1741  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Centralized Exchange or Decentralized Exchange? on: April 17, 2022, 08:04:54 PM
Decentralization is one of the core value of Crypto-Currency, a very strong quality that has seen the government doing all they can to destroy it, in my own opinion I would go for decentralized crypto exchanges, although even big exchanges has started to compromise on that. Crypto-currency has given many an alternative, freedom and choice. Doing transactions, trading and so on any where in the world without borders, and this can only work perfectly on decentralized crypto (exchanges), I see centralized exchange as a glorified form of slavery and against what crypto truly stands for.
1742  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: April 17, 2022, 07:33:05 PM
Few minutes past 30 and Real Madrid are loosing 2:0 to Sevilla away, I suspected we may see a bad game from Real Madrid noting that they had a very stressful two weeks before this match, regardless loosing by two unreplied goals wasn’t in my thoughts, and I just checked Real Madrid squad and it’s a very complete aqua for this match, this loss would mean a lot to team like Barcelona whose only hope for a trophy is the Spanish la liga.
1743  Economy / Economics / Re: Is crypto the final stage in the evolution of money? on: April 17, 2022, 07:22:55 PM
Although I would like to think. Crypto-Currency as the final stage of Evolution, but truth be told the world is constantly changing and even when the coin and Note form of money came about I think everyone would have thought it would be the final stage. So we aren’t sure but what I can say is Crypto-Currency would be a relevant part of the future, it may even go through several changes itself along the way.
1744  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How was last crypto bear market on: April 17, 2022, 07:01:28 PM
Although I wasn’t here but you should also know the answer, all bear market are always bad for everyone in crypto-currency. But from my history of since I join Crypto I have come to see that after a great bear market not to long from then a great pump follows and sometimes leads to a new all time high. Although I think now Bitcoin has gotten a better adoption than it had then so we may not see severe bearish market.
1745  Economy / Speculation / Re: Btc price moving too much on: April 17, 2022, 06:44:22 PM
If you had done you research well OP you should have even if it’s accidentally bumped into the part that says crypto-coins are very Volatile and this also includes Bitcoin. This volatility make the price very unstable sometimes and if anyone finds this as a deterrent then they should not have been here in the first Place. And also never expect that the price would even stay stagnant but my personal assurance is Bitcoin is a solid coin and it has potential of going up in the long run.
1746  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Scammer get scammed on: April 17, 2022, 06:22:33 PM
First of all, in the it’s legally said a man is innocent until proven guilty, no matter the circumstances, so you don’t judge someone because of the scenario was pointing something to you, although I would agree with other that thinks this story is made up, OP didn’t think this through, probably thought we all would be happy that he dealt with in his thoughts a potential scammer.
But if this case was to be true and at this point I would pretend it is, you holding the said fund sent to you make you what you suspected him to be, in the first place why that scam moves gets people is that, those people also has plans of scamming the person asking to send funds or crypto to them. It best you shun the person and reject the offer from the beginning.
1747  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: April 16, 2022, 09:06:11 PM
Arsenal and Tottenham hotspurs Both flopped in todays English premier league which isn’t what either of the teams needs, now with the Manchester United win this gives them more edge and advantage and it has open fresh hopes of the big four finish, Tottenham hotspurs has really had a good run and even scoring much goals and conceding few, so this loss today was very unexpected, although I think the would be the team to complete the big four ranking.
1748  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Nigeria (Naija) on: April 16, 2022, 08:51:40 PM
I sabi say no one go take naira over crypto-Currency except the person is the ignorant about the former, also as Nigerians e Dey our default settings to try to make profits from any where we can, so I no think say holding stable coin na option to many, but some go still seem am as an alternative though, but as a hunter we Dey always try to double am, no doubt Stable coin like USDT is very much preferable in terms of saving and not getting affected my the very unpredictable economy, the opportunity to invest in a Crypto is very inviting.
1749  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shiba dump coming? on: April 16, 2022, 08:34:35 PM
Something deep down is telling me that the reason why whales are buying Shina inu for the past months is because of Robinhood listing, how sure are they that Shiba will be listed on Robinhood? Anyway, now I think a bigger Shiba dump is in motion because once the expected gains from this listing isn't pure or strong there will be a massive dump, am I wrong or right.
I Think memecoin may completely go out in the future, Dogecoin and shiba inu are front runners in the memecoin space and many has benefited from it. But just like it was before the incredible touch from Elon musk. It would go back to being yet another faded sector, I may not have any now but I had made gains from this coin, I would be planing for the time of its absence, memecoin really doesn’t have much valuable functionalities.
1750  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are bounties dead? on: April 16, 2022, 08:26:19 PM
After running several bounty campaigns I have noticed that they only attrach bot accounts, multiple fake accounts controlled by one person or low quality accounts that can not even give adequate comments - it is not the same as it used to be back in the days in 2018. Where has all the quality crowd gone?
They probably has decided not to support scam, fake projects and that is what majority of those Bounty projects are. I think some are still available and are working for the very little good Bounty projects regardless I may have not witnessed the bounty era but from read ups many lost capitals and even trust in Crypto-Curreny, so I can say the bounty sector has faded, it’s trust rating would be very low as of now.
1751  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to locate a nearby Bitcoin ATM (A step-by-step guide) on: April 16, 2022, 08:16:53 PM
Although there are available Bitcoin ATM around I don think it’s a thing yet, especially in my country Bitcoin ATM is probably not more than 3 and the ones a available may not be optimal, although the creation of Bitcoin ATM can improve the adoption of Bitcoin, I believe even though it doesn’t exist we can still carry out Crypto activities. Also I believe if bitcoin ATM is to work the heads and even the government has to first adopt or come to terms with Crypto-Currency
1752  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin continue to have the same effect on alts? on: April 16, 2022, 08:07:14 PM
I think this is a good question, so far and for as far back as it can go, Bitcoin has virtually controlled Crypto-currency and that includes affecting the price of Bitcoin. Would this continue in the future? I would say No, infact this theory is currently affecting some coins and not others, recently I have seen some coins go up even when Bitcoin was dropping, Some coins aren’t based or influenced by the price of Bitcoin although many coins are still, but in the future I think we would see more and more coins going price independent to Bitcoin.
1753  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: April 15, 2022, 11:41:12 PM
Barcelona may need money to keep the club running in good shape, but I used to think these money teams earns from winning a European championship used to be very much and can but at least four would class players but after confirming the championship real worth to winners and compare it to the price is a world class player in modern football then you would realize winning a competition is more for its glory and history than the money involved.
1754  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: April 15, 2022, 10:01:55 PM
It not really a bad omen for Barcelona going by what this club has been in recent time before this big boost of wins. I would say Barcelona fans should take joy in the fact that the drop from the Europa league gives the club more opportunities to focus on the Spanish la Liga title which to me is more important than the Europa league, and also Real Madrid their rivals are still in the uefa champions league.
1755  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How would crypto fare without centralized exchanges? on: April 15, 2022, 09:51:03 PM
I know right now many would like the centralized exchange system that is quite understandable because many of this centralized exchange system because it work hand in hand with what their government want and even help them escape a lot of sanctioning. But trust me centralized exchanges is like a cancer to the crypto-currency space with its values going against the freedom crypto offers to it users and enthusiasts
1756  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Nigeria (Naija) on: April 15, 2022, 09:41:29 PM
I don’t know about you guys but I don’t see the naira getting any value in the coming years, even if power changes hands a lot still needs to be done before we can achieve a stable currency and economy. The naira is dropping very badly every day and the funny part be say our government no even sabi anything to do to salvage the situation and I don’t the the next government go even sabi Wetin to do.
1757  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why the price of Bitcoin still in such a state? on: April 15, 2022, 09:15:46 PM
From my experience so far all I can say is that the crypto-currency market is volatile and not even Bitcoin is safe. And the best decision we can make right now is to keep on holding Bitcoin. I don’t think we have seen the last of Bitcoin just yet, take for example what it has done last year. I believe we would still see a major bull run soon.
1758  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Europa League Discussion Thread on: April 14, 2022, 08:33:01 PM
This is the worst time for Barcelona to have a sleep up, they have had good run of game prior to this game against Frankfurt, and now they are down by three unreplied goals. From the looks of things Barcelona are out of this one, it is really a shame that Barcelona can get knocked out of the Europa league, although this would give them more opportunity to focus more on the Spanish LaLiga now that they are are out of European competition except a miracle happens.
1759  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Nigeria (Naija) on: April 14, 2022, 07:58:12 PM

1760  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: April 13, 2022, 09:07:26 PM
Congratulations to Liverpool on the qualification also I believe Manchester City would be joining them soon, and athletico Madrid are a man down. I still believe Liverpool weren’t at their best and Benfica really did a good job today. Now that’s leaves us with Real Madrid, Liverpool, Manchester city and Villarreal in the semi final of the uefa champions league. I Think all team has a chance but on paper Villarreal seems to have the least chance but come on they knocked out Bayern Munich and now anything is possible.
