1781  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: April 03, 2023, 07:05:43 PM
I understand the doubts in PSG fans minds and I understand everyone else as well, it doesn't look that great and I get that. But, the reality is that PSG is just way too good to let something like this happen and I think it's going to matter in the long run.

I hope that it gets better eventually, but I do not just hope, I know that it will get better. Just because they lost a few games and feeling down right now, doesn't mean that they can't come up tomorrow and start being much better. This is a team with stars all around, even without Neymar-Mbappe-Messi, the rest of the team is not that bad at all, they would still be a good team, and that's with three biggest players.
1782  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: April 03, 2023, 01:22:52 PM
I wouldn't be against Nagelsmann as Chelsea manager, that is someone they really needed at the start of the season. He is the type of manager who ends up finding the right players for right prices. I feel like who Bayern bought this season has been amazing and he did great at transfer, plus not just the players he got but the price he got them as well, it was all perfect.

Chelsea is a rich club, and overpaid many players, with Nagelsmann they could actually pay people real amount of money they deserve and not more, and can get really good players as well. He wouldn't be great at managing the team itself, but building the team will be an amazing thing he can do. A director deal would have been better, but as a manager he could still be better than Potter at least.
1783  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: April 03, 2023, 09:46:15 AM
Real Madrid and Chelsea game is not too far away, we gotta see what Chelsea does first about the manager position, and then maybe we can talk about it a bit. I feel like it is not really that easy to decide which team will win before the game that easily, but that's what we do when we bet, we decide which one will win and I think it is clear that Real would win this one. I am not saying it is 100% or anything like that, I have absolutely no idea if they will win or not, as surprises are obviously common here.

But if I would have to guess, I would put 51%+ to Real to win this game and say they are the favorites because all year they looked much better without a doubt.
1784  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: April 03, 2023, 05:25:30 AM
I can't believe that I lost on that Bilbao game, but the rest was quite good and with insurance I got something anyway. Sometimes is not like what you want it to be and there is a bit of trouble betting on it when it is like that but I am hoping that it will get a lot better in the long run. I know it is not going to be that easy ever, but losing on bets because of games that look too obvious for a team to win and they end up losing anyway feels incredibly frustrating

Like you are Bilbao, come on, you gotta obviously win this game because the difference is huge and you still end up not winning? That gotta mean something in the end and just pure unlucky for me, happens, just have to move on I guess.

Current odds for the 35k-37.5k range are @15.35 and @17.03 for the 32.5k-35k, so that's a very bold bet, only few people seem to agree with your analysis for now. You have only picked one of these 2 ranges or both of them btw?
March had been a rather difficult month for those who've bet too early like me, except for the most bullish bettors of course, and final FUN token odds are very low (@1.04), so I expect April to be less volatile than that.
I wouldn't really consider that as a set deal just yet, we are on the first day of the month and we are at around 15 give or take for the odds, but that was the first day. Obviously in 29 days many things could happen and we could get there, but in 21 days we could also have a ton more people invest into that as well.

Just to make it simpler, what do you think would happen if the price goes to 35k in 10th of April? I will tell you what will happen, many people will put a lot of money in there, and they would make 15 odd go down to 5 odds, or maybe even lower. This has happened before when the price changed on early days of the month and that's what I assume will happen here too.
1786  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Early Profit can be misleading. on: April 02, 2023, 08:16:33 PM
Sometimes a trader can also make profit in his first trading session and also continue to make more profits ever after the first win.I even see it that when someone wins in the first trading session,it's a sign that trading will bring more profit than loses to the person, because it is always rare that one will win in his first trading session. It is a sign that good luck is about to be unfolded on the person.
I know quite well that trading experience comes from different loses, but one can also use another person to learn and therefore avoid the mistakes he is supposed to make in his first trade, and win rather than losing. Therefore,I am on the opinion that not all trading newbies that win on their first trading session will get difficulties as time goes on in trading, rather,it's a sign that he will be lucky on more future trading.
If they made their first profit in their first try, it can be a sign that they already learned but sometimes a newbie trader can also get lucky and made a profit even if they skip the learning part. This can be the one that is misleading because they will be tempted to try again even if most of their trades are not doing well anymore.

It might be possible to use another person to do trading for you but he is the ones that will learn and benefit more in the future, not you. Will you let that happen? And what if he decided to resign someday? What will happen to you? This is why it's still better to learn and trade on our own. We shouldn't be afraid of the mistakes because they can still be corrected and the losses can still turn into profits later on.
1787  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We are about to enter altcoin season, what do you think? on: April 02, 2023, 07:49:12 PM
From the historical chart and  according to recent observations, the onset of Altcoin season appears to coincide with the stabilization of Bitcoin prices. As Bitcoin's volatility decreases, traders are seemingly turning towards accumulating altcoins, indicating that we may be on the cusp of an Altcoin season.

What is your thoughts? Are you agree with the point?
And we see this thing before, once the price of Bitcoin starts to grow, investors are also accumulating a huge number of altcoins. The idea is that investors usually think about the x1000 price rally to many altcoins before and it possibly happens again during this bull season. If they are checking the history and market movement, they can certainly be making a decision to buy more altcoins rather than buying Bitcoin this time. In fact, we can see that some new projects are pumping already, they are bullish first before the bull season.
I think it's still wise to invest during the bear market but some people are just worried or lazy to wait for a long time so they are waiting for different signs instead. 1000x returns is huge and not many alts can achieve this. I think new alts only has the ability to get it but the chance to find them got even tinier. It is still better to earn minimal returns on the old alts because their risk is only less.

Old alts usually pump during the bull run but some newer alts can pump at any time even in the bear market as long as the public notice them. Altcoin enthusiasts can surely buy more altcoins but I think the majority are still sticking with Bitcoin only.
1788  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | Instant withdrawals!|ARGENTINA & AVFC on: April 02, 2023, 06:26:51 PM
Want free money? Deposit 50 bucks, get 10 free spins, withdraw 50+ bucks back  Cool
Frankly, I will not recommend anyone to do it. I dont really remember if there is a wager requirement for our deposit before it is allowed to withdraw but in most cases and in most casinos, we should wager our deposit at least 1x before we are allowed to withdraw our money. Trust me, if you do it although it is allowed, it is not good for your account. Not only in duelbits, but I suggest you if you find similar promotion in other casinos, it is not recommended to deposit then withdraw the deposit back without wagering.
I would guess depositing 50 bucks to get something is only a good idea if you are already going to deposit that much. It was a good thing for me because it's the start of the month and I got my salary and I am going to end up depositing 50 bucks anyway, to start fresh and that means I will also get free spins. But, it is great for me because I would be depositing anyway and that is why I think it is not going to be a problem for me at all.

However, if you are looking at the situation like that is not going to be a good idea for you to do that, like lets assume that we are not going to spend that money and it's too much, then I wouldn't really guess that we should do that at all.

Speaking about gambling site accounts then i dont mind much since i do put up strong passwords and when it comes to 2fa or something that layer 2 verification
then i dont mind that much considering that i do lost all the time on gambling sessions.  Cheesy
Make sure you don't install your 2FA application on a same device you are using log in your email (that is used for account registration) and login your account on Roobet, gambling site, exchange. If you are doing this, it's time to stop it because it violates basics to 2-factor authentication protection on your account.

People usually use Google Authenticator, Authy applications but there are alternatives for them and also open source applications like Aegis.
I do that, I login via my pc, and I gamble on my pc, and I login to my mail on my pc, all of that is there, but my 2fa is on my phone and that way if my pc ever gets hacked then my phone is still intact and I would be safe. Unfortunately there are a lot of smart hackers out there who somehow do get around all of that, but they can't do that to me. Because I do not have much in there so they wouldn't even bother lol.

People underestimate how much it takes to hack into one account, and if that account had 7 dollars in the account that time, you would be making more money if you worked in a mcdonalds for an hour than you worked on hacking into that account lol.

I would have guessed Max would be more likely to crash in this weather and the track, because track is a bit unforgiving and he is known for his right on the edge driving, which gives him the best results obviously so there is nothing wrong with that but it is very close to going out most of the time with the milisecond mistakes. Did not expected Perez to be out.

I was hoping for another Perez win, its early in the season so surprises are a bit more common, and while Max wasn't used to the car just yet, maybe something shocking would have happened, and that's out the door already. I wonder how further Perez would be able to move, I am 100% certain that he would get points, but how far can he go, podium? I am not so sure, probably not.
1791  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: April 01, 2023, 06:28:22 PM
It looked like a game that would be close but then suddenly it became a lot different. Sometimes this happens, Liverpool shouldn't moan about it considering they had the same against United, sometimes it doesn't really look like one team is dominating in play, but then a ball bounces right, a shot reflects to your player and all that and suddenly the difference is huge.

This is what happened, I believe that the teams were playing quite well against each other but then suddenly a few things went well for City and the difference grew. I believe that Liverpool will have a huge trouble getting out of this pit again, they got a roll a few weeks back, they need that again to finish off the year.
1792  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is an asset. on: April 01, 2023, 05:31:04 PM
It seems a big deal for you after knowing that bitcoin is an asset but I think you already know this even at the start because why would you sell your land and then say that "you will invest" in Bitcoin? We only invest on something that is considered as an asset.

I bet you already know that Bitcoin is also a currency and this is its primary use so you should also introduce this functionality after discussing to your colleagues and mates that Bitcoin is an asset. Thanks for spreading the word Bitcoin in your place. We so much appreciate it. You're doing that either to help Bitcoin became more popular and you can get more profit or you are just not selfish but you also want to share the good news to others.
1793  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | Instant withdrawals!|ARGENTINA & AVFC on: April 01, 2023, 04:29:39 PM
New games and basically a lot of games in a single casino, does allow a lot more people to come here but also very important mainly to keep the old players here. All these things allow people to gamble in one, and if they ever get bored of it, they leave that game and check out another game, and then another, without leaving the same casino, people get to gamble on multiple games and that's a very good thing.

Not many people are fond of actually having to move to another casino and they look for a reason to stay anyway, specially when you find a place as trustworthy as duelbits, so when there is also plenty of games to play, that adds another reason to stay as well.
1794  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: April 01, 2023, 02:25:40 PM
Drive to Survive and the new owners Liberty Media definitely made some big changes and that is why it's getting this much attention. Plus, during the whole Senna or Lauda or even Schumi years, we didn't had social media, maybe later years of Schumi but it wasn't this global and widely used. Now? Now it's all fame and tik toks and tweets and all that, which makes it even bigger, plus the docuseries definitely made people feel like they are actually part of it, like they are on the inside, and learn more about it.

This is why I honestly believe that more and more teams will want to be part of it, and maybe not anytime soon because it would be too difficult, but we may look at a 30 team 30 week thing in the long future, like in 20-30 years.
1795  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2022/2023 on: March 31, 2023, 08:12:24 PM
I would understand why Saudi teams would want Messi, and I can even understand if he eventually goes there one day, when he gets to be 38-40 range, it wouldn't be a bad decision. I mean Ronaldo made as much money ALL of his career as he did just these 2.5 years, think about how much money is being offered.

This is why Messi could be making a good amount of money there as well. However, it is not an easy nation to live for non-Muslims, there are a lot of things that is harder to live, like for example no drinking, sure there could be some special places, but you are not going to just go to market grab a sick pack and come back, or no pork, bacon or anything like that, many things are quite different culturally, so it could be very difficult for sure.

Welcome to the forum and congratulations for your poker business.

It's always good to see another bitcoin related poker project, there ware waaaaay too less to choose from. Poker is such a popular game, it should be get a lot more exposure in the crypto community in my opinion.

Anyway, I will check out your site in the near future and will try to write a review of my experience there.

Dealers, shuffle up and deal.  Grin
Agree it's refreshing to see one because there's only a few dedicated poker sites who come here in the forum. Their threads are not also active. I guess people in the forum are more addicted in other games (dice, slots). They find it more fun but that is what gambling is supposed to be.

In a poker game, one might get bored or stressed out because you need to think deeply on here to be able to win the game but the advantage is that you can make more profit on here especially if you face a weak opponent. Poker is still a popular game outside and on a non crypto casinos so poker fans here in the forum shouldn't worry a lot thinking that their favorite game is getting irrelevant anymore.

Curiosity isnt bad but there are really moments or times on which it isnt really that recommendable on dealing up with something specially if it does really look shady and its better to make yourself a little bit paranoid when it comes to security measure which is really that more better than on really that being too confident when it comes to security. This isnt only applying for account protection but also into that common wallet
on where we do store up our funds or assets. Always mind off about the security and safety because there are lots of hackers and scammers nowadays.
Being extra careful on some things could make you look weird in the end, but it is always better. I know a guy who had some decent amount of bitcoins back in the day, he was an early investor, dude literally opened up a safe in a bank, and then printed his bitcoins out on paper, and then put it in that bank, that is as many layers as you could possibly think about.

Well when he did that hardwallets weren't a thing yet, so we had papers printed out and anyone who had that paper could cash out, but he put that in a bank. So, I agree that security measures could be as many as you can think of, some people will love that and I think that's a good think that roobet really cares about it too.
1798  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: It's on! 2024 US Presidential Election Biden+Harris Vs Trump Bitcoin betting.... on: March 31, 2023, 05:53:11 PM
First of all, we are not on official campaign period, so all these talks about who would be the nominee doesn't really make sense yet, nobody even officially declared yet.

Secondly, Trump is a former president and beating a former president on the reelection nomination is as hard as it gets. Sure dude lost and that is a terrible thing for the party, and they would rather have someone who could win, and last time Trump was in an election, that made democrats vote for their candidate a record amount, so that is a trouble but that doesn't mean that we are going to see the same thing again. Let's see how it will be after 4 years of Trump vs 4 years of Biden faces each other.
1799  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: March 30, 2023, 09:16:45 PM
this market is much more problematic, I would not bet on this market that you bet on even if it has very high odds, this is also a market that I do not see on the site where I place bets (it would not be good for me to keep putting the name of other casinos in this thread), maybe because it's not a very competitive market. well, france has not easily conceded goals in the last few games, but irish has been able to score goals frequently in each game as they have done in the last few games, so i see that your bet had a great risk, maybe for that reason it had this odd from @1.90

From what you can see, you haven't had many victories and that's why you celebrated with this victory, something normal. betting on qualifying games for the euro is not an easy task, the risk of losing is much greater and when the games are between a very strong team against a very weak team, the odds are very low that even making a multbet bet with many games does not pay off, the next games will be in june, it is far away and it will be at a time when many leagues will be coming to an end, which will become more difficult to predict the results of these qualifiers for euro
I would guess that everyone has their own sense of betting. Some people like to bet on higher rewards but they risk more, some people risk less and bet on just France to win, which looks like an easy bet most of the time. I believe that it is very important to have distinction between what type of gambler you are and accepting that.

I know that's not going to sound that great, some people do not like to accept the type of gambler they are, they risk a lot and think they are not risking a lot at all, but if you start to accept what is a bit risk and what is not, then you would be able to do a lot better on the long run and I highly suggest learning that quickly.
1800  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A victory for Bitcoin on: March 30, 2023, 08:14:31 PM
I would guess that 1 million will happen, it's just that it won't happen right now. 20 trillion is not as big as people think it is, we are talking about what 10+ trillion for gold marketcap already? It means that overtime bitcoin can become 20 trillion marketcap, that shouldn't be a difficult thing to achieve.

The trouble is not "will it happen" but when will it happen, because I believe that looking at how much nations print money these days, in 10-15 years we could have 1 million dollars per bitcoin, or latest in about 25 years. That is a long time to wait, and maybe it will happen earlier, but that doesn't mean that it will never happen, just not now.
