Can you check the IP so that this message will be show in other languages?

There is only in english language now:
"CoinURL : shorten links and earn Bitcoins Visit Advanced URL shortener that rewards link publishers  Skip ad » Redirect after 5 seconds..."

Example:
If someone click the link and his IP comes from Italy, the message should be in italian language.
It is possible, but I speak only Russian (my native language) and English.
BTW, I have plans to make Russian version after some time, when CoinURL will reach some stabilization in features.

Although it is a little bit different from the bitcoin faucet and the like, https://coinurl.com will allow you not only shorten your links but also get paid in the process.
SSL not yet available, correct link http://coinurl.com

We are going closer to the context-based ads. URL targeting now available for the advertisers!

When the user clicks on a short link, target URL being analyzed and advertisement are choosen based on the place, where points this link. For example, if you are advertising a video service, you can specify "youtube.com" in URL targeting and the users, who click links, pointing to YouTube, will see your ad.

I don't recommend, they ban affiliates with services like yours. I have displayed their banner for some time on Daily Bitcoins, payment still missing...

Try CoinURL.

Referral bonus increased to 25% from ad's price!

Attract more advertisers and earn extra Bitcoins, as well as increase pay rates for your links!
1771  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BitcoinAdvertisers.com is a SCAM? on: May 24, 2012, 02:27:33 AM
There will always be fraud in CPC advertising and I take diligent actions to stop and preempt click fraud
Please provide proof of your accusations about fraudulent traffic!

If you cannot do this, I and other users affected by your actions reserve the right to fill a lawsuit against you.
1772  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BitcoinAdvertisers.com is a SCAM? on: May 23, 2012, 10:01:32 PM
I have some suspicions that BitcoinAdvertisers is based on a pyramid (Ponzi) scheme, where payments for old partners are taken from new ones. Operator sees that he don't have enough funds to pay and intending to increase lifespan of his pyramid just declines payouts to some affiliates, citing his TOS. Another argument in favor of this version is increasing promised payout per visitor to 24.75 mBTC from about 10 just in few days.
1773  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BitcoinAdvertisers.com is a SCAM? on: May 23, 2012, 09:42:15 PM
Would it stand up in court?
I give almost 100% probability that Andrew Bitcoiner would lost in court if sued. But nobody will do this, because legal costs are much higher than stolen balance! One hope left that Andrew Bitcoiner thinks about his karma, but I doubt about this...
1774  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BitcoinAdvertisers.com is a SCAM? on: May 23, 2012, 09:05:31 PM
CoinAd and giantdragon are both accused by their own users for scamming on competing advertising services.
Provide the references please!

No, we do not disclose TOS related issues in public.
What, what? May be court in Riga will be better place to discuss your TOS issues!?
1776  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BitcoinAdvertisers.com is a SCAM? on: May 23, 2012, 08:27:05 PM
You violated our Terms Of Service and were banned.  A few people have tried to game the system and have been banned.
Please provide proof that I have cheated with banners on Daily Bitcoins!

The same problem, still waiting about 1 BTC for Daily Bitcoins.
1779  Economy / Marketplace / Re: CoinURL: shorten links and earn Bitcoins on: May 23, 2012, 04:24:14 PM
Can you also put the twitter widget on homepage?
I think main page would be better to leave clean, fast load is more important.
1780  Economy / Services / Re: Announcing BitcoinAdvertisers.com THE MONEY MAKING MONSTER! on: May 23, 2012, 01:12:00 PM
* YOU get paid every .25btc worth of clicks on your website (anti-click fraud measures are in place, abuse the system get banned, very simple).
My account accumulated 0.40 BTC but still no payment (the previous payment was 5444 min ago for 0.0495 BTC). I've also wrote to you via your support form yesterday about this but still got no reply.
You probably have high, by Andrew Bitcoiner's point of view, click-through rate. Therefore you will not receive payment.
BTW, I am in the same situation with missing payments for Daily Bitcoins.
