I think is hard to happen and after one of devs sell his coins ssying was hacked people lose trust on, and maybe will not happen if people will not invest a lot of money on it. They will be listed on some big exchange?

I also don't invest on ICO, and now on IEO i will wait more to see if some of this project will succeed, but indeed on IEO they say that examines the projects and team before start a IEO.

Indeed they will burn the tokens if there are still remain unsold after sale, but now anyway maybe people will not invest on ICO and only will invest on IEO probably and on coins with a history.

Well i also have some Dogecoin and i like the speed of confirmation and maybe in future will value much more, but is really hard to have so high value with this supply.

Indeed what we know can help us to decide to made an investments, let say someone inside from an exchange or from a group of people will say will pump a coin with huge money to make people buy a coin and you know information some day before pump, you maybe will buy some of that coin and you will sell when pump is.
