Hi guys, my name is Lillian Scott and am a crypto expert. Being a crypto expert does not necessarily means staying long in the crypto space but being able to know what would happen next in the crypto community.
<cut>

I very much doubt that. If you were really an expert, you'd have a steady job already and wouldn't be trolling the Internet looking for new victims to take advantage of.

It other technology i dont believe they have easy access to millions of wallets because its using seed.  They need to open seed every time to empty wallet.

And you're assuming that someone who gets ahold of bunch of seeds won't be able to access all the wallets generated by those seeds in one batch process? That's a very bad assumption, especially if you're risking your money.

This guy has been pooping all over the forum for the last couple of days, I think that he could use a temporary ban to chill.

Yeah. It seems that the guy has been posting a lot of low-value, zero-effort topics recently, which warrants at least a temporary ban.

I am sorry if I hurt your feelings by copying the format.

You didn't copy his format but the content. But the bigger issue, in my opinion, is your lack of respect for the community as shown in your post history. If you want to earn anything from this forum, the least you can do is show some respect and follow the forum rules.
1784  Economy / Gambling / Re: Neodice.com | Futuristic Dice Platform 🎲 on: January 06, 2023, 09:43:41 AM
I created only one account Yrebaperty on this neodice.com. <snip>

Sure thing. Is that why you use your alt account to post this?

Of course, it's quite possible that your Neodice account may be mistakenly flagged as a bonus abuser, similar to what happened with iv4n. However, there's no need to dust off that old alt account that's been inactive for two years just to voice your complaints on the forum. Why not just use your main account to address the issue? It may be more effective to do so.
1785  Economy / Gambling / Re: Satoshi Auction - Bid on a prize where 98% of each bid is added to the prize. on: January 06, 2023, 08:50:31 AM
I didn't like this offer. When from the very beginning of the description of this game, it immediately becomes clear to everyone that there are many options for abuse. Well, for example, the fact that everyone doubts whether a certain whale will receive all the money in the end. And there are a number of complaints about the rules of the game and their absence.

Of course, with such a development of the game, there can be no question that BTT users will take such a project seriously and will actively participate.

It's understandable that you wouldn't want to participate in a game that has the potential for abuse. However, it's important to note that both SatoshiAuction and Coinballer appear to be in the early stages of development. This means that they may still be in the process of addressing issues such as potential abuse and implementing safeguards to prevent it. Well, at least the dev is off to a good start by acknowledging the game's shortcomings and working with the community to make it better! Here's hoping he can follow through and implement some effective safeguards. After all, no one wants to play a game that causes more headaches than fun.

Someone has to die in order for me to live. That's the reality of certain organ transplants.

you should try to get rid of similar thoughts. thoughts about the fairness of the life cycle, they only burden you further, and it is impossible to close this topic in your head.

I completely agree. While it is unfortunate that organ transplants often rely on the tragedy of someone else's death. However, it is a selfless and noble decision to choose to be an organ donor, and, as someone who has also made this decision, I can only hope that my donation will bring hope and a second chance at life to others in the event of my own untimely passing. It is important to remember that receiving an organ transplant is not something to feel guilty about, but rather a way for an individual to survive and live the life they deserve, made possible through the generosity of the organ donor and their loved ones.

What bonuses did you mean? I check the first post and as well as the last posts but I never see a bonus being posted there. I don't know if maybe the OP removed them now because I am seeing some complaints after doing some backreading. If those are juicy bonuses then it can surely lure the players into signing up and trying them, most especially if the requirement are not that tough to complete.

If only they operate properly then I don't think there will be people who will complain. It's also their fault so they should not try to avoid it. Locking the users account isn't also a solution or will make them quite but it actually worsen the the situation.

I think he was referring to the no deposit bonus that Neodice announced a few weeks ago.

Note: We have just launched the no deposit bonus feature and are still testing it.
<cut>

I don't think $9 is a particularly "juicy" bonus, but I'm sure there will still be some people who try to take advantage of it. If the requirements for earning the bonus are not too strict, it's likely that there will be a fair number of people who try to abuse the system. For example, if you can get a $9 bonus by simply signing up for and verifying your account, then it's not too hard to imagine how people could game the system by creating multiple accounts and getting paid over and over again.

What if the developer install malware  on their new update.(lets say they make new update on 15 JAN)
Being open sources software wont allow other users to see if its infected i believe.

what of  millions of people will download their app then they could take the funds of the users?

Well, that threat always exists, just like with any other software. A software developer might sneak some malware into an upgraded version of their software, but with open source, software will always have a bit more transparency than closed-source, since any user can see the code and check for potential issues. That means other developers and users can check the source code for any potential issues or malicious code and alert the community. That's the benefit of open source software. Not only does it allow any programmer with the ability to improve upon the source code, it also means that there are many people looking at the source code for vulnerabilities and flaws to report. There is strength in numbers, after all, and open source projects are no exception.

can't claim free spin wheel of fortune

it is said spin has expired

I also received the same message and was unable to claim my free WoF spin from the newsletter. It's possible that this issue is related to the system maintenance that's been happening recently. I would recommend holding onto the email and trying again at a later time.

Yes, you found a critical bug. I've fixed it here.

I've sent 0.00121738 BTC to the address on your bitcointalk profile as a reward for pointing this out. Thank you.

Good that this was fixed already, I just came to confirm that although I'm the only one that bet on the outcome eventually I walked away with 0 BTC Grin

I wanted to be fair, so I sent 0.6mBTC (half of the bug bounty) to your wallet. We both played a role in finding the bug, so I thought it was appropriate to split the reward. Wink

Quote
Is it fixed for all currently opened games, or will it be fixed only for the newly created ones?

It appears that the issue has been fixed for everyone. Based on the outcome of Game #22, it seems that LoyceV and BitcoinGirl.Club shared the pot. However, upon further inspection, it looks like the second deposit was not taken into account in the total balance. This could potentially be another bug, or at the very least, a flaw in the software that needs to be addressed.

@jackmurray, perhaps the simplest solution to this problem would be to automatically return all transactions that are confirmed after the deadline to the sender (minus the transfer fee)?
1793  Economy / Gambling / Re: Coinballer - An open-source multi-player Bitcoin gambling game. on: January 04, 2023, 08:11:54 PM
The player who has contributed the most money to the pot at the end of the game wins the whole pot, minus a 2% fee for the host.

So does it mean that people wil contribute to the pot and in the end only ONE person will win the whole pot and the rest all contributors will lose the moeny  Huh
SNIP

No, because OP has confirmed that you can decide how many winners will be there in a specific game whenever you create a game. I was also confused about this but I have even seen 2 players in 1 game and both of them getting something because the creator chose 2 winners (LoyceV's game you can check in this thread). Wink

In theory, that's the way the game is supposed to work (or at least, that's our understanding of it). However, it doesn't seem to be living up to that expectation in practice. We'll have to see how Loyce's game turns out before we can say for sure. In the meantime, you can check out my review of Game #23 in the previous posts.
1794  Economy / Gambling / Re: Coinballer - An open-source multi-player Bitcoin gambling game. on: January 04, 2023, 07:35:05 PM
It looks like many members have already identified several issues with the game. However, the most concerning issue for me is that I believe I have discovered a critical bug in the gambling mechanics. I'm curious to know if anyone else will experience this problem as well.

In the following part of the review, I will be discussing Game 23, which was a completed game between me and cryptofrka.

Game flow:
cryptofrka funded 8000 sats to this address: bc1qgdh69sd0ldyapk3ux8kztkhfpx25le7lt6fjt0. I was supposed to send a certain amount to the address: bc1qdm8mnf5mfnhw6447dkev6s3fze63333vch5h28, but unfortunately, the transaction wasn't confirmed before the deadline due to a low fee. However, after the game round ended, I received an amount of 7840 sats to my payout address in this transaction.

If my understanding is correct, the system awarded the entire pot amount (minus the 2% fee) to only one participant (me), despite the game being set up for two winners (which is evident from the screenshot). Furthermore, I won the game even though I didn't even participate in it. I'm unsure if this was a random occurrence or due to my address being first on the list, but either way, this is not the intended behavior of the system and I believe it to be a serious bug.

*OP, this is my review, although I'm sure I will contribute to this thread more in the future and express my opinion as the game develops further.
1795  Economy / Gambling / Re: Coinballer - An open-source multi-player Bitcoin gambling game. on: January 04, 2023, 12:37:35 PM
So, who decides the number of winners in a game?
The host himself/herself?

The creator of the game decides how many winners the pot will be divided among. For example, for Game #25 it would be you.

Quote
And let's say I create a game and nobody participates, what will happen after the number of blocks passed?
Will I get a refund (excluding the 2% fee that the platform takes)? Or will it be a full refund? A little bit curious about this.

If you create the game and no one else participates, then you will be the winner and win the entire pot (minus 2% fee).

Quote
EDIT: Where does the 2nd player gets his betting address?

For example, I created Game 25, the betting address left from my address is for me, right?
Then where will the 2nd player send his coins? If he will send them on the same betting address as mine, then will the 3rd person use 2nd player's betting address to send his bet?

I believe you've created a game for only one player since you haven't defined other payout addresses.

Quote
If someone wants to increase the size of his bets, will he use the same betting address where he sent his funds earlier?

Yes, I think so.
1796  Economy / Gambling / Re: Coinballer - An open-source multi-player Bitcoin gambling game. on: January 04, 2023, 12:10:49 PM
Yes, there must be 6 confirmations before txs will show up.
I've added a message on the site making this more clear.

I appreciate the effort you made to update the information on the website. However, I see that there are still some delays. For example, in Game 23 I have a transaction with 7 confirmations, but the site still doesn't reflect the correct balance.

EDIT:
OK, I see now that the balance is updated. I'm not sure if it's because of the 8 blocks after the first confirmation or some unspecified time after the 6th confirmation. Btw, do you really need 6 confirmations for this? Wouldn't it be better if the balance was reflected in real time?
1797  Economy / Gambling / Re: Coinballer - An open-source multi-player Bitcoin gambling game. on: January 04, 2023, 10:52:24 AM
I think I'm starting to get it. See https://coinballer.net/game/21, find your Payout address in the list, and deposit to the Betting address that's left from it on the same line.

Well, it looks like we've both got three confirmations on our transactions, but the game balance is still stuck at zero. Is this a glitch in the matrix, or just a cleverly disguised feature? Hard to say... Only the developer knows for sure.  Wink
1798  Economy / Gambling / Re: Coinballer - An open-source multi-player Bitcoin gambling game. on: January 04, 2023, 10:24:38 AM
Does anybody have a clear understanding on how to participate? To which address should I be sending my bets?

If I understood correctly, to participate in Game 21 created by ETFbitcoin, you need to send BTC to the designated "Betting address" (listed in the left column of the table).

So for example, my "Payout address" is in the right column and my "Betting address" is in the left column:

Quote
And what if I want to send from another wallet? Am I excluded because only 1 of my wallets are registered or not?

It's a good question, but unfortunately the instructions are incomplete, so I'm not sure if the address the funds are sent from matters or not. It's possible that it doesn't matter, but without more information, it's hard to say for certain. The only way to know for sure might be to try it and see what happens.

Quote
At first glimpse it is quite confusing to understand how the game works.

I agree.

I will wait for response for a partner before I give my review.[/url]

Would you like to play with me?
I assume you have already created a new game? Can you confirm that it is okay for me to send my deposit to the specified address?

EDIT:
I'm backing off. I've already found a new partner.
