1741  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why people keep buying DOGE? on: June 15, 2016, 10:08:13 AM
Not really sure, you can make a tiny profit with the small amount it goes up and down but the coin itself apart from the crazy hype a couple of years ago doesn't seem to be any different from any other standard coin out there.
DOGE will be here for a long time we can say that much based on it so far.

1742  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Confirmations are getting faster ? on: June 14, 2016, 02:51:14 PM
I have had a few that went through super quick and then some others that have taken a bit of time, it all depends on luck and the fee.
1743  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: What is the best Bitcoin Wallet to receive Payment? on: June 14, 2016, 01:16:58 PM
Coinbase is a pretty cool wallet and their mobile app is straight forward, this of course is good for day to day usage but if you are looking for long term storage you will find other suggestions which have already been said.
1744  Other / Off-topic / Re: Microsoft acquires LinkedIn Ponzi company for 26 Billion on: June 14, 2016, 11:21:31 AM
It is a lot of money which surprised me when I saw this yesterday.  If it was just the data such as resumes etc they would have been better off buying one of the job sites like Monster.
1745  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will be the next $1 Billion Blockchain? on: June 14, 2016, 11:17:57 AM
I think Loyyal (formerly Ribbitrewards) is the one to watch this year, they are busy getting ready for their relaunch and there are some very interesting players part of the project.  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1508111.0
1746  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: newbie question about sig. camp. on: June 14, 2016, 11:13:44 AM
I asked this in someones thread but i guess its not enough to be seen as it was stilll unanswered. i might as wells as open a new topic.

Some campaigns does not estate that they wont pay if you post on other signature threads. If so, can i post on other campaign threads if there rules has not stated that?? or it is a general rule??tnx.

Follow the rules of the campaign you are part of and if in doubt check with the campaign manager, they are the best people to advise as each campaign can be different and some might be okay with this and some might not.
1747  Economy / Gambling / Re: i win 1btc today!!! on: June 14, 2016, 08:36:57 AM
i win 1 btc today with Crypto-Games.net!
really cool!
Congratulations, a good time to win 1 bitcoin with these prices like they are.  What will you do with your winnings?  gamble it in the hopes of winning again or stop whilst you are ahead?
1748  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price going up? on: June 14, 2016, 07:26:54 AM
This is fun to watch, I wonder how high it can go this week maybe $800 then back down to $400/$500 or maybe it's just going to keep on going up until after the halving and them plummet.
1749  Economy / Speculation / Re: 1 BTC now equals $630!!! on: June 13, 2016, 08:59:39 AM
Price is moving up like anything and no one expect this major pump in the price of bitcoin and I am pretty sure we will see the price of $1k before the halving.
This could actually happen if it keeps going the way it has been, there will be a drop at some point but guessing where and when that will be is a skill we would all love to have.

$1k is perhaps a bit high, maybe around $800 before halving would be my guess.
1750  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Cryptopay Bitcoin Debit card + Giveaway on: June 09, 2016, 08:43:06 AM
Has anybody actually used the card and loaded it, how long does it take to load is it instant? is there a delay, any reviews on the whole process?
1751  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Wild Beast Block [WBB] on 1ex.trade, no PREMINE, Honest ! - the wild one on: June 08, 2016, 08:05:34 PM
At first I didn't have much hope for this project, after having a good read and seeing the progress I have just picked some of this beast up, great work guys.
1752  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Bitcoin Lotto --> 1 PHs Run Groupbuy of Hashingpower on: June 08, 2016, 06:26:32 AM
Good luck, you guys are very lucky unfortunately right now my btc is tied up but I wish you luck in finding your next block.
1753  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: News Cloud mining service: BITMINISTER Scam or NOt? on: June 07, 2016, 03:47:08 PM
I agree, stay away from this one.  Just from having a look at their front page how can they offer you those returns, no good just leave it and look at the oldies such as Hashnest or Genesis Mining.
1754  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Has anyone purchased from this site? on: June 07, 2016, 03:38:48 PM
This is a shame for you if you have lost this money, investing money or buying anything from somewhere that you are unsure is legit is very risky business, if you can't find any reviews or anyone in the community with feedback it's best left alone.
Not sure how you can go about getting your money back if it's bitcoin you sent but good luck.
1755  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is there a tourism oriented altcoin blockchain ? on: June 07, 2016, 03:32:00 PM
The question is in the title.

Does a blockchain / altcoin 100% focused on tourism already exist ?
I'm particularly talking about a coin / platform that would facilitate the decentralized exchange and provision of lodging (hotel, bed n breakfast) transport (cars, planes, boats), tourism attractions, interests and tourism related services (think tour guides, expositions, local friends, tips etc).

Any tip, opinion, ideas appreciated.

Thanks

Not 100% tourism focused, and more commercial than the examples you indicate but Loyyal are partnered with airlines, hotel groups etc.
Yeah and they recently setup a tourism program which I think is just Dubai based
https://www.acnnewswire.com/press-release/english/30280/loyyal-announces-blockchain-based-tourism-program-with-dubai-future-foundation

As for a purely tourism based altcoin I do not think I have seen one of these yet.
1756  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] Bitit | Buy Bitcoin with cash in 100K+ Local stores on: June 07, 2016, 03:25:04 PM
Looks like a pretty good service, might be useful for presents to those not into bitcoin yet, they can't turn down free money once you give them a card with a voucher in it can they.
1757  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] LOYYAL. The Universal Loyalty and Rewards Platform. on: June 07, 2016, 11:20:42 AM

I remember it being an ICO plus airdrop, although I think not many people bought into the ICO back then when it was mostly just about marketplace.life; a lot has changed since then.
That rings a bell, my memory is not that great as there were so many alts coming out around that time.
1758  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] LOYYAL. The Universal Loyalty and Rewards Platform. on: June 07, 2016, 09:33:39 AM
when will the ico start?

They had one in like 2014 or something.
Yeah, they had an airdrop so gave out I think it was about 40k to those that signed up back then, no ICO as far as I know.

Secondstrade has just adjusted their payout rate for Full Member, Hero and Legendary as follow :

hi everyone.
the payment rate is changed from  next payment day as below.

★★★ Signature Rate ★★★
JR Member :    0.00006 BTC per constructive post.              - payout changed as of 5/30
Member :        0.00012 BTC per constructive post.                   - payout changed as of 5/30
Full Member : 0.00032 BTC per constructive post.             - payout changed as of 6/06
Senior :         0.00038 BTC per constructive post.                     - payout changed as of 5/30
Hero  :          0.0046 BTC per constructive post.      - payout changed as of 6/06
Legendary :    0.0053 BTC per constructive post.      - payout changed as of 6/06

thank you.

secondtrade is constantly reducing the payout amount of its signature campaign. it may because of the live bitcoin price increase, bitcoin price increasing very highly and fast, and it is almost touching 600$. most of signature campaign will surely reduce their payout of per post.
it happened previous times also.
I think they might have made a mistake with the rates Senior = 0.00038 then a massive jump up to Hero = 0.0046 so for 10 posts a Hero can get 0.046 that is amazing but think it is an error, I'll highlight to them.
1760  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Watch out for new Cloud minings on: June 06, 2016, 09:39:57 AM
Good warning.

I would be weary now of any cloud mining site that starts up as we approach the halving and in general, there are only a handful if that of sites that are genuine, I was burned once and have learned my lesson.
