Honestly had the board of Man Utd  allowed Micheal Carrick to continue as their interim manager till the end of this season Man Utd would have in a better position on the league, probably competing with Chelsea and Liverpool, unfortunately he step aside for the appointment of Rangnick, what improvement did Rangnick had on the team? he did nothing special to the team despite all the claims that he is an experience manager, he deployed 4-2-2-2 formation which has not yielded any positive result,Man Utd results so far had not been inconsistent though they are presently 4th on the table which is not guaranteed at the end of the season

This is what I have said few times previously that Ragnick is not even better than Carrick or Ole. Carrick did his job as interim manager in few matches very well, not sure why United decided to get Ragnick. Ragnick might be a manager with more experience than Carrick, but I'm sure Carrick know the whole situation in the squad and the whole situation in the Premier League better than Ragnick. It was bad decision from Man United not to keep Carrick till the end of the season at least.

Rangnick really only follows the path of his players who have a little extra initiative in carrying out attacks. If I'm not mistaken, we can see that on the sidelines Rangnick is at all difficult to show his aggressiveness in directing the players. Unlike Carrick, who is dominant in giving instructions. Now being in 4th place for Manchester United is still like a dream, because Rangnick has never made many changes.
1742  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will competitors overcome ETH due to ever-increasing gas fees? on: January 27, 2022, 02:55:33 PM
during this time or in the last few days have you made transactions through the ETH network so you say that the gas costs on ETH will remain the same.
the high cost of ETH gas because the price of ETH is also high among other altcoin prices. if the price of ETH is cheap, of course gas costs are also cheap.
What you are saying is very true because in the past when the price of ETH was still $100, the cost of Gas was very cheap even though the amount of Gas limit for transactions was not much different from today so what really feels right now is when the price of ETH continues to increase, then influence on the cost of Gas will also be there.
So it was no longer suitable to discuss the high expensive gas ETH. If if binance and matic have prices adjacent to the price of the Ethereum, of course the cost of BSC and Matic gas will also be expensive on each transaction.
If we often play with Ethereum fees, it might be familiar to take advantage of the FTX exchange which is quite friendly with its fees that do not pose a barrier to its users. As far as I'm concerned, it's a pretty good alternative to always using Ethereum fees for one or 2x deliveries. Btw, almost everyone complained for a long time, but Ethereum remains deaf and only prioritizes the big merchants.

Such an experiment will still not be easy and of course it will take longer to build a team, while at the same time they want to bounce back quickly. So far Manchester United keep changing coaches and it at least makes it difficult to implement better gameplay in every match, I just hope Manchester United get the exact coach and not about star players who continue to be hunted.
Their problems belong mainly to their players. Solskajer did not solve it even sometimes he made great streaks with the team. However, the way they rely and put their belief on Pogba is something seriously wrong. If a team have to rely on a selfish player, it is something totally wrong and not good in long run. Pogba when he is happy, can carry Manchester United but don't forget that he is very careless and does not care about a whole team. What he cares about is his performance, and that's all.

Now, in Manchester United, there are more players like that, not only Pogba so I am not surprised to see their performance drops back too much.
I quite liked it when Carrick was there as interim coach. Maybe not too many changes were highlighted, but the compatibility was quite visible and also Manchester United game looked more free. We see him now trying to improve his performance from match to match. The existence of Carrick could be another option if the current coach also fails to improve Manchester United's game in a better direction.

I think we have to understand that when we talk about Barcelona being reliable on Messi, we are talking about Barcelona relying on the best player to ever play football.
So if you have that player in your team, you make Strategies around him, you enable him to play better, you make him comfortable to score goals or make plays.
I think that's where the mistake was made. Barcelona made their own Strategies and when the Strategy didn't work, we said Messi couldn't score, Messi is washed, Barcelona depends on Messi, etc.

Anyway, now Barcelona seems to be getting stable with their performance, and also players are getting back their form. And a high percentage of that credit goes to Xavi for sure.

That deserves to be appreciated. Throughout their Barcelona career, they have to start again from scratch. After all, Xavi has become comfortable with him having spent more time at Barca giving what he can. Improvements began to emerge and Barca gradually began to get used to being more mature, especially new players who seemed to be obedient to Xavi's instructions.

On 6 February, Atletico Madrid will be a club that will test Barca's quality on the pitch. Hopefully, we can see improvements in terms of attacks that are sharper than usual.

Do you think competitors will vanquish ETH due to ever-increasing gas expenses? In the event that not, why? Are steady delays a result of miners' resistance against lessening gas expenses on the blockchain? Your input will be enormously acknowledged. Thank you.
This problem has become very tiring for us who are waiting for changes in gas costs. But it will never end. No matter what Ethereum does, I will avoid them, and there are bigger profit opportunities out there. We still have Solana, Polygon, Terra, and Avax which are quite a cause for concern. Ethereum will only monopolize the market being unfriendly. As a small crypto user who only plays for under $100, it makes someone sick of dealing with the Ethereum network.
1746  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Getting Used to The Market Situation is The Key to Becoming a Reliable Trader. on: January 26, 2022, 04:27:57 PM
Know what you want to buy and don't let it follow the ambition of advice from people who already have a field far more than your knowledge. Don't be in a hurry, there will come a time when you will understand the market situation over time. Knowledge and a combination of experience will be more effective. Don't feel lost, because that's when you gain new knowledge, no matter if you lose or whatever, because the process will ultimately be a valuable lesson that you always remember that wrong decisions in the past make your trading more structured in the future.
Exactly. With further experiences in trading, either good or bad, it will always give new lessons for us to make our trading more improved in the next days. Trading is a step by step learning , and the making of a good trader will always follow a process starting from a scratch until success comes in. So there's no need to rush in trading, we will all get there if we are more patient and becomes more knowledgeable in trading.
That's a very precise point, that most novice traders always equate their trading with those who have an early understanding of the trading cycle. The point is we will reach the process gradually. The thing that needs to be avoided is not easily obsessed too much. because trading highlights the personal character of each. If a person does not learn to be patient, it will be seen from his trade that he always buys and sells in a hurry just because of a temporary increase.

I agree, with Xavi the possibility of Barcelona could be much better. At least you can do it with free play, unlike when Koeman is too conventional and presses players to focus on 1 player. Here Xavi changes this style and tries to expand the movement of his players so that they always contribute to each other in building attacks.
Does Koeman require Barcelona players to focus or rely on a single player? Do you mean he requires his players to rely on Messi? Hell no, I believe. Barcelona rely on Messi in many years, even before seasons with Koeman there.
Indeed, even before Koeman, such an application had already been implemented. Therefore, when there is no Messi, everything becomes unfocused and allows the pace of attack to be chaotic. Here we are talking about Koeman and Xavi who in the end made a slight change in the style of play. I don't completely discredit Koeman, it's just that the arrival of Xavi has changed the pattern of Barcelona's game to be more open.
1748  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: January 26, 2022, 03:02:24 PM
Replacing koeman for Xavi is the best decision Barcelona management made and so far there have been lots of improvement. Finishing in the third or fourth place will require lots of commitment and it would mean contending with Athletico Maldrid, Sevilla and Real bettis but Barcelona can do better with xavi leadership as for good performance I will say there have been good ones but all Barcelona needs at the time is more  good finishers who would send their team work to the back of their opponents net

1750  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What’s the highest gas fee you have ever paid? on: January 24, 2022, 03:59:22 PM
Let’s begin with me. Mine was like almost $100 in ETH for just claiming my tokens from the bounty that took me a year of waiting. Would love for you to share your experiences as well! Thanks!

That's exactly the same as mine. Even I had some Aave tokens in one of old ETH wallet which I noticed last year.
I tried to claim it but there was a certain procedure where I had to swap the LEND tokens to Aave.
The total price of tokens was around $400 out of which a gas fees of $100 was used in the swapping.
But still I was able to accumulate $300 for free  Grin

If $300 means you are profitable at the expense of costs around $100 and you still have a very large profit. At times like this, such calculations must be carefully considered so as not to be wrong in taking advantage. Because you are already profitable above $ 100 you should not miss, it can give you the option to spend. Lol  Grin
1751  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: January 24, 2022, 01:41:39 PM
Actually, Real Madrid could have won against Elche, it's just that they underestimated Elche. Elche did lose in ball possession and they only had a few chances but because of Real Madrid's poor defense Elche can score 2 goals. If Real Madrid's performance continues like this (especially their defense) then they might be overtaken by Sevilla.

Sevilla is not dangerous - the maximum that they can do is to go almost at the pace of Real Madrid but a little bit gradually lagging behind, this can be seen even in yesterday's games. But PSG is dangerous and if Real Madrid gives it the chances that it gives to weak teams in La Liga, then it will definitely lose.

The difference in score is only 4 points. Now the existence of Sevilla is a little threatening in several positions. If you see Real Madrid will try to maximize the match ahead. The defeat of Elche is indeed a reflection that whoever the opponent is said to be weak or strong, the fact is that on the field, everyone must remain vigilant. It doesn't matter even if their opponent is weak because usually, that's what will become the forerunner of the opponent's defense suddenly becoming strong.

I hope that next Thursday match between Cadiz and Valencia will not happen again. After all, mutual respect is the main key for any professional player. This should not become a habit that is instilled, we do not expect more than a classy match is a match where the players have self-respect as a unit. No one is ostracized even racist traits should not grow. The coach must be able to pressure his players to be more professional. play and do not bring anything outside the realm of the game.

Valencia against Cadiz must go as it should.

A very helpful display, so I don't think the current spread of fear is too threatening if it's already touched the RSI for the third time and posted an entry isn't a bad decision either. In terms of movement, Bitcoin is still above $30K. I am very optimistic that this will be our momentum to take it with a big discount. Instead of turning it into a creeping fear just because of the crazy emotions of mainstream news.
1754  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: January 23, 2022, 08:52:06 PM
Sevilla are really lucky this week. They were nearly losing to Celta Vigo home but they made a great comeback and drew with them by 2-2. And after that, they hoped for Real Madrid to lose points against Elche somehow. And this really happened. Real Madrid experienced the same thing Sevilla did. They also were 2-0 behind home and this was really shocking. But they still managed to draw with them by the same score Sevilla had. And Sevilla kept the gap with Real Madrid thanks to it.
The rivalry between the two will continue from both Sevilla and Real Madrid who are in unlucky conditions. The score was drawn and the problem was that Elche, who was so far below Real Madrid's performance, also in terms of scores. Benzema's ideal is still not recovered. Here they are struggling to continue to maintain their rankings and on the other hand, Sevilla is still not going to give up on pushing Real Madrid faster for the next match.

Apart from being effective in storing all the elements that are essential for storing a certain amount of Bitcoins. Your intentions are pretty good, but there's a question I'd like to know the answer to.
Can the wallet only be accessed alone or is there another party who left it to unlock it in order to minimize it if you die? (don't be offended, because this is just wishful thinking)

Since this is for a long period of time, at least you have prepared various solutions so that the long wait is not in vain. Well especially in seed mnemonic, save it and what if the time comes you get old and forget?

This question is a bit silly but something this small will be very important later.
1756  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: January 23, 2022, 06:19:24 PM
Chelsea performance haven't been impressive lately. Their performance in their last 5 matches are quite unstable. But, I am expecting to see a different result today in their match against Tottenham. They draw the first half against Tottenham, but are currently winning. However, I don't think Tottenham will be able to equalize, because Chelsea are playing quite good. I hope Chelsea probably wins to the end. In order for them to increase their points gap from Manchester United.
It will be a good start with a score win over Tottenham, Chelsea can rise and increase their position to replace Liverpool. The results in this match are still lacking because Chelsea is 1 point behind Liverpool. The presence of players who deliberately Tuchel put upfront as a counter-attack was good enough to attack and the goals created was also quite fast to guard the second half.
1757  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Does matic (polygon) worth to invest? on: January 23, 2022, 05:50:33 PM
Many people claim that matic is better than dogecoin after the recession last week. Do you agree?
Nothing is good if market conditions are in this condition. The correction continues and Matic also plunges in price. However, in the long term, Matic is better than DogeCoin. Because most of the NFT users on OpenSea now focus on Matic when Ethereum gas prices are expensive. So far, I think it's safer to hold Matic, which avoids price manipulation. You can see how DogeCoin is easier to pump and dump in no time.

i am happy a lot of people have got employment from here.
Many students are paying for their education and expenses.
But many friends still do not know this jobs, so let,s find an easily solution together.
Do have any easy solution?

The solution would be to teach the unemployed friend to work on bitcointalk.
Not that everyone can find a suitable job here. It goes back to people who are competent in the crypto field. Maybe if it is used as a scientific tool, then I assure you this is the place where you will find a lot of updated knowledge and all issues of the scope of cryptocurrency, especially Bitcoin. The point is that if you are a newsreader, like the latest issues and all kinds of information, then if you don't visit the forum for a day, it's as if something is left behind.
Regarding the work, it will follow you if you know that here is for people who really focus on their knowledge in the field of cryptocurrencies, while the rest still cover a wide field of science.
1759  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: January 22, 2022, 07:48:22 PM
Rashford closing score was so shocking. That was quite good because throughout the second half Bruno and Telles always failed to execute a kick because it was too selfish to force a long-range shot that didn't matter at all. The presence of Cavani provided an ideal pass and ended with a goal in a crucial minute.
Quite a dramatic match. The last minute becomes a very tense battle, both teams take turns attacking but in the end, good teamwork from Man United's attacking line can lead to a goal and this is enough for Man United to gain 3 full points. With this result, Man United managed to snatch 4th place from West Ham.
I think a draw would have been a fair and better result, because Westham fought really hard and played well although they weren’t too clinical just as Manchester United. And from my perspective the goal seems like an offside goal and the VAR didn’t bother to check it, maybe they needed Manchester United to win as well. Congratulations to them anyways, they are at 4th position right now and have manage to keep their next season champions league hopes alive.
In front of Manchester United on February 9th it will be against Burnley and I think that would be a pretty good added point. At least it won't be too small to score. Moreover, Burnley is not a strong squad for a club as big as Manchester United. Being in 4th position makes them have to cultivate an optimistic spirit. There's still a lot for Rangnick to work on to focus more on the entertaining game.

If you pay attention to the goal it was almost thin with offside. In my opinion, but it was a deserved point for Manchester United who showed their hard work to penetrate the defense built by David Moyes. Statistically the movement of the two teams is very good, especially from a defense that is difficult to penetrate. The balance only lies in Manchester United's front line after the inclusion of Rashford and Cavani. Then for West Ham's front line, it was very unfortunate after the withdrawal of Bowen who often carried the ball past the midfielders of Manchester United.
