1761  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you think about staking? on: November 11, 2021, 01:23:03 PM
Staking is good with genuine platforms because with it you don't do any other stress or you don't need frequent monitor until you just need to check.  But it is slow to profit compared with trading. I'm not really staking but I can stake spare money though I'm not use to it so I haven't done much on researching on it.
1762  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Take stock or hodl ? on: November 10, 2021, 10:08:27 PM
It really depends on the coin that you are hodling, your need and plan for the coin. If you planned for long shoot then you don't have to panic when the coin has a use case except you also have a need for money. Generally you need to check if the coin is valuable like some new coins listed, if they have news coming up for partnership, big listing coming up that means selling cheap maybe a regrettable act. Etheruem, binance will definitely be around even at any dip so investing in them is a nice move.
1763  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: cryptocurrency trading is safe than forex trading on: November 10, 2021, 04:32:36 PM
I made post here when i ask how to trade cryptocurrency many people answer me well. I don’t knw if there is how i will link that post to this new one.

Yes you can do that by copying the thread link and pasting here on your thread post so interested readers can easily click on it to see what you are explaining. But meanwhile the bull market can get any body in profit if they enter the trend. You can speak more when the season is over.

Crypto trading is more profitable than forex if you learn about coins and learn Technical Analysis. There is the same scenario in Forex trading but the stocks have less volatility than crypto and the Crypto market is open for 24 hours but in forex trading, there is a time of opening and closing market. So my favorite is Crypto.

I think the difference between cryptocurrency and forex is if you are hodling the coin and waiting for when to sell but as to trading, I believe they are same because you can lose the portion that you are trading to the market but if you are hodling, you don't lose everything you have only the value can reduce.
1764  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: (Day traders) Are you on long or short at this bull run ? on: November 10, 2021, 11:17:31 AM
There are a lot of traders these days and these kinds of price levels are making huge profits, especially for those scalp traders like trading in a very low time frame and they can short market in just a short period of time even the market structure is bullish or the trend is bullish.

Scalping is a short time trade that you jump in for profit and off you go out but you can be trapped in it when you try to scalp against the trend. Scalping is part of trading pattern as traders we know it is not a good pattern to go against the trend so if we are scalping against the trend, we talking more risk but putting stop loss is a way to avoid bigger loss however a scalper has little time that won't allow time to use stoploss, you can be lossing when scalping short of bullish market.
1765  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: (Day traders) Are you on long or short at this bull run ? on: November 09, 2021, 04:11:52 PM

But I leave half of my positions in long position just in case it pumps at least I still have some money left to earn some profit.

Lol and I hope you having your stoploss somewhere there activated because from your statement you may have been entering more than one order and that is dangerous. That could be martingale and you have to be careful to cluster trade that way this time that majority aiming for bull market can still be funny. We don't have to forget that all the time.
1766  Economy / Trading Discussion / (Day traders) Are you on long or short at this bull run ? on: November 09, 2021, 10:50:30 AM
This is especially for daily trader, the market has been on unstopping bull since the beginning of the week and has not given chance for a little correction for the bear to be spotted, if you try to go bear, you get burnt for the moment. I have this chart that you see the waves pushing upwards.

So what do you think of any slight correction inview or $70k is just going to be touched before any correction back to $65k ?
1767  Economy / Economics / Re: Firefighters pension fund invests 25$ million in crypto on: November 07, 2021, 06:36:16 PM

Do you agree news like this have a positive impact or are they indifferent in your opinion?

This is the angle that I'm considering. If such amount of money be pumped into buying cryptocurrency that is huge and it will push more liquity, pricing is going to appreciate. This is a positive news that make hodlers that understand the market to buy more in expectation of increase.
1768  Economy / Economics / Re: What's the best advice? on: November 07, 2021, 05:23:48 PM
Children are not suppose to be allowed on there own to learn things independently, if they do it may be in the wrong way because they can learn such from friends and peer but a proper guide will shape them properly. Learning gaming and trying to have source of income through it is good also teaching them how to trade too is a nice one because it is related. Children themselves know certain things that you don't expect they do because of internet and smart phones , you will be surprised.
1769  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Traders always learn to leave when the ovation is loudest on: November 07, 2021, 04:23:43 PM

I agree that it is probably the best to exit at such a time but this would not be similar to the comedian's exit because the comedian would probably have ended their show there but the trader is just waiting for the next cycle.

For that particular trade it can be similar and just the same to the comedic scene because at that point of the trade, it is considered as one chance shot to the market just like the comedian too. If after exiting the particular trade that is a singular action as that of the comedian. Another entering to the market is considered separate from the first just like the comedian having and performing another show somewhere or same day. Yes this is how to judge our trade for good performance and profit, every trade enter should be independent and judged independently. We need an exit strategy when the ovation is still high.
1770  Economy / Speculation / Re: When new ATH? When moon? on: November 07, 2021, 01:39:33 PM
New ATH already occurred in October when it reached $68k, unfortunately the market was red again because speculators immediately took profits so that the market corrected, but I'm optimistic that November's new ATH will now reach at least $75k.

Those who took profit may not have the chance to get in back if they are still expecting that price will drop badly. The ATH of $64k was overwhelmed after some took profit and there was a correction down to around $40k but in no distant it recovered and got a push to a new ATH.  Another push for the year end is around the corner you have to hodl tight.
1771  Economy / Speculation / Re: [Poll] If this happens, is it time to sell your Bitcoin? on: November 07, 2021, 12:12:26 PM
I don't think the bitcoin bull for 2017 was only in December but maybe it got to the highest height at that point, the bull for 2017 started early and steadily increasing to December. But for this year I'm not going to expect the same kind of movement to happen and that won't be a reason to sell in December. The selling may be for need but not that continuous hodling will be bad because the price will still appreciate in the long term.

-Public Relations

Do we think this is a growing future skill or it is already existing because from beginning of creation there has been relation and public relation, Aaron spoke for Moses etc. My point here then is public relation has been a field that has been existing as far back and is included in the tertiary curriculum or subjects against those others listed that are connected to cryptography and digital learning.

Generally the challenge for the listed fields is education, those not educated are already disadvantaged. Is that to mean there are no artisan field with no formal education or lesser education with prospect for the future

Or is this topic restating the importance of a level of formal learning.
1773  Economy / Economics / Re: Fed will shrink liquitity on: November 07, 2021, 06:21:57 AM
How do you think it will affecting our daily life.
And markets i think we will see more black swans and flash crashes.
If the fed will shrink the liqutity the question is will they make rates negative under zero again ?
Or thats it ? By the 2025-2030 we will be all in crypto and fed will not print any more money.
Who got crypto 10 years ago they are happy others are too late and have to play the rules of the first investors.
And by the 2022 tgey will be going to stop all the repo.

There is a sense to this and there is a possibility in this and a reason to support this is that countries have started talking of digital currency, some have started planning while some have started too and more will commence soon. This is an innovation that is coming with cashless supported by cryptography.

Meanwhile about 10 years ago that people are regarded as early adopters but I don't see such people as good hodlers because they ended up giving out there hodlers for cheap slice of cake like things as buying pizza with loads of bitcoin because of the reason they didn't estimate positive for bitcoin, ethereum and cryptocurrency at large.

Times will change and have changed. Those ignorance of 10 years ago are no more because the hodlers of today are going to be regarded as the real believers who have believed and waiting for 6 and more digits of the prices of cryptocreency with bitcoin at the top. They are the real hodlers who have seen reality falling down that more government will adopt, more institutions will adopt and the price will keep shooting high with the principle of scarcity to demand and supply. And are hodling bitcoin to keep taking over ATH.

They are the real hodlers that have held hodling to the level it is and corrections have not been dip so far. Soon printing may reduce and shink fiat supply and cryptocurrency currency will keep the highs because the government will focus on digital currency and that of course supports cryptocurrency since more people will be "chased" into the internet space looking for there CBDC.
1774  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Cryptocurrency for 1 Week! on: November 06, 2021, 09:35:52 PM
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UmxGGxAvqus

I trade crypto for 1 week - in order to show you all that anyone can do it, and so you can see how well I do in the course of 1 week.

Trading in the first week would be enough if you are one of the Experts in trading industry. But if not, that period of time is not enough to gain a lot here in cryptocurrency space. Actually for a couple of years, I fully understand trading when 1 year and 4 months of practicing, because before I was only dependent in my lucky fortune but that was not right when I found out in the end.

A week really is too very short to talk about being a good trader or not. Some traders too after a year can't understand the market. Trading is a serious business and needs a lot of time to learn and master. Some of us after a year or two are still learning, learning is a continuous process in trading. There are rise and fall in trade and so we keep learning how to trade better. A week is very small to say of such performance because waves can still blow your experience.
1775  Economy / Economics / Re: Time to foot the bill on: November 06, 2021, 07:00:19 PM
However, the governments are playing with the idea of not keeping public salaries with inflation.

I think I will say that you are correct here on  the inflation and salary issues. Inflation means higher cost of living and lesser value in purchasing power of the currency. Meaning that the currency can only purchase fewer of goods or services it was getting before. Therefore when salary is stagnant and inflation keep rising, it amounts to nothing and translated to increase in poverty rate so you are correct to submit that. Salaries need to be reviewed against the rate of inflation or inflation to be reduced fat better standard of living.
1776  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't lose your profit unnecessarily on: November 06, 2021, 05:07:48 PM
This is easier said than done. It should be understood that in trading, you can lose money quite quickly, simply making one wrong decision.

You either have not understood the intent of the thread, you can go back to it and read properly to understand the content in it.

Some traders can wait to take bigger profit while they already have little but at the end they lose the little and have nothing at all on that trade. The thread is saying that initial profit lost is not recovered when you make another profit, it is entirely a new profit and the old profit is gone. So why lose your profit unnecessarily  Huh Greed is the answer, a trader not greedy gets more profit than a greedy trader.
1777  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin the king on: November 06, 2021, 01:32:04 PM
Today I took my time to go round the market, there are more than 9000 cryptos in the market, but bitcoin is still the king. Now that many other cryptocurrencies are seriously pumping can they take over from bitcoin? If they take over from bitcoin can they last in that position like bitcoin?
What is your opinion.

So far I don't think a coin is that popular than bitcoin but last year or early this year there has been some pump at CMC website pushing some altcoins as the first over bitcoin. Yearn finance (YFI) that is now $32.865 was topping bitcoin then and that was a source of concern cryptocurrency ethusiast whether bitcoin was going down from then but bitcoin came back as top coin. Also around such time there was something looking like bug in cmc that another coin was placed above bitcoin if that was bug or whatnot but apart from all those, bitcoin has occupied the top position a longtime and don't see over take any time soon.
1778  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Start somewhere on: November 06, 2021, 11:26:51 AM
I would recommend starting with a demo account only. It should be understood that a beginner is really risking his money, because he has little experience. For example, when I started working in this industry, I studied on a demo account with a broker Amarkets.

With the concern of trade it is better starting small like you have suggested. Doing a demo trading is a way to do that. Although that demo isn't the same with live trading but ii requires that a trader starts small, gradually to build knowledge in the business and experience . These two are important to have before the commencement of a big business venture including going live on trading.
1779  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Stop losses on: November 05, 2021, 07:57:25 PM
Just curious, do any of you set stop losses and recollect again later? Or do you just HODL regardless of what the dip is.

Forgetting a trade is a major advantage of stoploss because when you enter a trade sometimes you get carried off by sleep or you are busy and instead the market will go far against you and eat your balance so much, it will stop at the point where you set it on, so it is good using stoploss. When you don't recollect stoploss safe you from disaster in the account.

Staying in a dip till it go back up is not really a smart move for me.

And the dip may not recover you up in the market until your account is stretched out and wiped out. This is the reality of not using stoploss . Any trade can go wrong but stoploss protect your account.
1780  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are we coming to the 5th wave? on: November 05, 2021, 02:32:17 PM

I think of this 5th wave as turning point or refreshing of the market values. It’s good, it gives us opportunities to make trades and replenish the supply in our pockets.

Never feel safe with Elliott when it continues going upwards . It is dangerous to follow that pattern without your stop loss because the tides can break even and price crash is the next you see. I don't follow Elliott waves , it can trick you and the double tops forming in between waves misleading. I try to stay away from it or not to depend on it.
