This will be a fantastic feature and I believe many traders too would like to see that but at the main time I have not seen that feature in an exchange. Maybe that will be waiting to be programmed but yet I have not seen any.

I don't think that there is a solution to the high Ethereum fees now that ethereum is volatile and that is one factor leading to high fee. I think what you can do is to look for exchanges charging lower than the other and I believe the higher volume an exchange creates or has that can determine the high fees.

Unfortunately that your restaurant business crashed and that was because of covid-19 restrictions which is understandable people were not allowed to move around, restaurant business requires physical presence. Your restaurant business was not the only one that suffered, all others that requires physical patronage suffered and got shot down. Big companies too were affected and they downsized there labour force and directed working from home for few and this opened people's mind to working at home and seeing also the opportunities online.
