1741  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 202: Diaz vs McGregor 2 Info and Prediction Thread on: August 11, 2016, 04:24:17 PM
-snip-

In their last fight Conor McGregor hammered Nate Diaz with everything he had for the first round but not successfully enough to take him down on the ground. Obviously in round 2 McGregor gassed out and tapped out, if only he can keep it on the feet in that round 2 a TKO by Conor.

"Conor McGregor talks about a rematch with Jose Aldo Junior versus a possible trilogy fight with Nate Diaz"
SOURCE LINK: http://www.foxsports.com/ufc/story/conor-mcgregor-addresses-his-future-after-nate-diaz-rematch-at-ufc-202-081016

McGregor already predicted the future, hahaha, Grin If he doesn't beat Nate Diaz on their rematch better for him to defend his belt against Jose Aldo.

If Connor McGregor is not able to defeat Nate Diez in the second fight, it will be a disappointment and the potential revenue for an Aldo rematch will not be as strong. McGregor will definitely lose the aura of almost undefeatable if he losses again.
1742  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: | STRATIS | The first blockchain developed for businesses |Launched POW/POS on: August 11, 2016, 04:22:15 PM
Seems like a really good entry point. I wonder when will this coin get to Poloniex? For any coin to really shine nowadays, it needs Poloniex exposure where all the action happens.
1743  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The DAO FAIL on: August 11, 2016, 03:49:28 PM
DAO is fail but should have been allowed to fail. Hardfork is most embarrassing event ever in crypto history. Absolutely shameful.
Are you for fuckin real? The most shame events are the constant hacks and attacks. This is the type of shit that's hodling back many many investors from entering the crypto-sphere. Get a grip. FFS

The ones that should get a grip are the guys that invested millions in a super experimental technology. If that isn't the behavior of money hungry mindless scrubs then I don't know what it is.
1744  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETC (Classic Ethereum) presented their Declaration of Independence on: August 11, 2016, 03:42:21 PM
What a crock of shit. The declaration of independence of an ETC criminal coin brought into life behind the smokescreen of immutibility purely so that the DAO attacker can cash out on his villanious plunder. And you fools are falling for it hook, line, and stinker.

You should be banned from this forum if you continue to interfere in every ETC/ETH thread. All you can do is to write the same yada yada. Maybe the multi millionaires like Barry Silbert, Chandler Guo and (arguably) Charlie Lee cares about the DAO attacker/s?! YOU HAVE NO BRAIN! Pure and simple...

Indeed, this guy is everywhere, but it shows how unconfident ETH holders are when it comes to their investment, and how scared they are of ETC.
I bet he wouldn't sell his BTC because exchange thieves get to keep their coins. Why isn't he and the rest of idiots parroting the same argument calling BTC a criminal coin? Go figure.
1745  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETC (Classic Ethereum) presented their Declaration of Independence on: August 11, 2016, 03:24:26 PM
I would hope that ETC ends up winning and stablished itself as the main Ethereum chain, but the cult against Vitalik is so strong. This is why satoshi did a great job by staying anonymous and leaving. The Vitalik disaster is what would have happened if Bitcoin had a visible head.
I already have my popcorns ready for when ETH has to hard fork again.
1746  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does someone have info on the FIBRE megapump? on: August 11, 2016, 03:13:49 PM
Yeah, dead like Fedora (TIPS). I have accumulated like 3 billion coins, half of which I sold @ 2-3 litoshi and look what happened 5 months ago....

I would say its a good bet to own a bunch of apparently dead alts bought at dirty cheap prices and then wait for the best. You may win the lottery and find yourself holding the coin that gets pumped for no reason. Of course the problem of your sell order being hit and being able to dump due a probably shitty buy order book remains.
1747  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does someone have info on the FIBRE megapump? on: August 11, 2016, 03:02:23 PM
Well, it has gone from 14800 and it seems stable at 76000 ish, after the super mega peak of 260k
I don't see how it is possible to properly dump if you are holding a big amount, but right now if you bought at 14.8k, you can find buy orders of 10+  BTC at in the 76 to 70 range... so whoever bought cheap for a small amount could make a killing a moderate amount. Too bad I obviously didn't hold any since this was a dead coin..
1748  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETC now number one coin in Poloniex (surpasses ETH in volume) on: August 11, 2016, 02:51:19 PM
Looks like 30 was the bottom and we'll keep testing 30 for a while since there are a lot of doubters of it going high, but at the same time people don't want to be the idiots that miss the next uptrend, so 30 is a safe place to hold at. If it goes lower it doesn't matter, it will eventually pump again. Also ETC is getting 50% donation from the biggest chinese pool:

https://twitter.com/ETCChina/status/763568243827060736

ETC will pump no matter how hard ETH brainwashed cult tries to dump it. China wants to make ETC "their Ethereum".
1749  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: August 10, 2016, 02:46:18 PM
I stopped gambling when i took a big loss, once you experience a huge loss you are too depressed to ever gamble again, so maybe that is what you need, to experience a big loss and spend an entire month feeling like shit.
1750  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 202: Diaz vs McGregor 2 Info and Prediction Thread on: August 10, 2016, 02:41:40 PM
I think McGregor will win too so I may go and place a win bet, but what has been said about height and reach advantage is very true... all reigning champions always got beaten by taller dudes.

Mike Tyson got beaten by Lennox Lewis, 5'11'' vs 6'3''
David Haye got beaten by Wladimir Klitschko. 6'3'' vs 6'6''
Wladimir Klitschko got beaten by Tyson Fury, 6'6'' vs 6'9''

the list goes on

when talent + superior reach is in combination, it can take the shorter guy down.
1751  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Price Passes $750 to Hit 28-Month High on: August 10, 2016, 02:31:19 PM
We will see 3000 dollars per coin next year, all indicators are saying up and only up. A lot of the long awaited features for Bitcoin are getting added in 2017. We will possibly see segwit before 2017 even, maybe during xmas, this will clear the pat for 2017 to be the sidechain year. Expect a massive price increase.
1752  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What does the rekcahxfb giveaway say about our community on: August 10, 2016, 02:19:15 PM
Yeah im not signing up for that just in the slim chance of receiving stolen money, but you never know how desperate people can be. If you are broke then you may sign up just in case.

In any case, I think this is obviously the scammer sending Bitcoin to himself.
1753  Other / Off-topic / Re: 2017 Year of the Bitcoin on: August 10, 2016, 02:16:27 PM
I think in 2017 we will see good price for bitcoin if mining of the competitors ETC\ETH being non-profitable for hungry miners .

I think the competitors ETC/ETH will not provide a positive impact in defeating bitcoin. Because the system is exactly the same with the ETH bitcoin and sets it apart just a company that embraces the Crypto. ETH will survive like that and will show a growth of bitcoin is much better

There are 0% realistic chances of any coin overtaking Bitcoin. After the hard fork disaster, Ethereum is a very damaged project and Vitalik a very questioned leader. The fact that Ethereum has such a visible leader is actually really bad itself, but this leader just like all leaders, end up fucking up real bad.
1754  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do Bitcoins have Tax?? on: August 10, 2016, 01:48:34 PM
it always depends , because if you use to send your money to another bitcoin wallet ofcourse there's a little tax and if you also use gambling where you send your profit to your bitcoin wallet there's always a tax but if you change you bitcoin into fiat it always depends if what you use because if your from philippines and if you are using coins.ph then probably you know the remitance centers and banks Smiley

Lol crypto to crypto transactions never have a tax.. what you are calling tax is transaction fee, OP is thinking about government tax as far as I know.

I think you just have to pay tax of capital increase once you cash out in fiat, thats all. If they ask me more I just dont know, I don't keep track of the data. Hell MT gox is dead so if they are insane enough to require every transaction I ever did I just dont have that data anymore.
1755  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lowest transaction fee . How long can it take ? on: August 10, 2016, 01:42:29 PM
Wait for an entire day. If the transaction still has 0 confirmations, it means its not worth mining due your low fee. In this case since you are using bitcoin core, there is a solution: create a bitcoin core shortcut and add -zapwallettx

open bitcoin through that shortcut and the money will appear back in your wallet (wait for rescan it can take a while), then you can send it again and just use the recommended fee.
1756  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🌟🎲🌟 MoneyPot.com on: August 09, 2016, 01:58:14 PM
That is a very nice looking name for a domain. Can I ask how much did you pay for the "moneypot.com" website? Im trying to find a good name for a new website and this one was one of the ones I had in mind, but it turns out it actually exist and was sold lol.
1757  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Trading vs Gambling on: August 09, 2016, 01:51:08 PM
I often prefer the reasonable expectations of trading vs the total randomness of gambling. For example is reasonable to expect that ETC (Ethereum Classic) goes higher than current price since it looks it bottomed, so invest some there. This is better than randomly gambling money in casinos even tho that ca be fun too.
Of course trading ismuch better because it depends on your decision, after all the research and information taken, you can at least some advantage on gaining profit rather than letting chance or luck dictate the result if you are playing gambling games.  Though I think playing poker ismuch better than trading because poker is greatly affected by skill.

Poker requires tons of luck too.. of course i think possible its more skill based than trading specially cryptos which are volatile as hell and pretty much anything can happen. I still think that ETC is a good contender to eventually pump, but it may take higher than we expected.
1758  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you Still believe in Fiat? on: August 09, 2016, 01:41:17 PM
As long as dollars keep getting accepted worldwide you cannot deny the network effect of fiat. The hope of it failing is that once they remove physical cash people will flock into Bitcoin as the only alternative possible.
1759  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to analyze coin flow? on: August 09, 2016, 12:53:15 PM

EDIT:
Ok i might have missed something - in an outgoing transaction .. do i specify which incoming transaction is used to "spend" my btc?
So in this case A and B give a btc to C - C now has two btc which he can spend. If C now gives D a bitcoin - does C specify in the transaction WHICH transaction(s) he uses as input to give D the btc? And is this probably transparent in the blockchain? That would ofcourse change how i have to think about the whole picture.

Yes, in an outgoing transaction you specify the inputs. This is usually done automatically by your wallet software. However, if for example, you enable the Coin Control feature of Bitcoin Core, you would be able to explicitly specify which inputs are used for your outgoing transaction.

I use coin control all the time but its very annoying and not user friendly. I hope in the future they can figure out a way to automatically mix the coins so you don't have to worry about coin control and taking into account inputs and outputs otherwise we will never reach mainstream usage.
1760  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your plan to get rich with Bitcoin? on: August 09, 2016, 12:51:35 PM
my goal is to earn and collect atleast 1 btc and maximum 10 btc . and i am exoecting to have $1 k .
then i will start trading to get pure profit .
sunce the dream.of that person abiut whim you told here is not bad becuase there can be anything in the digital currency world .

1 BTC is not enough possibly, unless it goes to 1 million dollars in like 20 years.
I would aim for at least 21 to guarantee that you are rich in 10 years, few than that is still not a cool enough number to hold long term.
