17221  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When investing in a ICO on: March 22, 2017, 10:48:39 PM
What are the things one should look for?

Road map is one of the best thing that you should prioritize when investing on ICO's. If you think that it is something that will give you good profit, it's up to you if you will benefit out of it, maybe for short term or even for longer term. Also look upon who are the people behind it, you may not know that you are just donating your bitcoins there lately when you didn't do your part.
17222  Economy / Economics / Re: Tell me a secret: any way to earn 0.1 BTC per week? on: March 22, 2017, 10:38:18 PM
I would like to know if anyone of you earns 0.1 BTC per week or even more? Is this possible and what is best way to earn it? Your experiences, suggestions and advices are very welcomed.
Simple, you need a job of some sort. Then, once you get paid just buy BTC.

Yes that's the most accurate way of earning 0.1 BTC per week because it's quite hard if you don't have a stable source for this amount. But if you are going to work harder and you've got a lot of employers and projects, then possibly you can make this amount per week. Also if you can do trading that can make it more possible.
I believe I am a already making 0.1 bitcoin from trading on weekly basis. Like myself, many people are looking for only bitcoin based  opportunities and they are not minding about other freelancing way of earning as they are finding difficulties to convert back those earning into bitcoins.

I agree trading bitcoin and altcoin has risks and consistently we cannot make 0.1 bitcoins on every week, still with my technical analysis capability I am doing this for a few months. As long as bitcoin shows fluctuations I believe I will not be having any problems.

IF that is so, then that's already a good money for you. If they are having problem with the conversion of the possible salary they've got to bitcoin. I guess they should be informed or just try to do some research about. There's xbtfreelancer which they can use for looking for some freelance jobs. Good thing if you will always be consistent on trading with that amount.

Done! Will wait for the payment, good luck and wishing all the best for your research.
17224  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin dropping like a stone on: March 22, 2017, 10:06:29 PM
Any idea hy bitcoin is dropping so fast? Last night i was expecting it to go back up a little so i could take some money out of it and put it in ETH, but now i'd sell with a significant loss. What made it drop?
Bitcoin dropped because of the FUD that was spread about a possible hard fork coming, things seems to have calmed down a little and the price has recovered some of the lost ground on the past few days, so that was a good opportunity to earn money, hope you got advantage of it.

It's all about the rogercoin and right now the price of bitcoin seems to be pumping up again. It's time to buy back now and hold now. Good thing that I didn't did panic selling, too bad for those people that sold a lot of their coins under $1k  Grin too bad for them, they are now regretting it for sure. Keep HODLING now people.
It is such a shame people get deceived like that, personally this is the first time I see a FUD being so effective, FUD is everywhere in the forum but this is the first time I really saw the power of those that spread that information can have in the price.

Actually that isn't just here in the forum but almost all bitcoin forums and even in reddit there are a lot of people spreading FUD there. But that's good enough to see that there are defenders and spreading fact about it which is significantly giving those deceived people the right information about it. I guess there's a lot more in the future when bitcoin is already on 5 digit mark.
17225  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin ad program on: March 22, 2017, 09:53:03 PM
Go with mellowads, it's one of the trusted and I've seen a lot of people who are using it as their adsense. If I'm not mistaken they don't have fees so if ever you've got a lot of traffic then the whole amount you will earn is totally yours and there's no deduction on it.
17226  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with the people who don't like Bitcoin? on: March 22, 2017, 09:45:26 PM
What would you do when you're talking to someone but then he suddenly talks about his hatred on Bitcoin, what would you react to it?

Yeah I would react on it positively, I don't want to offend him/her and I would love to listen what's the root cause of his hatred.

I've never actually experienced anything like this before, I just want to be prepared when it happened to me.

Always be calm, don't meet the wave of his anger. Instead give him/her some relief and give some solution to the root cause of his hatred.

The least it will give them is some lesson that we should stay calm even with this instances.
Now, they will know what to do even if there will be news about this and that and some more fake ones that are just trying to make them dump.
Bitcoin will always be not predictable, the best way we could do is have faith that others will also hold or just buy to make a good pump.

Oh boy, the price is dropping like a stone again. I don't know what's the real cause of this upside down movement of bitcoin. But still, there's no need to panic, I'm now thinking as long as the price isn't reaching the $1,200 mark still bitcoin will be ranging $1,000 -$1,120 from now on. Well, as usual let's be calm people.
17228  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Fixed income with BTC trading? on: March 22, 2017, 09:15:31 PM

I want to generate a constant monthly gain. Is it possible to do this by bitcoin trading? So, can I just do this by dealing with BTC trading?
Are there any people among us who can make a living by trading in BTC?
in trading we would not always make a profit if only rely on trading for the cost of living was very difficult and you have to be fought. but if you have long experience in trading and allows you to get more profits you could finance your life just by trading.

There are people who are just focusing with bitcoin trading and most of the time that are earning from is when the price is increasing only. And when the price is dropping that's the right time for them to buy some of it. We know that trading with a single crypto is hard and that is going to give you unstable source of income, why not try to go with other coins too?
17229  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How many cryptocurrencies do you invest in? on: March 22, 2017, 08:56:31 PM
On the one hand, I would like to diversify due to volatility, but on the other hand, how many of these are actually going to survive? Eventually are we going to have 1 cryptocurrency that is fast, secure, anonymous, can handle smart contracts, and so on, and there will be no reason to use anything else?

Yes we had that 1 crypto currency that you had mentioned already that is fast, secure and anonymous. But it's up to you on how you are going to see those coins survive, I suggest that just go with the most popular coins and has an history of pump and dump. People will pump that again when the price is dump.

I wish to invest $100 each in top 100.

And profit is guaranteed. Wink

This is what I'm wishing to do too.
17230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Zcash price will go upto $1000 [Hold your coins] on: March 22, 2017, 05:14:08 AM
LOL! Don't be ambitious that Zcash will be go up to $1,000 look on how did bitcoin did had hard time to pump and go up to $1,000 and as of now it is still fighting for it's stability. But well maybe if Roger will be dumping his BTU and will go to manipulate Zcash maybe this is possible though he has his own interest and others too.

Yes. As I see the price of bitcoin now is getting higher again and I think it is because many people had use it. And for those people who sell it when it is lower than 1k it's time for you guys to comeback and regain all of your lose. Because we all know that there is time that the value of bitcoin will go down and soon it will go up again. Just like that. It's just a matter of right timing to sell and in able to earn a higher profit. You must learn to wait for you to sell and have a high amount. Smiley

We are on the rise again and it's making a lot of hodlers very happy again, especially when we are seeing the price to pump again. Those people that manage to sell when the price at $1.2k and bought some under $1k are the most happiest people who took the advantage of this drama. I regret that I didn't join the hype.
17232  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin overcome Paypal? on: March 22, 2017, 04:16:48 AM
Yes, because bitcoin has a very good features unlike paypal and you can earn money easily in bitcoins and you can send bitcoin easily to other accountd without any fees or if have a fee it just a little amount unlike paypal that have a big transaction fee.

PayPal has built it's reputation already for a lot of years and they are the leading payment method by most of the business. I guess that time is going to be long before seeing that it will lead the payment system. But as of now, I do really prefer that bitcoin won't overcome PayPal as it is still considered as young crypto but it is already good and very promising.

Bitcoins are excellent for investment purpose because its prices are more volatile and as a trader, can make decent profits. But in a payment system, I don't think it can reach anywhere near to Paypal. Because we can't trust anyone online and send payments first and must need to go through escrow and that makes transaction delay and need to pay an extra fee for escrow. But in the case of Paypal, they provide security to buyers, and that's they are so much popular.

I believe that it can reach near to PayPal however it is still far from it. But when it comes to online transactions and payment, many are going to prefer to use bitcoin because it's more cheap though there are problems when it comes to delays. I personally haven't experience those delay yet as there are accelerators available for using.
17233  Economy / Economics / Re: If bitcoin price is $10.000, will fiat be worthless? on: March 22, 2017, 04:01:34 AM
Lol, it's not possible because they will print more if the current is exhausted.
Also, the people will never use all their fiat to buy bitcoins.

They aren't going to print more that will make the economy in chaos if the government will print more. It's simple that whatever the price of bitcoin, fiat will remain and will be the favored medium of transaction and payment of government. Because they are the one that regulates it, unlike with bitcoin it's decentralized.
yap for decentralized what happens to fiat will not affect bitcoin and vice versa for bitcoin and why despite prices of bitcoin reached highs fiat will remain because fiat is legal payments

Yes fiat will always remain though there are credit cards, crypto's and other ways of payment. Still the government will always rely to fiat because they have total control for it. And if the value of bitcoin will even reach to $10,000 then probably many fiat users are going to migrate and invest to bitcoin by that time.
It would be beneficial for us to have a different option to spend, there are fiat and crypto currencies and since the new generation will most likely be more on digital currencies, bitcoin who is the leading crypto currency will surely progress. The right time will come as we need more time to continue the development and to capture the awareness of the people.

It is progressive but the fact that fiat will remain as the main currency of each countries is always there. Though crypto's or bitcoin to be specific is good for realizing the people that if the price of bitcoin will ever reach this amount. This will attract people and probably many are going to have a petition to make bitcoin as secondary currency.
17234  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Unlimited on: March 22, 2017, 03:46:12 AM
Is that true that we have to move all our coins to a bitcoin core wallet so that in case of a fork to Bitcoin ulimited we have our coins also there? I heard that it is not good to leave the BTC at exchanges because they won't deposit these BTU 1:1 to BTC. Anyone knows more?

No we don't have to move our bitcoin core to BTU it will be automatically doubled / replicated. And besides that is still on debate and this is just politics. As of now, there's no real deal on this BTU however there are a lot of people that wants to migrate on this "rogercoin" but you don't have to worry about it.
17235  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What can i do with Bitcoin? on: March 22, 2017, 03:32:29 AM
With bitcoin, you can do anything. It all depends on what your goals are.

No doubt on it, we can actually use bitcoin for almost everything that we want to because it's now worth it to use and very popular.

You can simply hold it, or you can buy the goods using bitcoin. You can use bitcoin as an investment.

This is what I'm doing right now, I just keep on holding most of the coins and use some for paying bills and for allowance.

17240  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin is the new era of currency? on: March 21, 2017, 10:31:27 PM
Bitcoin is truly making a difference in the usage accessibility of currency. This has made bitcoin get added to the list of currency that exist and in usage around the globe. Business people fear about the fluctuations but soon we can expect positive impacts felt on usage as currency.

But as of now there's a battle happening between BU and core bitcoin (real one) which is making the whole crypto's depending on it's market. If BU will win on this duel then core bitcoin is going to be dead a little by little

This battle is a fake one

It is just one sort of FUD employed to shake bitcoins out of weak hands. They are never going to release their project to real life since that would would mean a miserable end of it and fast at that. They will continue to spread their FUD like before, but obviously, it won't work any more. People have got used to real threats and dangers like the PBoC effectively banning Bitcoin from wide circulation (while not making it outright illegal, though). Bitcoin went down to 750 dollars per coin back then, this time it rebounded from 950 dollars. This basically tells it all

Yeah and I guess this is now done as the price of bitcoin is increasing again. People nowadays loves to spread fud and wants to argue and defeat the original bitcoin which gave them good profit. I had read somewhere here that PBoC is changing their decision now and they are going to allow bitcoin withdrawals but not with deposit, I don't think if this is real or not.
