724  Other / Politics & Society / 100th anniversary of the first commercial flight: St.Petersburg-Kiev on: September 25, 2014, 06:44:30 PM
This year marks the 100th anniversary of the first commercial flight. It happened on the 30th of June 1914 and was a domestic flight in Russia starting in St.Peretsburg and having Kiev as its destination. Food was served to the 4 passengers on board.
The flight was conducted in a Sikorskij "Ilja Muromets" 4-engine double-decker constructed at Russo-Baltic Carriage Factory (RBVZ) in Riga in 1913.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sikorsky_Ilya_Muromets
Quote
From 30 June to 12 July 1914, it set a world record by making a trip from Saint Petersburg to Kiev, a distance of some 1200 km, and back. The first leg took 14 hours and 38 minutes, with one landing for fuel at Orsha, and the return one, with a fuel stop at Novosokolniki, took even less time, about 13 hours.
...
During an Imperial military review at Krasnoye Selo in July, Nicholas II decorated and christened the Ilya Muromets Type B Military Prototype, No. 128, the "Kievsky."

The reason I post this is two-fold. First and foremost it is to celebrate that milestone in the history of aviation. Second it is to demonstrate that the Russian world anno 1914, prior to the devastating coup of 1917, was blossoming technologically and was a testimonial to widespread cooperation.
1725  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Atheism BS on: September 25, 2014, 08:00:38 AM
You see this is why I'm an Anarchist, far easier to just tell God to fuck off whether he exists or not rather than argue with religious people all the time about whether or not he exists in the first place.
Smiley
I usually don't argue with them - rather pointless. Whenever I do so, I do it for fun, for my own amusement. It's the burden of the religious people to prove god's existence and to stage repeatable experiments to that end. Atheists can just sit back.

By your words, you are an agnostic, by the way.

i have a hard time labelling myself as an atheist - i just see it as a religion for people who don't believe in god.

See my comment above about the stamps Wink

I don't believe in great many things. Does it mean that I am a disciple of a million different religions?
1726  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Christian BS on: September 25, 2014, 07:57:09 AM
Did the god's words run backwards in the year -4,000,000? Wink
1727  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Atheism BS on: September 25, 2014, 07:54:38 AM
All people are atheists. True atheists, though, believe in one less god than, say, Christians. Wink
Atheists are self-sufficient in their moral reference framework - they don't require a constant threat of punishment by an imaginary being to behave within civilised bounds.
Oh, and about atheism=religion argument. I believe (note the use of the word, btw Wink ) that I already given this quote: "Atheism is a religion in much the same way as NOT collecting stamps is a hobby."
1728  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Donetsk, Kharkov, Lugansk - way to Russia. on: September 25, 2014, 07:15:31 AM

For those who don't get the reference, it's a collage on the theme of Repin's famous work depicting Zaporozhje Cossacks writing a rude reply to the Turkish Khan:

They basically told him to f*ck off, something the Don Cossacks are currently also saying to the American Khan Obama.  Grin

PS: Funny how the NATO-trolls feel compelled to spam the thread with multiple messages, so that a message they don't like rolls over to the previous page and gets out from their sight. Smiley

China is on the friends-list:

Quote
China will never support any sanctions against Russia and will never join them, Valentina Matviyenko, speaker of the Russian parliament’s upper house said, citing Chinese President Xi Jinping, with whom she met on Tuesday.

Both Russia and China believe the sanctions are illegal, ineffective and counterproductive, according to Matviyenko. They are nothing but an attempt “to exert pressure on sovereign states to change their position and to weaken them and suppress their development,” she stressed.

A lowly clerk from NATO sent a report to Reuters stating as is Russia iys pulling its West-imagined troops from Ukraine:

In the meantime Poroshenko speaks something about Ukraine's security and one-sided demarcation of the border with Russia and closing of said border:

Well, Ukraine lost its sovereignty and security when it opened wide for NATO to penetrate it.

Russia calls for intl probe into Ukraine burials with signs of execution

Russia is calling for an international investigation into the discovery of burial sites with signs of execution at locations where the Ukraine National Guard forces were stationed two days earlier.

This will get ignored by the "interNATOinal community".
1731  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is the West gearing up to invade Russia once again? on: September 24, 2014, 07:46:46 PM
The new general secretary of the North Atlantic Terrorist Organisation (also known as NATO) announced that NATO will hold a new and more aggressive line against Russia.

I get a feeling that the next level of aggression is an invasion of Russia.

USA already had such plans right after WWII. After the nuclear strikes against Hirosima nad Nagasaki, Kiev, Moscow, Leningrad, and several other major cities of the USSR were on the US hit list, scheduled to be obliterated.

In the meantime Obama compared Russia to ebola.
http://itar-tass.com/mezhdunarodnaya-panorama/1464405?utm_medium=rss20

Grin Funny how demonisation and badmouthing of Russia has spread like a disease to the highest levels of American government. It also give food for thought if such a statement is a Freudian slip, revealing that USA has something to do with the current outbreak.

Lavrov, ever the level-headed Politician, commented Obama's outbreak lacing his words with slight sarcasm:

Pagan has infested the thread as well...  Grin

The derivative meanings in Russian with the root stemming from "Pagan" are
- Poganec (noun) - someone worthless, shitty, bastard.
- (Is-)poganit' (verb) - to spoil, to pour dirt onto, to fuck up.

Just some food for thought...
1735  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Donetsk, Kharkov, Lugansk - way to Russia. on: September 23, 2014, 04:37:37 PM
Donetsk and Lugansk Peoples' Republics will not be taking part in the parliamentary elections into Ukrainian Rada as Ukraine lost any authority over the regions after the atrocities committed there and is considered by the population to be a foreign state.

Current official number of civilan victims, counted only from air raids and artillery shelling is 4000 people. This number is likely to go much higher up as mass graves with tortured and killed locals are uncovered on territories liberated from US-backed Kiev forces.

She was also tortured.
There was also a Czech-English glossary on the spot, pointing to the presence of foreign element in the Aidar criminal US-funded punitive terrorist battalion.

Well, well, well, do we have more sanctions here? Norway decided to join the new round of EU sanctions against Russia of the 12th of September. My, oh my, and I was starting to wonder why I saw more of the export-packaged Norwegian salmon in the Norwegian shops...

In the meantime Japan considers to recall the visit invitation to the Russian President, after USA insisted it must do so:
http://www.tvc.ru/news/show/id/50885

Meanwhile Poroshenko still hasn't fulfilled his main election promise: to sell his conditory factory in case of victory:
http://ria.ru/world/20140923/1025259203.html
Coupled with him continuing to do as Obama and USA orders and murdering Ukrainian people, it is logical that Russia should be hit by sanctions. Clear as the day. If your neighbour rapes your wife, it's you who should go to prison.

Now, what remains for nVidia is to model the physical effect of an impact of a fragile and soft aluminium airframe into a steel-reinforced concrete building using the PhysX engine, to see how the 9/11 "impacts" should have looked like.
