17261  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you agree in death penalty? on: November 09, 2017, 03:32:12 AM
If there was a death penalty back when they were sending prisoners to Australia, we might not have had Australia as we know it now lol

There was death penalty back then. The deportation to Australia was an option which was reserved to petty criminals such as thieves and pickpockets. Those who were accused of major crimes such as murder and treason regularly ended up in the gallows. But then, the Brits should have left Australia to the aborigines. Right now the abos are less than 2% of the population.
17262  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Where would society be without the internet? on: November 09, 2017, 03:25:32 AM
If internet is not there, then it will set free a lot of people. Public peer-to-peer interactions have got reduced to such a level nowadays, thanks to the proliferance of the social media. More than 90% of the youth are addicted to social media outlets such as Whatsapp and Facebook. The rest are addicted to online gaming and gambling.
17263  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Your opinion on recreational drug use on: November 09, 2017, 03:05:16 AM
Drug Dangers has become a frightening specter for the community. Various campaigns about the dangers of drugs and the prevention of people who want to recover from drug addiction more and more buzzed. Therefore, drug abuse can be harmful for the family, community, and future of the nation.

The real problem here is that the government refuses to differentiate between hard drugs and soft drugs. I don't want drugs such as heroin to become legal. But what is the point in banning Marijuana, when Tobacco is perfectly legal?
17264  Other / Politics & Society / Re: do you think that corruption can be deleted totally in your country? on: November 09, 2017, 02:57:05 AM
First of all, the mentality of the people needs to change. If no one is ready to pay bribes, then the bureaucrats will work honestly without the need of commissions. Also, the government needs to bring strict laws dealing with corruption.
17265  Other / Off-topic / Re: punishment for rapists on: November 09, 2017, 02:19:41 AM
I'm not fond of curing violence with violence, but I have to admit that educate a man who already raped is tough especially in a country where rape is socially accepted. In Malawi for example, mothers send their 10-12 years old daughters in a "vacation camp" where they're gonna be taught - by men - how to please men. They're first raped by grown up 'educator' and then taught how to give fellatio etc. Amazing, right?!

In ancient tribal societies, there were many such practices. But these are mostly obsolete now. But a lot of progress is being made. The so called "educators" in this case are known as "hyenas". The Malawian government has arrested many of them and the practice is currently banned. As the education level increases, these sort of customs will become a thing of the past.

17266  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Population on: November 09, 2017, 02:15:57 AM
A solution would be to get them in the countries with low natality, but not the same way like last summer in Germany.

Why should any developed country accept hordes of uneducated immigrants from the third world nations? It can cause a huge increase in the crime rate and the welfare system can come under huge amount of strain. And many of the developed nations, such as Germany and France are already over-populated. The population density in Germany is around 230 per sq.km, which is a bit high IMO.
17267  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is Global Warming Real? on: November 09, 2017, 02:10:33 AM
There are many factors but what the global warming causes are the Climate Change. Global warming is one of the factors due to our climate changes and it wouldn't be that easy to understand how we could reverse that but it's definitely real. They are probably denying it for political purposes.

Reversing the climate change? I don't think that is possible with current technology. But if we take the necessary steps, then it may be possible to stabilize the changes. We can take small steps such as reducing the deforestation of tropical forests (especially in countries such as Brazil, Indonesia, Congo.etc) and we can install more solar panels on our rooftops.
17268  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Impact of drinking alcohol. on: November 09, 2017, 02:05:17 AM
Alcohol is a poison, and it will damage your health over time - the longer and harder you drink, the worse the damage will be.

No. Alcohol is not poison. On the other hand, alcohol is a beverage, which causes no negative effect to the body if you consume it in moderate levels. Anything above a certain limit can be harmful to the body. Even sugar and common salt can kill you, if you consume them above the tolerance threshold. So please don't blame alcohol. Blame the individual.
17269  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin be replaced by another cryptocurrency? on: November 08, 2017, 08:15:22 AM
I think bitcoin cannot be a usable cryptocurrency, rather a store of value or investment. bitcoin transactions are expensive, the supply is limited, it will not replace fiat in everyday life. ETH or ripple might do that.

LOL.. you think that ETH or XRP will be able to do what BTC is unable to do? Without Bitcoin, these currencies will be worthless. I agree with you that Bitcoin transactions have become quite expensive now. But your second argument (limited supply) is just ridiculous. Limited supply increases the value of Bitcoin and makes it more attractive to everyone.
17270  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Surviving segwit2x hardfork on: November 08, 2017, 08:08:27 AM
1) HOLD bitcoins
2) Temporarly switch to altcoins (Ether, Lite, ...)
3) Sell BTC for USD, than buy back after the fork.
4) Swtch to Bicoin Cash hoping it can go 3-10x
5) Other option.

#2 and #3 are too risky. My friend tried #3 before the Bitcoin Cash airdrop and he lost a huge amount of his money (the exchange rates rocketed after the airdrop and by then it was to late to purchase BTC). #2 is even more risky, as I don't think that there is any long-term future for any of the altcoins (perhaps with the exception of BCH). I would prefer #1, but #4 can be considered as well.
17271  Economy / Speculation / Re: I BUY GOLD OR BITCOIN? on: November 08, 2017, 08:05:30 AM
Grin Grin if you ask this forum for buy gold or bitcoin? so you just see bitcoin or bitcoin coz everyone suggest you for buy bitcoin.
or really if you ask me then i suggest you bitcoin because bitcoin better then gold. gold just like valueless for me Grin Grin Grin
Thanks.

You are spot on. Here everyone want to get rich and want to multiply their investment by 10-20 times. And that sort of ROI is not possible with gold. So the Bitcoin users (especially the noobs who missed the earlier spikes) will favor the crypto-currency over gold. On the other hand, if you ask some pensioner the same question, then most probably he will say that he prefer gold.
17272  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What is the common cause of poverty? on: November 08, 2017, 08:02:19 AM
for me, poverty is a choice because if you really want to make your life better find a work, don't be lazy that's all.

You are absolutely right. If you are hardworking, then there are thousands of opportunities out there to get good amounts of money. But on the other hand, if you have an aversion to learning new skills, then it can result in poverty. Education is a tool which can be used by everyone to get out of poverty.
17273  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Are terrorists only muslim in religion? on: November 08, 2017, 05:53:39 AM
why are all terror activities carried out in the world are by people of muslim religion? Why cant muslims let peace be there in the world? Are people of only muslim origins terrorist?so trumps decision by banning muslim is 100% correct?

Yah i agree , Muslim "IS NOT TERRORIST" , but ISIS is Terrorist .

But you will agree that all the ISIS members are all Muslims (Sunnis to be precise), right? Have you ever heard about any Christian or a Jew joining the ISIS? That means that there is a strong connection between the ISIS and Islam. These facts needs to be analyzed. By sweeping them under the carpet, you will not achieve anything.
17274  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The world without leaders? on: November 08, 2017, 05:50:26 AM
It is impossible, because even if all leaders are dissapeared new leaders will come and that would be naturally. In every society started from people 2 years old always appears leaders formal or informal it doesnt matter.

Leaders will always be there. But you need to decide whether you want a dominating leader (such as Vladimir Putin of Russia), who functions independently on his own, or a group of leaders (such as the situation in Germany) where the party officials and other ministers have a say in the day-to-day running of the country.
17275  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Are you in favor of same sex marriage? on: November 08, 2017, 05:47:48 AM
No, I don't support same sex marriage because it is forbidden in Islam.

Gay marriage is forbidden in all the major world religions (perhaps with the exception of new religions, which were founded during the last 100 years). Homosexual marriage is not permitted in all the religions, ranging from the oldest one (Hinduism) to the largest one (Christianity, in terms of number of adherents).
17276  Other / Off-topic / Re: Jesus Christ is comming back here on: November 08, 2017, 05:45:14 AM
The second coming of Jesus Christ is already near.We must repent and submit ourselves empty so that God will filled us with the holy spirit.

LOL... all the best with that. Enough evidence exists to say that Jesus lived in Jerusalem two thousand years ago. He was crucified and then his body was buried. Up to here, everything is OK. The BS starts after that. The Christians claim that he was "resurrected". And he is thinking about visiting the earth again. Anyway... your beliefs... your problem.
17277  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Population on: November 08, 2017, 05:41:21 AM
Increase taxes for parents with multiple children!

Good idea.. but the problem is that most of the guys who produce dozens of kids in my country are slum-dwellers, who never pay any taxes to the government. So it makes no difference for them. A good option would be to ban anyone with more than one kid from accessing public healthcare, education and other government funded services.
17278  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Are you in favor of same sex marriage? on: November 08, 2017, 04:17:07 AM
I'm all for gay marriage legally but not in the Christian church, bibles pretty clear on the subject, again legally go for it, religiously....no

There are a lot of gay Christian congregations out there, and they regularly conduct church-sanctioned gay marriages. Here, the religious gays are using their own places of worship to get more legality to their relationship. I am against this BS. If they want to have gay sex, then let them do it. But recognizing a gay relationship as a marriage? Hell no.
17279  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Christianity is Poison on: November 08, 2017, 04:14:37 AM
Okay, you are an atheist, so what? It's your choice. What's your business in other people's religion? Everyone believes in a thing which makes them feel stronger and safe. If it is science for you - okay, what's the deal? Why so much hatred?

Other people's religion doesn't matter, as long as they are not bothering anyone. Take my case. Since I am a Hindu, my Christian friends have told me that I will go to hell. The only way to "save" my soul is to convert to Christianity. I told them that hell suits me better, since most of my friends are also Hindus.  Grin
17280  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What is the common cause of poverty? on: November 08, 2017, 04:12:04 AM
unemployment. it's better to be underemployment than to be unemployed and lack of support of the government the common cause of poverty of country. Sad Sad

Unemployment can be defeated with education. The poor needs to learn new skills, so that they can be employed by various private companies and corporations. But then, if you are lazy and not interested in learning new skills then you can sit at home and live off the welfare payments.
