1721  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: SOLANA PRICE ANALYSIS: IS SOLANA'S $40 TARGET REALISTIC OR MYTHICAL? on: July 07, 2022, 04:11:50 PM
SOLANA experienced a 100-fold increase in value between November 2020 and November 2021, making it a popular growth story. Then, after a short period of time, it had fallen by more than 85% from its peak. Two network outages that Solana experienced in May and June added to the downward pressure already felt in the markets for cryptocurrencies and stocks.

Solana (SOL) has been trading just below the 20-day EMA ($35) for the past few days, but the bears have not been able to profit from this weakness. This suggests that at lower levels, there aren't many sellers.
The buyers will now attempt to push the price above the 20-day EMA. If they are successful, the SOL/USDT pair may rise to the 50-day SMA ($40). If this barrier is broken and closed above, the windows could open for a potential rally to the psychological level at $50.
It is really hard to profit from this bear market but it might be true that the case of solana is quite different because there are coins that still continues to fluctuate because there are demands that keeps on coming from them while from solana, the investors are distancing themselves because they are aware that the coin have some on going issues and I think that was a critical one.

What they are doing for now is just monitoring the coin and they will watch out the news to know latest the updates or to know if the issue have been sorted out already or not before they will start on supporting this coin again. It's better to be safe than sorry though.
1722  Economy / Economics / Re: Fashion Brands uses Blockchain Technology on: July 07, 2022, 10:42:16 AM
Maybe what they've done is the starting step for the next level of cryptocurrency acceptance. As stated in a previous quote, the usage of blockchain technology makes things better on financial system.
Though it's not totally the crypto that they adopt but it was its technology which is blockchain. Still both have a relation and those people will soon find out about cryptos and they will think that it will be a good idea to adopt it as well. I think the main feature of blockchain is transparency so yes it is perfect to use on the financial system which is why it's the first to be used on cryptocurrencies.

I think that these brands are trying to look "elegant" or "modern" using terms unknown to society, but they are very popular like the blockchain.
The use of blockchain in non-financial areas is not considered economically efficient or will achieve a better return than using central methods, so perhaps these brands will benefit from the financial situation, which seems to be in its best condition if you accept Bitcoin.
If they want to look elegant and modern, they can show it better on their designs. I think innovative is a better term to be used there if they are using a blockchain technology because it was still new and only a few industries or companies are currently applying it. Cryptos are not a secret anymore and those who are researching everything to cryptos will find out what blockchain is, so no it's that unknown to the society.
1723  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin made you a millionaire? on: July 07, 2022, 06:40:18 AM
It'd be interesting to know how people find and analyse good long term projects that made insane profits. Can you list:

1. How you found the coin
2. Why you believed in the project
3. Why are you still holding or why you sold

I am not a millonaire yet but I bought HEX at $.05 about a year ago and sold at $.20. I thought a made a nice profit but HEX did another 2.5x.
I am not a millionaire myself at all, hell I do not even have a few thousand dollars right now due to the fall as well. However, I can easily say that my friend became a millionaire based on some project called "SBDO", it was bfi or something, had BDO coin, and then SBDO as an extra thing etc etc, it was an algo stablecoin basically just like Luna and it crashed to nothingness just like Luna as well.

However, he got in very very early, like on the first days, and it was super cheap, like 150 bucks or something each, and staked it, made like quadruple of it if I am not wrong on tokenwise, and then the price hit like 8k+ each as well, which made him a millionaire and he sold them all and got out.
1724  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: July 06, 2022, 09:58:36 PM
let's not forget that Kyrgios beat Nadal at Wimbledon once, 2014, if I remember right
he was relatively unknown, and promising star, and Nadal was in series of season where passing few rounds at Wimbledon was an issue

now Nadal is reaching SF, with an injury, and Kyrgios did not provide much of promised success in previous 5+ years, more or less, just amusement to audience, with his attitude
this match is certainly to be skipped for betting
Right now, with the way both players are doing I am enjoying this all because now its tough fight is going on here both players already faced each other 9 times and Nadal won 6 with Kyrgios won 3 times and in last four matches every time Kyrgios won one set which is interesting fact. Currently, Nadal is facing some injury problem and Kyrgios is having amazing form mean Bookmakers are right if they are having him as favorite player for this match but still Nadal is not going to be easy because today we already watch how can he turn things for himself and still he can go through for final against Djokovic.

I am cheering for Nadal, and hopefully he is going to encourage his fans for another win and another final against his B-3 companion.
1725  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will DOGE go back to sub $0.01 prices ever again? on: July 06, 2022, 09:50:01 PM
I'm wondering if DOGE will go back to sub $0.01 prices ever again? If it never does, will that mean DOGE will someday go all the way to $0.50 per coin? I'd like to know your thoughts about this. Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Smiley
Before the terra scandal happened, Elon musk is already silent. I don't know why but maybe because he is done with the coin. The bear and scandal then came and the latest one is Elon being sued for hyping the meme coin. This worsens the situation for doge and this makes Elon became silent even more because he is also scared about his security.

I know he is rich but there might be other rich personalities out there that are willing to take him down if he kept on doing the same act. It's not the coin that change hands but it was the people. They realized the coin that they support the most are now dead and can't recover anymore so they will start looking for alternatives.
1726  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is the forerunner of the paperless economy. on: July 06, 2022, 07:14:39 PM
Let's agree to disagree. Since banks went digital and other modes of digital payment popped up, people have been moving digitally for some time now. Bitcoin, on the other hand, is a catalyst for how transactions can take place in the near future. On the flip side , not everyone who owns bitcoin in the real world wants an extra fee for every transaction made. Plus, the major point is that you need fiat money to buy bitcoin. That in itself is a contradiction to how currency works in a paperless economy.

Being a pioneer, Bitcoin sure did make blockchain and cryptos a reality. This created a new economy entirely aside from the established one. When looking at bitcoin, this has to be considered as a long term investment until crypto gets normalized globally.
The OP didn't say that bitcoin was the first but he only said that bitcoin makes cashless transactions became more popular due to its unique features like being decentralized which cant be found on the rest. Real life events such as the covid 19 have also help people to start using cashless since they can't get out of their house but they must find a way to continue doing a transaction.

Fiat is mostly needed to obtain a bitcoin but there are mining, faucet and so many ways to obtain a bitcoin without needing to have a fiat on hand. Many people look at bitcoin as an investment asset but the default use of bitcoin are actually a currency.
1727  Economy / Economics / Re: Unemplyment at least 50% how world will look like then ? on: July 05, 2022, 09:12:42 PM
Unemployment at least 50% in usa at least so how THE wprld world will look like ?
Definately all prices will 80-90%down
You just gave a rough statistics without a reference backup source, and this is ideally not professional, because we would have love to see a proof to your statement.
It's hard to believe without a proof because he was talking about the u.s country there and I think u.s is a wealthy country. It's not hard to find a job there. The pay rates are also quite impressive on this country. 50 percent is too much already but I would agree on it if he is talking about the third world country like the Philippines where the complaints of the people there are mainly about the job or unemployment.

How will the world look like if unemployment rates are high? Well it looks bad, very bad. 80 to 90 percent drop in the price is too much. It may seem a good thing but how can people avail them if they don't have a money because they don't have a job? It's still useless.
1728  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: July 05, 2022, 06:33:26 AM
ICC clearly has no intentions of taking cricket to larger levels like Olympics. Let more countries join in and play the cricket that's the only way associate counties can improve there crikcet.
ICC is turned into ICP (International cricket politics) Where conspiracies are hatched against small teams.
Here I agree with @CryptoYar now we can call this ICC as ICP because of their hypocrite political behavior and poor management they need to review about this all constitution if they want to alive in this era which is bringing some strong methods for growing your own things in huge way and can earn big profit, but they are still doing politics which is not helpful for anyone.

For second question why Commonwealth included men cricket brother they have done this, but ICC refuse this which is wired, and I am unable to provide any solid reply about this because if they consult then surely we have many ways to handle this situation but brainless ICC management have no enough time for this all.
1729  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: July 04, 2022, 08:18:39 PM
India Women won the match by 10 wickets. Smriti Mandhana missed his century for just 6 runs. Both openers did the job for India, Shafali Verma on other end scored 71 runs. Srilanka women toured Pakistan recently and lost all the matches they played there. Still icc must encourage them by giving them more international matches that's the only way to improve there performance.
In South Asia now there are four women cricket teams even just India is having quality all other three need time for having better quality and experience which is important for competing in International matches so if ICC encouraging them which is good signal from them for Women cricket.

Recently we have news now commonwealth is also allowing women teams for their games as they play against other quality teams this will help them now after WBBL and W100 BCCI announces it's going to start WIPL which is also big plus point which will help local women's for better opportunities even still long way to go, but something happening is better than nothing in this area for this game of cricket.
1730  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will you be in favor of Gold or Bitcoin !! on: July 04, 2022, 01:45:25 PM
Both bitcoin and gold are good for investment and both are volatile too, I would consider buying both of them rather than only one  Grin but bitcoin is crazy stuff that really make addicted rather than traditional gold.
If it makes you addictive you should take a step back and reassess your investment strategy. Emotions do not have a place in the investing game. Be objective when analysing investment opportunities and when designing your strategy.
Right because being addicted on to something else is bad or dangerous even if we say it was bitcoins but I don't think being addicted is a kind of emotion although it's also correct that one must not be emotional when dealing with his investments.

I know what gold is but I haven't tried investing on it and won't ever attempt to because I am already contented with what bitcoin and other cryptos has to offer. Sure thing that they are more volatile so they are riskier but that's okay because the reward that I will be getting here is also much higher. 28k usd is a nice value according to what is featured by the op but I expect more than that, the more we advance on this year.
1731  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: July 02, 2022, 06:45:50 PM
France do have a number of talented players. But nothing can be done if the team bonding is not right. And there were some ugly incidents between some of the players (Kylian Mbappé, Paul Pogba & Adrien Rabiot), which I mentioned in one of my previous posts. How can we expect this team to play with good cohesion after such incidents? The main problem with France is that their players are too selfish (this was the point made by Veronique Rabiot, the mother of Adrien Rabiot). The same can be said about Belgium as well.
This is an old story and things like this should have returned to normal because if I'm not mistaken you are referring to the debate that took place after their elimination at the Euros, right? I think things like this are now less of a problem. It would be really funny if famous players like them still took care of trivial matters just because of their ego.
At the moment France's difficulties are the same as before and this is still difficult for Deschamps to fix
Maybe you are right but still things are heated between these players and surely these things are never been good for any national team because few years back we have some things like this in Spain team, and they were completely crap even having some most skilled and quality players in their squad. French management need to talk players and have some serious check on these things if they want to win something big in international level in presence of these great players.

Discipline is key for success in any game or place so if they feel any player is creating problems then surely they need to skip him for better future and result of team this can bring some good environment in their squad for future as well no player is bigger than country.
1732  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: DCA? on: July 02, 2022, 02:25:05 PM
DCAing is the best way to profit long term. Short term is easiest when it's in a bull maket. Since we're in a down trend/ bear market it's a lot more riskier to profit short term. Only way I've been profiting daily has been via arbitrage. Simultaneously buying/selling a coin in two different exchanges. I've using Coin Arbitrage to find daily new opportunities. I highly recommend it since I've been profiting daily. Check em out: https://coinarbitrage.biglink.to/hrDB2
I think that dca isn't only about buying at a cheaper price and the op says on "a regular basis" so it means that you will do that no matter what the price are but as long as you still have a funds left. The obvious reason that can stop us to do a dca is when that fund allocated for dca has run out.

We can either wait again for some time to get another funds from our main jobs or other jobs (outside crypto) or we can also sell our coins at a much higher price and then start doing it again. Indeed that dca is the best to do nowadays not only for the sake of earning profit in the long term but also to earn a short term profit as well because the price takes too long to recover but it still fluctuates sometimes.
1733  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: July 01, 2022, 06:28:48 PM
maybe yes and maybe no
he will go where they pay him best and where he can make a career and / or win a few cups
he's not a kid anymore, he'll want to win something before he retires
at least that's what I think
Yep, recently there are a rumors if AS Roma wanted to sign Ronaldo, but for me this is impossible, considering Roma are still struggling and this is probably the worst in the club's history. they are struggling to compete for the top 4 serie-a, despite being coached by mourinho, they got a title last season, but not from the main competitions. I think the news about Ronaldo's announcement will be carried out next week by Roma, just a rumor, it will never come.
I am also feeling in this way it's not possible for Roma to have Ronaldo as they are financially not strong enough for this even it's good for José Mourinho and his side which is already had something good in last season and now looking for better results in coming season but having just Mourinho is not going to solve their issues which are preventing them for having tops spot in Italian League they need some good investment with few other quality players as well.

Now in coming season we are going to have some very tough competition between Inter and Juventus with AC Milan is going to struggle badly defending their title and few other clubs are also looking promising for having good changes in league table.
1734  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to proper trade in you asset in this market situation? on: July 01, 2022, 10:46:43 AM
the price of Bitcoin can be said to still move there between $28k to $32k,
when it comes to professional traders of course they know what to do to make a profit when this is a bear market,
regardless I think everyone is waiting for the bull market and hope it will come soon
The thing about this Bitcoin going up to $32k is that, if anything or if at any time, the price kicks up to that level, it automatically means that the bear market is over and the bull kicked in. What surprises me the most is that traders tend to love the bull season more than the bear, hence limiting themselves from seeing numerous opportunities they could possibly get from trading bear markets.

Anyways, making use of the two market situations should be accredited only to pro traders who have understood the market and have been in it for a long time.
1735  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you all think on: June 30, 2022, 09:53:50 PM
This question is for those that are into crypto for many years already, does low daily volume means a project is bad? A project with good use case but still very young is now plagued with low trading volume, is this the end or there is hope?.
For me no because it's just a daily volume but I mainly look at the overall volume of the coin before I judge it. Not all coins performs good all the times but there's also a time where their performance is poor. The project you are talking about is still young so there must be a chance that it will improve later on and you said it has a good case? Then that's also one of its advantages to get noticed later on.

There are also young/new projects that pumps right at the start but it was mostly because of the hypes and they don't have any use cases so they can still die later on. Lets us not confuse ourselves from a hype project to a good project shall we?
1736  Economy / Economics / Re: Russia is taking over Ukraine’s Internet on: June 30, 2022, 09:22:56 PM
I think it is not surprising that Russia has now mastered everything in Ukraine, including the internet network in Ukraine today, war in the modern era like today, of course, the internet and telephone networks are vital things that are very decisive and that's why why russia is targeting to take over control of internet and telephone servers in the country,I think nowadays it will be very difficult for ukraine citizens to hide their privacy on internet because they are getting surveillance from russian side.
If they know that someone is watching them from the other side then why cant they just disconnect their internet but that will be a lot harder to move since internet is already part of our daily lives but they can also use the internet offered by musk. Don't tell me that they also didn't trust musk? But afaik, Musk already help them before when their internet on their country is unavailable and I don't think must is also spying on them and leaking their data's to Russia.

For those people that prefers the internet controlled by Putin rather than musk I think they are out of their minds already, did they forget that Putin is the mastermind behind the attack that happened to their own country?
1737  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambling Brand Name Vs Site Functionality? Or Both? on: June 29, 2022, 09:06:25 PM
By having a good quality of services and products will give the name for the brand if there's a poor of the marketing and the service it self the brand will not become known also at the same time it is gambling platform casino that cannot make buy the brand itself but they can buy the domain by that the gambling platform must need to give all of the best of all of their services to become known and reputable to make sure their brand name will get followed by the players.
You are right that marketing is important over the gambling brand name and functionality. I believe there are many gambling sites that has it both or at least had one of it but they aren't popular up until now compared to the sites that we see in the forum that is heavily promoted in the form of signature and bounty campaigns.

Take 1xbit for example. This gambling site is well known for being a scam but despite of that, they are still being talked on the town because they have a good marketing. Not only on this forum but we can see their names anywhere on the web and they even have a nice fake review on many gambling review sites.
1738  Economy / Speculation / Re: “When” Will Bitcoin Price Break $69k All Time High? on: June 29, 2022, 05:20:32 PM
The main fact is that no one has really seen the future. What we can really do is just estimate the price based on observations and calculations.
I don’t think it will take 2 years for BTC to touch the 100k usd mark.
I mean if anyhow the demand for BTC increases, then ultimately the price will increase only.
All now is required to break the resistance where Bitcoins are currently suffering and come out of it.
Nevertheless let’s hope the best and let’s see what happens next.
Not estimating but predicting and most predictions that I see are based on the past events of btc but me either I think that 2 years for 100k is too long already but 1 year of max waiting would be enough for it. 2 years from now there is a halving event and the price is said to increase in a different level. By that time, we could be seeing another new ath next to 100k but anyway, we are currently in a bear market and the demand is supposed to be higher than usual but it's only surprising why the price cant catch up.

Till now, there is only small relief that we feel but that's better because at least the panic and fear have subsided a little. People's trust are slowly gained once again.
1739  Economy / Economics / Re: WHY ITS SO POSITIVE THIS BEARMARKET. on: June 29, 2022, 04:25:28 PM
If the price continues to rise then there is no chance for anyone who wants to invest bitcoin, when the bearmarket then this makes new users interested in investment and old users will continue to buy because they know the price will be normal again.
I hope people can use this moment to buy bitcoins and hold them until the price soars. But I also hope they don't buy using the all-in strategy because it's risky. It would be nice if they could split the money across multiple purchase orders to get bitcoins at a low price. This bear market position confuses people who want to enter the market because the price still fluctuates rapidly and makes them hesitate.
They can be able to buy bitcoins but they can not guarantee that they can hodl it until the price soars because many factors can come in play and that can affect their ability to hodl longer. All in strategy is risky but its also rewarding as soon as we are lucky that the price soars right after we buy but many people nowadays are using a dca strategy which they only buy in smaller portions.

It's because the market now is too volatile but it's more on the dumping side. There is no need to be confused with a bear but bear is always known for accumulation period and about the price fluctuation, people shouldn't hesitate on it but they should embrace it as it is better to trade during that time.
1740  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Bitcoin price is falling? on: June 28, 2022, 05:09:21 PM
I have been thinking of the possible reasons of the bitcoin falling down. Since I am not an expert on the Currency I cannot predict or give any reason. That is why I want to know the reasons. Please if anyone can tell me I will appreciate. Thanks.
if you ask me to suggest why bitcoin prices falling continuously, I only suggest that it is as a result of the Russian crisis with Ukraine and again the buyers who enter the market of cryptocurrency is no longer coming in and marks unlike before so with that fat I will say is what is causing cryptocurrency to fall
But, before the war happened we are already on this situation where prices have been dumping. The war didn't bring negative effect but it actually help the price to recover a little since both countries learn to adopt bitcoin and other cryptos after that. Don't say that there are no buyers because if that was true then the price would have became stagnant or will only fall more.

If we compare the buyers and hodler before from now, we can see the big difference that their numbers have increased dramatically. The price falls because we are in the bear cycle. This is normal. After some time, the bull will take its place so we better fill our bags now.
