It won't become useless, governments will find a way to use fiat in their favor. You're still going to need fiat to exchange your bitcoins.
It will take years for the whole world to adapt to bitcoin.

I have to add my thought by saying that from gambling someone can rich just by hitting jackpot or winning once big amount. This is not logical to see someone gambling for years and to be able to keep winning or putting apart some part of winnings. The longer you play the lesser your chances are of becoming rich. If you have a other hobby then quitting gambling might become a bit easier but is is going to be hard either way.

i am afraid when btc touched $400 i am not make much profit, but only small-middle amount and i think its enough for me for right now. but i hope in future i will make more profit when the rate is really up to $6500-$700.
At least you made a profit, I left BTC when it touches sub 300, then just came back recently. So i don't booked a profit when btc touched 400usd. But at this point i can say i am able to get profit from day trading bitcoin and altcoins. Though i hope that someday i can book a profit just like the earrly adopters of bitcoin. Maybe I am too late to buy cheap bitcoin fellas, I bought it over $500 so basically I am already in profit now if I will sell my bitcoins, but I would not do it too early because I believe I can still see a better price than the current before the end of this year. Maybe if it reaches $1,000, I will be tempted to sell. It is better not to sell the bitcoin at present. The bitcoin price will rise a lot when more people start using it. If you can still live better waiting for your investment longer then the better because I can see a great opportunity when you are holding your bitcoins in a longer period of time rather selling directly when you see a little price increase, remember that the key to success is always patience. |

i think 3 months investment is not really a long term investment, if you really interested in long term investment then you should invest you r bitcoin for more than a year and only then you can really make a good profit. In my understanding, any investment less than 1 year is considered as short term investment and if you are investing in short term only you will not be able to make great income because bitcoin does not work that way, if we want to have short term investment better do trading as it can give you fixed income. |

True, there are only few people around that has bitcoin in the community... I too is planning to open a repair shop and planning to accept bitcoin but the thing is, there are only few of us here and not even over my fingers in the hands... But who knows, someone might have a big stash here and I just don't know them...  that's actually such a struggle when you're going to implement bitcoin in real life,too low of amount people who use bitcoin around so to keep up the business,the only way is making bitcoin as an alternative payment option,so you will accept any customers even though most of business won't accepting only one payment,they will accepting any possible payment option I think it is wise to accept bitcoin in gambling business than in a store or merchandise business. If you do a business online selling physical items your market is not that big so you will not be profitable, you should not start a business that is not proven to be profitable and you should not go other than online gambling sites. |
