Just a heads up we have the lowest stock price ever and will have the highest dividends ever coming up in a few hours!  Thanks~

How many shares outstanding?

I have sold 90 of the 450 for the IPO.  (There is 1500 total but I am keeping most!)

Hi Goat,

Am looking to invest in shares of your IPO, do I do this through GLBSE? I just opened an account there.

And how do GLBSE members get dividends from you, is it automatically sent to their accounts?

I like what I see so far with your mining start-up, keep up the good work!

SJ

It can be done through GLBSE and I think atm that is the easiest way of doing it, The dividend is  payed to your GLBSE account every week, this is done by Goat it's semi automatic, Goat has to send the dividend but it's divided and sent to all the shareholders automatically. As a shareholder you only need to sit pack and wait for the dividends Tongue
If you decide to become a shareholder then welcome Cheesy

1765  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: I want your hasing power! "Project #2" 110%-105% PPS! on: December 23, 2011, 06:22:52 PM
Yeah So I got paid finally. And even though I am happy that my hashes were not sent to waste. I would totally discourage anyone from this so called project !! The person in charge is very rude !

Below are Personal Message recieved from GOAT. After asking why my payment has not showed up

Msg1

"When I tried to pay you, you were not mining. I went to try to pay you now and guess what? You are not mining!
You will get paid but if you would read the thread you would know my hands are tied."

Msg2

"You failed to read my thread... Once I pay you your name and IP will be banned from all further transactions."

Msg3

"you have been paid, stop mining and never come back"

Now noting that I did read the thread and i did turn back on a miner after his first response. But I did not know I had to be running indefinately or at least had to be running the miner at the given time when he felt like looking to make a payment. All in all its not worth all the trouble!!and he only sends payments to 2 digits. Where is the rest of my coin Huh?

Not saying its a scam but! It might as well be cause the service SUCKS !!!!

and I want my payment for the extra 161 hashes i submitted this morning just to get my previous money i dont care how small the amount is gimme my coin !!!and all of it. I dont want to have anything to do with u or your project !!!

MINERS BEWARE !!

I have talked to goat myself recently and I find him to be a nice and polite person. I would like to see what your answers were in this story not only what goat told you. As for the 2 digits goat has previously stated that he's doing everything manually so give him a break sending off manual payouts is hard enough without having to do it down to 8 decimal points.

I was talking with a shareholder recently and we came up with the idea about having a limit on the BTC low price of the stock. In the contract I stated that we would sell the stock at $10 but in BTC. When I did this we were in a down turn and I wanted to protect the value of the first investors. I had assumed that I would have sold the IPO stock more quickly than I did and on the upturn the price would correct. We have not fully sold and I fear that people are no longer buying stock because they think the BTC price will just keep going up so the "buy later and not now" mentality is in effect. If we change the contract in a motion to either $10 in BTC or 3 BTC (whatever is higher in purchasing power) we will be able to protect the current investors and help get more funding for the FPGA expansion (assuming we vote to do this). I would like some feed back on this idea if you guys don't mind.

As a first investor, I support this idea and I would be more willing to invest further knowing the value is protected a bit better.  I also like the idea of putting some of the profit towards purchase of FPGAs.

If we change the rules now we are only going to hurt people who have not yet invested and thus have no voting rights. I will make a motion on the 3 BTC limit first(unless we should make it a different value). following that a vote on the FPGA. What is a reasonable amount of time for the votes? 3 days? A week? Until we get 50% of the vote in?

Thanks.
I would say until either 50% of the shareholders votes yes or no, because then even if people haven't voted yet the outcome will be the same, with a maximum of 7 days.I also support this decision, I think it will help to stabilize the share value and bring in new investors.

What do the stock holders think about buying an Icarus board for the company?  Should I make a voting motion on GLBSE?

It generates 360MH/s hashing power. 19.5W on wall. I would just have it running on one of the rigs so the power would be almost nothing. Cost is around $600.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=51371.0
I think it sounds like a good investment for the future, as they seem more stable and cheaper to maintained and run. As the cost for adding the boards is the board cost it's self I think it's a good idea instead of expanding to more rigs Smiley
I think putting up a motion on GLBSE is always a good idea to check what the stock holders want to do.

I wasn't implying that you were ripping anyone off, I was saying YOU were getting ripped off by Spotify.

I can't see Spotify raising their prices.  $10/mo is what Rdio charges and most people I know think $10/mo is already too much.  There's no way Spotify could compete here in the US if they raised their prices.
Okay, Yea it seems very odd for them to charge so much more in EU countries than in the US. I guess it might be taxes and such as they are pretty high in Sweden.
1773  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto X Change API is broken and they ignore emails on: December 16, 2011, 10:39:30 AM
I will get this information to them, I am sure that they did not mean to ignore your emails and they were simply overlooked. I will contact them and tell them to respond to this thread Smiley
1774  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [Selling] Spotify Premium Code on: December 16, 2011, 09:26:25 AM
Huh... you guys are getting ripped off!

Here's a screenshot of the US site:

Personally, I think $10/mo is too much, too.
I was not aware of that the price was so cheap in the US, it's probably due to that they just launched over there. I am not ripping anyone of or have any intention of doing so, if you can look at my link which is the EU version all the prices are 50-100% more expensive than the US once, why I do not know. I think this is because it was recently launched in the US and it might be a part of a marketing campaign
I will be selling them for the price that I can get them for, if I would sell them for 10$ then I would go with a 50% loss. So I have no intention of lowering my price to those in the US when I get my codes from Sweden.

Edit: US do not yet have codes that you can purchase only subscriptions, so comparing the prices would not be the same. I am also guessing on that the cheap subscription costs are due to a marketing campaign as they recently launched in the US. As stated before the code prices will be based of the Swedish cost and not the US cost for a 1 month code.
1775  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [Selling] Spotify Premium Code on: December 15, 2011, 10:16:43 PM
Well, paying outright, 3 month is $30 online, or really $10/mo, regardless of the quantity.  I could see paying a small fee for the service, but not 50% markup
That sounds weird because in Sweden it's 99 SEK which is about 15 USD for a 1 month code, The price in the UK is even more expensive of 10 pounds for a 1 month code. From the spotify site I can not check the US prices and I am not sure if they are sold yet in the US, but if what you are saying is true then it's 5$ cheaper to buy the codes in the US then it is to buy them in Sweden. Which seems very odd.

1776  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [Selling] Spotify Premium Code on: December 15, 2011, 08:24:09 PM
Are those prices in the OP correct?  You're charging almost 50 bucks for a 3 month code and $93 for a 6 month?
I charge about 48$ for the 3 month code and 89$ for the 6 month code, this is a couple of dollars over the retail price from where I purchase the code, I take a couple of dollars as fee for delivering the codes and taking the payments in BTC. I do not believe they are overprices.
1777  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [Selling] Spotify Premium Code on: December 15, 2011, 10:46:42 AM
Have updated the price of the codes to the new average of 3.1$/BTC Smiley

I have used it, seems like a nice going fund, legit and a good profit Smiley Though I have not cashed out yet Tongue I have invested 7 BTC and after I have gotten back the initial fees (about 3 weeks), I have had a overall profit even though it goes up and down each day as expected.
