Will shares be traded on the exchange?
I'm not sure if that is legal or not. i heard that it was illegal to sell shares on your own exchange.

Money raised so far = .5748 BTC, almost enough to cover setup + 1 month. goal is setup + 3 months. i reckon the exchange should be making nice profit by that time. ![Shocked](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/shocked.gif) in a strange turn of events, cassie has decided to liberate her litecoins for another share. Updated Work Log.
1. Withdrawals priority: extremely high -withdrawal requests are sent into a queue for admin approval. -once admin approval occurs, withdraw is processed. **ive built a template for you: pages/withdraw.php
I don't know why withdrawal can't be automated. Why would it need any approval?? security measure just in case an exploit occurs, wallets go offline automatically while database is rolledback. if attacker exploits db somehow he won't be able to withdraw unless he can bruteforce the rpcssl connection, which is unlikely. whereas, with automated withdrawal attacker could squeeze the funds out before we'd know what hit us. this is why we are hiring so much staff.

< 2 weeks we go live. actually, as soon as i have enough money from selling the fee shares to buy the servers lol.
i have .198 myself from mining i put in(all i have unfortunately, i just had to buy those damn block erupters when bitcoin was ~80 dollars)
So to confirm, I send my btc to that address, and I add a message that is the purchase details MSG, encrypted with the pgp key you quoted, right? idk, i've never done this part tbqh. i just always sign my address when taking any type of loan/payment to prove its me.

Server costs400 dollars setup 220/month. wow, that setup fee is intense. i understand how it is, you can't just go out and buy hardware for free when someone is paying month to month. This being said, do you have any preconfigured options similar to what i want(dual xeon, 48-64 gb ram). 100 mbit is fine as long as it can handle the traffic for this: https://openex.pwi may end up needing to get 1 server for the wallets and 1 server for the site. not really sure yet. would you be willing to work with me to get a good setup? I'm not sure that 18-20 coin wallets and the site will be well served on 1 100 mbit line. Hi, We could work out a cheaper L5420 (8 cores) but I'd think you would need more CPU and RAM which is well supported in the Dual L5520 (similar to the Dual L5639) but 8 Cores / 16 threads which should be good enough. Or If you plan on splitting up the Main site and backend server I would suggest going for a powerful backend with a L5520 or L5639 and a Medium-Powerful Dual L5420 as the frontend. Since the 2 servers will be on the same switch, the switch can easily handle good amount of internal traffic, so the traffic between the servers should be fine. I'd think 48 GB RAM should be enough for the coin wallets ? or do you suppose 48GB+ would be needed? If so, we could try the following setup, For the coin wallet server : Dual L5639 48 GB RAM 500 GB x 2 Enterprise HDDs (RAID1) For the webserver // frontend : Dual L5420 16 GB RAM 500 GB x 2 Enterprise HDDs (RAID1) I'll be using RE4 Enterprise 7200 RPM HDDs so you get good IO and reliability on the HDDs. Servers are also pretty new with the RAM checked and ECC RAM as well. All the drives will be hotswap so "In-case" any HDD issue arises, we can swap the HDD without any downtime on the server. I can work out the Dual L5420 for a cheap monthly price without any setup fee for around ~$70/month but the L5639 will need a setup fee as it's a tad pricey at the moment :/ Let me know if the above setup sounds good or if any changes are needed and we can perfect out the setup for your requirements. If needed, you can email me personally at speedbus@crowncloud.net and we can discuss this via email as well ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Thanks!
