1762  Economy / Computer hardware / WTB Horiz. PCB Mount Hdr Connector on: June 07, 2014, 12:52:34 PM
Did the title make you come in?  Roll Eyes

I received a few coincraft desk units that have been battered around and poorly constructed.

I am after the connector on the module (female) that the Riser PCB slots into.

I cannot locate these in the UK!! They are a non RoHS compliant connector, I need someone to ship me in say 5 fast!

(CPC) 535512-2

Though the ones on the module dont have 90Deg pins, They are flat so the connector can rest on the PCB flat.

Can anyone help, I can see these for sale in the US, I hope they can be bought in the EU.
1763  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: *** GHash.IO mining pool official page *** on: June 05, 2014, 03:21:52 AM
Squall, look at the Total Pool size increase during the period you highlight it is inversely proportional to your reward size i.e. Pool size Up your share in pool (and reward) down (same as for me).  Different issue to mr multipool.us.

Well pointed out! Shocking tho  Shocked
1764  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: *** GHash.IO mining pool official page *** on: June 05, 2014, 02:26:57 AM
We (Multipool.us) have around 300TH on your Bitcoin pool.

Our rewards have been short by more than 10% for the past 3 payouts..  Wondering what's going on.  Seems like maybe all of our shares are not being recorded properly.  Would like to get on a private stratum if possible.  Plz contact me.

I concur, I have dropped considerably.

Hashing steady

Then from this:-

To this in three days!!!

1769  Other / Meta / Re: Should bitcointalk account trading be banned? on: June 03, 2014, 12:59:52 AM
My own opinion is yes, It should be banned, But there is no real way to enforce this, And any account does have digital rights to the owner, They are free to trade it if so desired.

Why I say yes? Purely due to the nature of what the account represents, Its not a character in a game, This is your account of your thoughts, Getting to know people and maybe some trading between people, Selling your account is not just a leap for new people to come in at a represented level, It is easier for the new person to "assume" you! and if it goes wrong, the person selling the account would have to prove it was not them, It just gets messy from there.
1770  Other / Meta / Re: Accuracy down to 98% on: June 03, 2014, 12:52:48 AM
For example, reporting a thread and stating "wrong forum" isn't always helpful, because they may disagree, but putting "Wrong forum, move to service discussion" for example is giving your opinion on where that thread is better suited. They may disagree with you or might not but it's showing that you think it's better if it would be moved.

If you simple state "wrong forum" and the topic in question is moved either by the OP or by a mod to the right forum section, then a different mod seeing the report might mark it as a "Bad report", unless they (we) can easily see that the topic was initially in the wrong forum section. If you're certain it's in the wrong forum, but unsure where it belongs, just write "does not belong in x".

thanks Malevolent it will really helped me to improve my accuracy. I mostly report in market sub forum, so many times it went wrong may be because of I always mention that Pls move into that sub forum. now I will use this thread does not belong to this sub forum. Its better then move into.

I see,  Roll Eyes this would explain my 34% accuracy, I must mention to others I only have reported 4 things, and a good job too with my success rate  Grin

Also, I would tend to report things I could see wrong, But as all ready mentioned, Others might not feel the same, But I agree with some sort of forum feedback idea, I know it might chew up more mod time in doing so, But it might help slow bad reports coming in.

I have been a mod on other sites, Nothing like bitcoin, just a beta gaming site years ago, My main problem was bad apples, Not being a site controller, I had no jurisdiction over bad mods who abused the position, Deleted posts they did not agree with, Promoting their propaganda Etc......

Here is quite good, I get a good response out of any questions I ask mods, I agree there seems to be no "Textbook" answers to problems, But each mod has a good level of competence in their field, I just leave them to it.
1771  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: {Open!} WTS Hosted Antminer Batch 2 S2 1T/hs on: May 30, 2014, 08:08:14 AM
What batch is it?

By this I mean the batch ones did not have a hole for the PSU to breath so it overheated, I had to buy a new PSU for my batch 1's.
1772  Economy / Lending / Re: 10 BTC To invest. New Investor on: May 29, 2014, 01:52:12 PM
Just a few questions.

Quote
I have invested well over 1M+ into multiple bitcoin companies

1M+ what? Fiat or BTC (other crypto commodities)?

Quote
If you cant commit to making a detailed spreadsheet and other documents then it shows you are just in here for the quick cash and you have lost my interest

I can make any business projection look good on a spread sheet, Is this really your deciding factor?

Quote
I will be looking for 50%+ profit in return

Over how long? Is this over and above the initial investment? Return in fiat or BTC?

If you have an extensive portfolio I'm sure I don't have to tell you any business in BTC is risky, I really hope you take good care in investing in someone, I have invested in a project my friend is running, But I wanted a return in Fiat, I have gained in cash, But I am still down in Relation to the BTC I originally spent.

Best.
1773  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Best "all round" bitcoin/computer protection? on: May 22, 2014, 02:00:35 PM
Hiya guys, Just after a point of view really.

With bitcoin wallet.dat being increasingly more important to protect, Does any of the "internet security" packages have any protection for out world?

What I mean is, In this review http://www.top10antivirussoftware.co.uk/InternetSecuritySuites-Comparison?kw=best%20internet%20security%20software&c=42815835745&t=search&p=&m=e&adpos=1t1&dev=c&devmod=&mobval=0&ts=c&a=670&gclid=CKmci-fWv74CFdLHtAodUDMAoA

They all boast Great security, Offering realtime virus/malware/trojan protection, But how do I know which one is good for a bitcoin user?

I have been trying trial versions of just about everything, They almost all have the same UI? Are they all made by the same person? LOL

I want to try and avoid buying a program for each aspect, Looking for an all in one.

Just so you know, I currently cold store my BTC under a linux system, I have several of them, Problem is, I am quite the gamer, So I would like something I can put on my windows system That I would like to use for my every day activities to protect against Passwords/keyloggers/malware/trojans/virus/rootkit etc...

Is there such a thing? What do you guys use?

NOTE TO MODS - I have no idea where to post this, I was going to post on a computer tech site, But I need to know the implications for a bitcoin user, Not a gamer, Feel free to move to it's best place.
1774  Economy / Goods / Re: selling my mining operation grab a bargain on: May 22, 2014, 12:49:15 PM

Sorry then, With a list on the OP it looks like you was selling individually.

Afraid I don't need the whole thing.

Good luck on the sale tho.  Cool
1775  Economy / Goods / Re: selling my mining operation grab a bargain on: May 22, 2014, 12:33:22 PM
must be cash as i cant pay in crypto to get in the skatepark or pay for trasport

If you need a quick deal tell me what you would accept for all the currency's?

I obviously will not mess you about or do the chargeback scam.

If I agree to the price, I would ask you send me first, How does that sound?

You can PM me if you like, I am on for a bit now anyway.
1776  Economy / Goods / Re: selling my mining operation grab a bargain on: May 22, 2014, 12:21:34 PM
I'll pay 0.15 for your cex mining.

you must go first.

EDIT - sorry just read paypal....
1777  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTB: Antminer S1, paying with Paypal, canada shipping on: May 22, 2014, 11:14:36 AM
Hi All

I am looking to buy few S1s  via paypal ( I will cover the fees).. Let me know what you have and how much you are asking.. I am willing to pay Bitmain prices ( including shipping)

Heatware =dasdas (69-0)

Thanks

Afraid paypal is a bad word around here, Might try offering something that is not claim back, like WU or BT.

Or better still a face to face trade!

Please use escrow when buying something, It really does help protect both sides.

Good luck with your purchase.
1778  Economy / Securities / Re: Cryptostocks.com--SENIGMA--20%APR Paying monthly--Info on OP on: May 22, 2014, 11:09:41 AM
A little note, In the month of May, I will be changing the two Furys for an aintminer S1, This is light of the drastic price drop of the unit, Plus the continues hike in difficulty, This will double our hashing power in one go.

Also, I have seen some buying/selling going under the value I currently have for sale, I have put on 100 shares at 0.0085 so that I am moving with the supply/demand market.

There is a feature new to cryptostocks called "IPO" this allows the controller of the project to disable users from selling the shares held within, I have decided AGAINST using this, As It allows me to see what is a respectable price for buying/selling is, I feel that using this feature is effectively self controlling the value of my own shares, I see no logic in that.

The only down side to this is that it allows the price to fall if user's keep selling under my selling price.

Again, I wish to thank everyone invested, I am still holding to the 20%APR, But please bare in mind this is in respect of the value of the shares sold in the month I pay out in.

Just to update this post, I have now upgraded the mining to a s1 unit, Whoop!
I also have a e-mail setup for this Senigma1066@gmail.com But it is not checked regularly, I use this to help keep the mining separated, I thought another media of contact cant hurt.
