Havertz, Mount, and ziyech were performing so badly. I saw how todd was seeing his club goes to the relegated zone very soon.

I don’t see it as Felix playing individually because due to lack of any creative midfielder he has to find a way to dazzle his way into the boss. Chelsea should seriously look at how they lack creativity and work on it. The attackers are just playing different football with coordination it might be because of numerous changes Potter always makes in his starting line up. The new guys haven’t played more minutes together to understand themselves well.
Don't mind my asking but who is the goal scorer for Chelsea?
Tottenham have got goal scorers in the likes of Harry Kane and H. Son, Manchester City, you've got that in E. Haaland, R. Mahrez, Liverpool we can take M. Salah but, we've got nk one really for Chelsea. I can't Consider K. Havertz or Mount because, they aren't reliable to come on the game at any point and make a huge difference, Sterling neither.
Chelsea had a very poor performance today and it didn't reflect well considering the money spent on this team in the transfers. Joao Felix is definitely playing some good football for me but, there is absolutely no one to take the cancel that he creates.

Graham Potter and his at least 4 changes in each game just tells how desperate or frustrated he is at the moment, the pressure that is mounted on him to get results and that is some confused state of management. Like, he doesn't know what his doing and that's not what Chelsea needs at the top of its management right now.
1742  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: February 25, 2023, 11:29:59 PM
And the woes continues for the toothless lion, I mean Liverpool, they couldn't find the back of the net yet again, and this time it's against...
-snip-
Liverpool failure is a big question since months now. They are sitting in the 7th place but they risk to lose in ranking by the end of this round.
Chelsea isn't any better, they are toothless and harmless lion.. They have to face Spurs in tomorrow's game and their odds are slightly lower. Could they make a surprise?
Chelsea when facing Spurs tomorrow would be some match to watch as both teams most especially Chelsea, have had a very bad season. Finding themselves in the 10th place on the league table is not something the Chelsea ta and its management would have hoped for and considering what they've invested in the transfer market, it was high time they get results but no! The results aren't coming forth and th pressure is mounting on Potter and as such, taking some bold step in big boots like those of Spurs would be some means back to winning ways if they could manage it.

For Liverpool, I won't say they didn't put in there best because they actually did, had some great chances too with M. Salah and Diogo J. but, they just couldn't find the target. Crystal Palace on the other hand were just good and gave Liverpool there all to secure a draw like they did. We've just got to commend that and they could have easily won the day more than  Liverpool would have had the chance.
1743  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: February 25, 2023, 06:35:30 PM
I had anticipated hearing triumphant chants from the crowd at Goodison Park Stadium today, but they were quiet instead. The fans of Everton were utterly let down when they lost on their home field. Assume they didn't have the best of the match and that Aston Villa's new manager did an excellent job securing the team another victory. The visitors performed well at the end of the game since they were well-prepared. Ollie Watkins scored a penalty goal, then Buendia astounded the crowd with an outstanding display and a fantastic goal for his team.
Aston Villa hasn't been an easy side to beat lately, they've been pulling there team together and it's always took a little mistake to stray them. I guess Everton had there chance of getting loud and some means to pleasure there failing emotions once more when they dd beat Arsenal but, they can't always hope to beat all other struggling teams like they once were. They aren't fulling formed yet but, it was a good win for Aston Villa.  I didn't have any idea on how the match would go but, they did good for themselves.

West Ham was the most shocking game of all for me. After having a difficult first half in a game where the performance was myached, they came in for the second half and net 4 balls in less than 25 minute, too bad to say for Nottingham Forest.
1744  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Time to buy or sell? on: February 24, 2023, 11:08:26 PM
Buying is actually a good move though we really have to go through different levels of emotions and deeper patience to wait since we have no idea when the bullish season would start. Just buy, hold patiently, and wait until Bitcoin reaches its best price. I don't think waiting for the dip before buying will be a good move because we got no idea when another dip would happen. Just grab the chance to buy now which is also a good start to hold.
The market is fulled of high volatility and one can either be in profits or loss within. Top influencers in the market brings about legit information about the project that will pump but their signals are not 100% accurate. I've been practically patience in the past few months inother to hold down my positions for the bull moment of bitcoin and altcoins. Buying and holding is a repeated trading strategies that circulated round the space for traders. Buying during the bear season is actually one of the good profits one could easily make in the bull season. Dipping coins triggered good entries on the market with more confidence boosted for trading positions.
Buying in the bear market is actually profitable but, keeping a season for buying isn't always the best way to increase your portfolio. You'll find yourself waiting on an imaginary time of which, its unpredictable given by the volatility of the market and when you get to realise it, you just might not have the funds to invest in the market and just like that, you've lost your chance to buying at some of the best price.
It's best to buy in the bears but, better still, buy when you've got funds and your portfolio would be rich before you realise it.

After that, your next option would be learning how to hodl. It's the way to ensure your profit and reward on time spent comes through.
1745  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Traffic will jam if bitcoin pumps on: February 24, 2023, 10:55:53 PM
Perhaps there would be a rush to invest and withdraw on the part of hodlers, this system have got just the right means to put all that in check and that's with the fees and how transactions are prioritised in that regard. If you want a quick confirmation on yours transactions, you be ready to pay the price or perhaps  send it days before you actually have need of it.

Speaking of reaping, of course there are those that hope to enjoy the fruit of there investment and so, having some portion of your portfolio cashed out as a means of taking profit isn't a bad idea. You've got to enjoy what you've laboured for but, you just ensure not to empty your portfolio, it always goes up after a while.
1746  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: February 23, 2023, 07:38:49 PM
From the 4 ongoing matches, I think it's safe to think that Sevilla, Juventus, Sporting and Leverkusen will qualify for the next stage in the Europa League. The four teams above currently have an aggregate advantage in the second leg, but Monaco vs Leverkusen may not be certain.
Monaco and Bayern Leverkusen is the game that remains in conclusive as it is. Bayer Leverkusen are lesding but the aggregates have them at 5:5 goals. Don't know if the go for and against would play against them here but the game might as well go into extra time.

They are going into extra time alright and for a moment, Monaco almost had there break through with a goal that came off a ball that was already over.

Sevilla are losing but, it doenst matter. They had a whole 3 goals advantage in the first half and were going to maintain there lead in this one.
Juventus have been better and Di Maria have got a hat-trick for him.

All other teams in the likes of Sporting, Juventus and Sevilla are qualified already. While, Monaco and Bayer Leverkusen have got to settle it in extra time or proceed to penalties.

That's definitely some means to get your issues resolved! Hope that's not engineered for use just on the forum but something you carry on even in your local society. Perhaps it's helped you so far and as such, no need to discourage you @OP. Carry on!

I didn't even understand the context of your OP until Welsh became the beginner person and straightened this up  without minding any ne calling or abuse. That's some quality in a person as much as handling a public space. I'll say, if we hope to be respected, we must first respect ourselves, give that respect to others and it would surely find its way back to us.

One thing I would like to bring to your notice @OP is the fact that, everyone here is expendable and you might be gone without anyone even noticing. The founderat Satoshi Nakamoto left and the forum is still running at a great speed. Hope you enjoy the forum as it is, your welcome.

Do all these belong to a single individual? What's the big idea of account farming in this way! I never really get it in recent times when we've got the merit system to put a check on growth. Common on @OP, this isn't so pleasing for the eyes if these are all you. It might not be an offence that could attract the ban penalty but, such farm isn't what we like to see on the forum.

As for your ban account @OP, the reason is clearly started to be plagiarism related. You don't need no explanation other than that. You might as well check your post for the plagiarised content and be at peace with the judgement. Its a new account and that won't hurt so much for one who is comfortable operating an account farm.
1749  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What might happen when Bitcoin reaches its 21million coins limit? on: February 23, 2023, 06:33:44 PM
It's a hard thing to imagine for sure, almost like the bitcoin charts but I think, we would have more or less of a stable market, reduced mining services with no block reward to motivate them but, the fees would be all there is and by the dynamics we already have with the volume and fee, it just might be enough to stimulate the miners out there to keep up the job of fixing our transaction in blocks.

I would have expected the fees to be dropped to a minimum to ensure quick transacting and confirmations while, the bulk of the fees is gotten by the number or volume of transactions that could be confirmed in a period but, the future isn't here yet and it just might be better when it comes.
1750  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Life's first investment in Bitcoin by selling bicycles on: February 23, 2023, 06:27:24 PM
So I decided to sell my bicycle and invest in bitcoins. But since investing, the Bitcoin market has gradually started to decline. I invested with a small amount of money and from that small amount of money I lost like 5 dollars. But I am optimistic that I will definitely benefit from the amount I have invested.
Well, you've done yourself solid but, am not entirely sure it was a good move to have your belongings sold just to invest in bitcoin. It's not soke straight up idea and you better not be doing that. One principle to investing is that;

You invest with your spare money or that which you can afford to lose.

Now, having your belongings sold in other to invest simply means, you not using your spare money to make that investment and that is clearly something you can't afford to lose.

The bitcoin market is clearly one that you can gain from a long time of hodling but, the means to which you love used to acquire the sats which yiu are hodling now is one that could easily lead you into loses by putting you in the pressure for profits.
Like you've noted already, your $6 down of your original investment, you must as well have lost money from the sale of your bicycle as no one would want to buy it for its worth and  just like that, the loses are already coming.

Anyway, goodlyck to you but, I hope this be the last time you use this move in getting the funds you need for an investment.

I don't know if this is were I can post this fleece,  but if this is not supposed to be here someone should help me moved it to the normal board.
There are two individuals that have got this authority to move threads. One of the two individuals is you and the other is the moderators. Can't say for other forum authorities but, to move a thread, you could as well report it or do it yourself if it inst noticed and moved by moderators.
To move a thread, check now your screen at the left hand side, you would find a lock/move icon. Click, follow the directives and select a board of interest then, move.

I work in a construction company that construct most of prominent contract for some oil and gas companies but one thing here is that I always find it more difficult to save money in a fiat bank, why because to me is a total waist because it's not giving me any profits. I prefer investing 50% of my monthly salary on bitcoin, mostly now that every body on this forum is holding their coins. I hope what am doing isn't a bad idea for not saving funds?
Having to invest a portion of your earnings in bitcoin is a good choice if you ask me. So long as you get to understand that, its kit always a win situation as, you could choose to withdraw early and not mind even if it was in a lose. If you've got a longterm plan for your investment, that would be go a long way in helping you.
1752  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin Program Done With Students on: February 22, 2023, 10:59:07 PM
I appreciate OP's efforts because it is not easy to carryout such awareness program. It takes time, money and strength to plan and execute such program. I also saw the areas you covered and it's really impressive. But you didn't introduce them to Bitcoin as a currency. Yeah, the investment aspect of the currency is the most attractive but people needs to know bitcoin as a medium of exchange because it also has many benefits using it for payments. I am also suggesting that you include lessons on the need for privacy and security of their coins in your next awareness project.

Also, I am not a fan of the term " cryptocurrency" when it comes to awareness programs because many shitcoins and fraudster always hide behind this term to dupe people. I prefer to stick to the name Bitcoin. I think it should be strictly a bitcoin awareness program.
Having investments and the possibility of making a fortune has been some way to pull up crowds in the hall. That's what our society has turned into as, we've got people going through a lot and all they are looking out for is for means of escape from poverty and the government.

Apparently, cryptocurrency or bitcoin wasn't created to drag people out of poverty. It was for some easy lifestyle finance and staying off the government or centralised systems radar. Its ideally a currency and the bitter truth ought to be told else, we would have these guys looking out for opportunity in the wrong window and end up being discouraged for sometime.

Obviously, security and privacy shouldn't be left out. They are key aspects to being successful in the cryptospace.
1753  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My Experience with bitcoin on: February 22, 2023, 10:45:03 PM
Hello guys, I have had quite good and bad experience trying to learn bitcoin, in 2012 someone came with blablabla stories of bitcoin, guy's is not funny! I turn deef ears to it but after a while I keep hearing crypto currency, so in 2016 that's about 5 years interval I decided to give it a try by putting all money I have work so hard to go back to school because they said the more volume of your money the more good trading experience but unfortunately it wasn't juices in my favour and I lost almost everything in attempt trying to recovered.
Volume of money to have got some relationship with trading experience? It's my first time hearing of any of such pattern
Would you mind telling how this works or what you heard exactly of volume and trading experience.

For me, as much as I know, the volume of coins you've got have got nothing to do with your trading experience. You can have zero knowledge of trading but enough funds to buy and hodl some coins and so you do that. Having so much coins but, you've got no trading experience.

The best your coin volume could do for you is, having more coins could mean more profit because, you've got more capital to put out there.
1754  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: February 22, 2023, 10:15:46 PM
  • Inter Milan 0 vs 0 FC Porto
Porto now playing with ten men as Otavio has been sent off after picking up the second yellow card. Inter Milan's attacking threat increased with Lukaku coming off the bench for Dzeko,

Lukaku scores finally for Inter Milan after Martinez could not connect with the ball he played in earlier on for him. An important goal for Inter Milan to give them the advantage.

Game is now 1-0 in favour of Milan.
Inter Milan wasn't very impressive in todays match day live. I expected them to have won this game right from the first half and not having an extra man on the pitch in the person of Lukaku and absence of Otavio to give them the edge. They had some great chnaces in the first half, mainly with the captain but, he wasn't getting his headed balls right or having the ball at his feet when given a pass to take a shot on goal. Good enough Lukaku came in and produced the goal.

Manchester City unfortunately had to come up with a draw. Not particularly a bad result but, they've still got to lace there boots tight when they welcome Leipzig to the Etihad. The Bundesliga side isn't always an easy win.
1755  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: February 22, 2023, 08:52:53 PM
Real Madrid had a big win last night, I can certainly give them the title of Champions league giants with these performance and other outstanding performances in the recent years, though Liverpool started well but were very poor defensively to concede 5 goals and throwing away a 2 goal lead. I’m disappointed at Liverpool’s performance, they had a good game in the English premier league, I thought they would bring that energy to the champions league. Now it is even more difficult to win after the second leg with aggregate.
You watch Real Madrid in the UCL, you would find a different Real Madrid in the Laliga and you would ask yourself,  what's the difference?
At the very least, it is the same team and the clubs in the UCL are top teams compared to teams in the Laliga but, the level of competition Real Madrid puts in the UCL is top class. 5 goals, I so didn't expect that. Goalkeeper errors on both ends that resulted in goals, that some karma in the game and after Vini Jnr had his brace, I was looking out for Karim Benzema and he came through with a brace too. Benzema is such a charismatic player and his surly leading the Real Madrid team to greater heights.
1756  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: More Awareness needed, 100$ or Bitcoin??? on: February 21, 2023, 11:50:40 PM
Ignorance kills faster than any weapon. That's because, you just won't know what's up to you. I wonder if the video is something recent or its been around for way too long.

People always give priority to that which they are familiar with, that which is tangible or they could grab at once and have no interest in that which looks mysterious.
In this case, it would be a situation of the money at hand is better than some thousands else where. Little do thy know that, the thousands else where could be easily converted and it is some thousand multiples of what is at hand.

When it comes to awareness, I see the people to have been playing there part still and that's some good enough pace.
1757  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are there age limits to Bitcoin investment? on: February 21, 2023, 11:36:18 PM
I was actually wondering if there are any restrictions on age as to investing in Bitcoin?
I read threads where people have constantly introduced Bitcoin to their underaged children (10years below) and I really don't think it's necessary because I feel those kids still have some mental growth  to do and since Bitcoin is a very volatile digital asset, I think children shouldn't be made to go through such stress.
I don't think therr is anything wrong with that as, bitcoin has hot nothing to do with age. If children of 5years of age can use
Sophisticated electronic devices, they could as well do some addition, buy/sell and hodl and not much more. Yeah, they've hot some mental growth to do and how to handle finance is part of that. Children save fiat and so, it doesn't make much difference for them to save in bitcoin of they could handle it.

Quote
Same thing also applies to the elderly as I've also read news of people trying to get some retirees investing their pensions into crypto rather than advising them to relax and enjoy their pension and I really wanted to know if it's wise to get kids and elderly into the crypto industry.
For them to invest, I don't see that for a bad idea too but, I would like to look at it from the side of having them familiar with this innovation. It's not uncommon that, crypto scammers somehow target the elderly, luring them with what ever scheme to get them pay them through bitcoin. Having them familiar with this could make them raise an eye brow or seek assistance and eventually evade scam.
1758  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It is ok to sell your Bitcoin. on: February 21, 2023, 11:24:29 PM
I've been in this crypto space for a while now and there is this mentality instilled in people that seems selling ones coin is bad and one is heading to failure which is very wrong at least from my perspective.
I've always been on the track that investing in Bitcoin simply means buying low and selling high,  which I think is one of the keys to success in the crypto Industry. I always tell people that the moment you buy at a certain price and it starts rising possibly to a price that you feel ok and contented with, then you should feel free and confident to sell atleast to get the profit first and always use stop loss just incase the price drops, rather than having a little portion of Bitcoin and letting it get liquidated just because you want to preach and prove HODLing, trying not to feel odd.
You've got some points there as buying when low to sell when high is definitely some principle to success in cryptos and most especially bitcoin but, its got some twists as well. Highs are always for a time and you really lose nothing by hodling even if the market should drop or go bearish. The twist in selling at a high which is predefined by you is that, it could always make another high from your pre-establsihed high and then, it would iche to have sold earlier. Also, the market might not go bearish for another year and having to wait for an entry to open at a low might not happen. Should you buy, you might as much be relinquishing all the profits you thought have gotten back to the same market.

Quote
~ Do people hodl just because others are HODLing?
~ Why do people hodl rather than sell and buy again when low
~ What is your major reason for HODLing and how do your survive the bear market?

~ People hodl because they are convinced to, because bitcoin can't liquidate to zero and they've seen what it has become in years.
~ This is mainly because of the unpredictable nature of the market.
~ I hodl because, its not more of an option for me, I use what I must and when I must plus, have got fiat to support from other streams.
1759  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: February 21, 2023, 11:07:12 PM
You are talking exactly the way I thought about this game, too. I can openly admit that I took on a bet against my friend and he offered me some amazing odds when I bet that Liverpool is going to win with 2+ goals and Frankfurt is not going to lose. When someone offers you great odds you start talking yourself into it literally! Cheesy
On like you, I would want to talk myself out frm taking the bet, not except I've got that assurance from my guts and the teams to which am supporting are the better side in that fixture. Being offer an outrageous odd would immediately make me ask myself; what is it that he knows and I don't know? Is there a top man on the bench, perhaps suspened or have been injured during the training? Questions such as these would cloud my mind and in a way, am likely not going to take the bet. Rather, I'll enjoy the game by just watching and not having to favour any team.

Quote
After 15 minutes it was 2:0 for Liverpool and I sent him some smileys and said "already shitting your pants?" Cheesy haha, funny anecdote.
Definitely something anyone would do but, against Real Madrid in the UCL.. Real Madrid is the UCL and they've had a come back at the least possible time with a big team to get back into the league. I wouldn't let my adrenalin get the better of me should I bet against Real Madrid.
1760  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: February 20, 2023, 11:24:39 PM
Chelsea is not in good form, I know it's an interesting match to watch, because of course people will bet on tottenham, but I think Chelsea can surprise Tottenham in the game, I'm afraid the result will be a draw so I don't think I will bet on this match later, on paper Tottenham should be able to get full points against Chelsea
Chelsea is most likely not that sort of team to come up with any surprises at the moment, not minding there interesting game play so far, they've always found there way to either lose or draw. There game against Spurs would he some real test of patience for the Chelsea board on G. Potter. Tottenham ain't no bad team but, Chelsea have got to show something in points against Tottenham given the fact that, they've not been able to record any win in a long time.

Surprisingly Arsenal have been top of headlines this season with an impressive performance, I have to admit that I didn't expect this season to be the big break for Arsenal. At this point, Arsenal have to maintain top form and stay consistent because Manchester United and Manchester City are behind and waiting for opportunity to overtake them and take the position at the top of the table.
Manchester City might he the team behind Arsenal at the moment but there inconsistency means, Arsenal haven't hot much to fear. If it were to Manchester United, it would have been more of a different story. Most important thing to do now is to hold the league and maybe when G. Jesus returns for Arsenal, there shot at the league would be unquestionable.
