If you want a small pool your better off doing what Johnny says and jumping on a smaller pool like Bravo or myself.  Help the smaller pools grow but you will receive a much larger portion of the block than on a larger pool while helping the smaller established pools grown.

If you are developer of apps they you HAVE to know that Google App Store is not sacred place where only clean and harmless apps are posted.
We are bombarded by the news about malicious Apps which can be found on Google Play it is not so uncommon to see harmful code there:
