I have said on several occasions that Ten Haga for me is a coach who has not done anything positive for Manchester United, the stars do not like his treatment, letting CR7 play only 6 minutes is a lack of respect for the career of he is underestimating it and I think it's not good to do that to anyone, what I see in Manchester United is a total hatred on the part of Ten towards the team, he doesn't want the best, and Ten can't play anymore, he can't either He leads the team to ruin, I don't really know what he is looking for? and it seems to me the height of all, that the Man United directors still believe in him, if they continue to do that mismanagement they will be very badly unemployed in the tournament.
I think Ten Hag is finally getting to understand the team and the league better and now that the club is finally bringing in new signings it will make it easier to work with the team and drive them towards improvement. I still have faith in Ten Hag and I think with time he will turns things around in the club and try to bring out the best in the available players he has. I expect Ronaldo back in the starting 11 soon once Ten Hag has understood the game and the league. |

As most predicted beforehand, that Real Sociedad would be able to beat Elche. And they answered with a narrow victory, with Mendez's goal in the first half, precisely in the 20th minute. The difference they played was not too significant, but Real Sociedad were better than Elche.
In other matches, I was a little surprised by what Sevilla achieved against Almeria.
Elche did not show a good performance at all, they have only collected 1 point from the three matches that have been played. Real Sociedad, who were beaten 1-4 by Barcelona in the second week, managed to rise by beating Elche 1-0 while extending their winning streak over Elche. Sevilla, who used to fill the top flight of La Liga, have not been able to get positive results. Surprisingly Sevilla was forced to give up by the promotion team (Almeria) with a thin score of 1-2. Sevilla has only got 1 point from the three games that have been played, due to their poor performance this season, Sevilla had to settle for 15th place. Obviously this is not a good achievement for a team that often fills the top four positions. The La liga has been very competitive and interesting. The big teams are showing why they are tagged as the bog teams in the league. Real sociedad showed good character bouncing back with a win against Elche after a disappointing lose to the league's giant Barcelona. I think this win will set them back on track again and boost their confidence in the next games to come. |

Villareal can beat getafe easily. Getafe is always low in the last 2 matches. This team has very bad performance at this moment. I will not feel doubt if villareal can win the match against getafe easily with huge score. You must see how bad the history of getage. It was lost against atletico and girona. Getafe's poor form to the start of the season is disappointing as they have been unable to find their balance in the team. Despite having difficulty in scoring goals due to the tight defense of fulham, but the hard work of the arsenal players was able to give sweet results at the end of the match, I personally was very upset when gabriel made a fatal mistake that made arsenal conceded, but the goal from the captain was finally able to return pumping up the fighting spirit of the Gonners children and finally gabriel was able to pay off the mistakes he made by scoring the winning goal, after a thrilling match we were finally able to regain the top of the standings and hope we can keep it until the end of the season later.
Fulham played very well tonight, they look solid on the defensive side too. I know they would have cherished a draw so much against the league leaders but the pressure from Arsenal's attack was too much for them to bare and had to give in at the last minutes of the game. Good job from Arsenal, very vital points for them to keep them at the top of the league for another week. Nice game today. |

Real Madrid normally have a comfortable week now but their last result against Espanyol here was interesting. They lost by 2-1 then. Actually they had a big dominance but the main problem was with their finding the target. However things may be different this time after this great start. I still expect a close score actually so maybe this time they can win by 2-1. Both teams to score might be a good option because Real Madrid conceded one goal in each game they played so far.
Real Madrid are doing so well this season, already they have won the Super cup trophy to begin the season which I expect should be a motivation for the team going into the season. Two wins in two games is a very good way to start the season and I hope to see them take the tally to three wins when they play against Espanyol and a comfortable win to be precise. |

Son Heung-min was outstanding last season for Tottenham but I don't think he will stand a chance for the Ballon d'Or against top favorites like Benzema and Lewandowski whose performances last season was far above that of Son. I hope the selection of the best candidate to win the Ballon d'Or will be done without bias unlike the previous one given to Messi when Lewandowski deserved it more. Benzema deserves to win the Ballon d'Or this time around.

The transfer window is still open for Liverpool to get some late signings before deadline. Jurgen Klopp has refused to rule out possibility of getting new signings but only suitable signings who will improve the team. Fabinho is back and training with the squad hopefully he will start in the next game and will give them balance and strength in the midfield, such improvement should help them play better.

Liverpool's performance at the beginning stages of the season have been very poor and disappointing, I expected Liverpool to bounce back from missing out of the league trophy are the last moments of the previous season. 2 points from 3 games is really disappointing especially losing twice to United withing a month. Liverpool need to bring in a couple of signings before deadline to secure the season before it becomes too late especially now that they have numerous injury cases in the team.

Karim Benzema has always appeared consistent and became the top scorer for Real Madrid after Cristiano Ronaldo moved to Juventus a few seasons ago. I think Karim Benzema's quality as a centre-forward is unquestionable, Karim Benzema has appeared quite consistent in recent seasons, not only being able to contribute as a goalscorer but Benzema also successfully creating assists. Karim Benzema still on top level player in this season and looks he has contributed for Real Madrid woth two goals for two match in La Liga.
Benzema has been reliable for seasons now and a very important player for Real Madrid at top form. I thought Madrid would sign another striker as a back up for Benzema but it seems Ancelotti is pretty okay with the available players. Madrid squad is okay and ready to compete against other top teams like Barcelona and Atletico Madrid for the La Liga trophy though it will be a tough one this season because ATM and Barcelona also have better team this season. |

Arsenal game with Fulham on Saturday will be Arteta's 100th game as their manager and tbh when he started, critics believed he'd be dropped by the board but he's proven to be exceptional and I believe he'd lead the Gunners to carrying titles.
The game would be a walk over for them and although Fulham have been impressive in last games, they would find it difficult to beat Arsenal.
A phenomenal feat for Mikel Arteta as a manager, sweeter for him because Arsenal is also a club he played some of his best football in, so doing it both as a player and a manager adds the spice to it, so congratulations to Arteta. Well, quite a lot of people thought he wouldn't make it out of last season as Arsenal manager, especially during the first months of the season when Arsenal were pretty bad and sitting in the bottom half of the table, he was able to rescue the team, and if not for their capitulation in the final 3 games, they should be playing champions league football this season. Having said that, Fulham aren't going to be an easy test, mind you that they (Fulham) have started very well this season, they drew with Liverpool in their first game of the season, they also have a very brilliant striker in Aleksandar Mitrovic, and i am pretty sure he is going to give the Arsenal defenders a really tough time. Don't get me wrong, of course Arsenal are the favorites to win, but Fulham are not going down without a fight, remember the smaller teams this season are giving the bigger teams a good run for their money, Leeds beat Chelsea, City had to struggle to get a draw with Newcastle, Palace and Fulham drew with Liverpool, Brighton and Brentford beat Manchester United, so it could be that season this time around were smaller teams don't back down, but fight. The game against Fulham wouldn't be an easy one at all, we all that. Fulham will definitely give in their best in the game with hopes to secure even if a point against Arsenal. They have been impressive since the start of the season and Mitrovic their star man also in good form will be hoping to secure atleast a point for his team in the fourth round. Arsenal on the other hand will be looking to extend their einning streak to 4 games with a win at home against Fulham. It will be a very competitive game and I can't wait to see the outcome of the game. |

Dele Alli was once a young talented player with a very promising future with the likes of Lingard, he performed brilliantly well for his former club, his movement to Besiktas is a welcome development, I believe he will be a regular player in his new club maybe he might pick up form and return to his very best and promptly return to EPL in no too distant future, it's unfortunate that Everton has to.release him with no contribution to the team in last season and this season, I think he still has a lot to offer in his new club
Dele Alli is a talented player whom I personally admired when he was playing with Tottenham, great skill, good pace and very comfortable in attack and scoring goals, too bad he went down the pecking order and was almost forgotten for his good days. Moving to Besiktas should be a good move for him, he would get better playing time, fresh atmosphere and another opportunity to find his form and improve his game again. Best of luck to him. |

Chelsea and Liverpool have not started the season well. They have made several changes within the team, but the players are still not able to adapt to the team. We may see unstable performances from Liverpool and Chelsea in a few more matches.
As I remember, Arsenal was at the bottom of the points table after losing their first 3 matches of the previous season. But this season the scenario is completely different. Arsenal is now at the top of the table after winning their first three matches. Scored 9 goals in three matches and conceded only 2 goals. Their gameplay is very good. Arsenal will be a worthy contender for this season's title if they can maintain this consistency.
A very rough start to the league for both teams, it is even worse for Liverpool. Chelsea have managed to record a win and a draw in 3 games with just 4 points to their name while Liverpool have got 2 draws in 3 games with just 2 points out of 9. Liverpool are currently struggling with injury cases to some of their key players while Chelsea having signed few new players still haven't found their balance, we will see how both teams will perform in the forth round of the season. |

Betis started the season well. scored 5 goals in their first 2 matches. and certainly will be a good value for Betis in the next match. Betis have the power to compete with the favorites this season.
Betis' next opponent is Osasuna. this is not an easy opponent because Osasuna was also quite good in his first 2 matches. they managed to score 4 goals and I think it will be quite a draw for both teams.
Fine season for Real Betis so far with 5 goals already in 2 games. Their next game will be a tough one, Osasuna have being impressive too this season and it will be a tough game between the two clubs in the weekend. I can't predict who will get all three points in the end but probably a draw will be better for both sides and both teams would score in the game. We shall see how the game turns out after all. |

People shouldn't really expect the worlds from United just because they won this game. I am not saying that we shouldn't really be doing this, all I am saying is that United may not be good because of that first two games as well. We have seen them be terrible for 2 games and be good for one game and suddenly just because they had a good game, everyone started to think they will make a comeback, recover, and be a great team. I do not expect that at all, they will surely have many more bad games, do not think that they will be bottom half, they will be top 10, but not top 4-5, thats not going to happen.
A lot will be expected from Manchester United especially now that they have defeated one of the league biggest clubs. Manchester United managed to beat Liverpool, they also made a signing of one of the world's best midfielders, all eyes will be on them this weekend with a win expected against Southampton. |

With the transfer market closing soon, Chelsea must move quickly to bring in a striker. Because seeing Chelsea's performance against Leeds,
where Chelsea had difficulty scoring goals, it proved Chelsea needed a striker. And the best candidate to fill the striker position is indeed Aubameyang,
We still have a quarter of the squad looking to transfer out just to get a game, and half of those remaining so far short of match practice they just cannot fire. Under those circumstances how do we possibly expect to have any where near the intensity we require. Of course it would help if we had just one forward who didn't keep getting injured, or could actually send the ball in the direction of the inside area of the goal mouth without hitting the goal keeper. Simply put, Boehly is learning the ropes without the support Mariana and Petr said they would give, but got pissed over their stuff up with Lukaka, who was destroying the squad atmosphere with his whining. 3 seasons ago we could not buy in, then Covid, then the "Sale", how we have survived as we have is a miracle in itself. It is going to take time to rebuild both a squad and the changing room atmosphere with the right unit going forward. Firstly, we need to get rid of all of the baggage from the past, not on loan, but gone, taking their half attitudes with them. Too long have we bought in players not up to standard and just loaned them out. Then let the ex academy loanees we are keeping progress into the 1st team. OK, not so good at the moment as we grow through the changes, but we must keep faith that the team we are building has a great future. Chelsea have struggled through some tough times from surviving the struggles with Covid 19 pandemic to facing fair play ban from signing players to changing several coaches and now a change in ownership and now a quarter of the team switching clubs this summer and struggles to get suitable replacements as soon as possible, all these trials and unfavorable circumstances have really killed the moral and confidence of the team. |

It looks like we will have another set of interesting games to watch this weekend, Manchester United will be facing Southampton, Chelsea will be going against Liecester while Arsenal will be facing in form Fulham. My favorite game to watch is the Manchester United game against Southampton because it will be a test of how much the team has picked up from their bad form and the win against Liverpool, I believe all attention will be on that game also. I hope united players will be able to face the pressure from that game.

AS Roma V Cremonese
AS Roma is now playing against Cremonese. This is Roma's home match. Neither team could score in 35 minutes. The gameplay of the Cremonese team is quite good. They know very well that Roma is a strong team and their attack is weak. And so the Cremonese are playing full defensive from the start of the match. Roma players had a total of 11 shots in the 35 minutes, each successfully blocked by Cremonese players. This match is very likely to be a draw.
Roma are playing very good game right from the beginning of the game, they had good shots and many chance to score more goals but cremonesse defense are not making shots entering the net. Cremonese also tried in their defense but Roma dominated the game all through . Chris Smalling emerged as a hero in this match when Roma forward Tammy Abraham and Paulo Dybala failed to score. The only goal of this match was when Chris Smalling received the ball released by Lorenzo Pellegrini from a corner, Smalling header rattled the Cremonese goal guarded by Andrei Radu. This victory made Roma record a slick start at the beginning of this season, Mourinho squad managed to collect perfect points from the two matches that have been undertaken. Now Roma sits in third place in the Serie A standings, Roma only loses on goal difference to Napoli and Inter Milan who sit in first and second place. Chris Smalling has been great this season. Scoring the only goal in the game will be a boost in his confidence going forward, a good and important win for Roma and Chris Smalling. Mourinho is doing a good job at Roma, alot as changed and I won't be surprised to see Roma qualifying for the champions league next season. |

Milan were the better playing team against Atalanta but this was still not good enough to be victorious this time. Atalanta did a good job by maintaining their lead for a long time and after that they still did their best not to lose. I accept that it was one of the tough fixtures for Milan but they must continue with minimum point losses for retaining their title.
By the way Napoli have been the most impressive team for two weeks. Maybe Monza were an easy team to defeat but destroying Verona like that deserved the appreciation.
Milan is a good side, the team has improved so much but I have to admit that it will be very difficult for them defending the title this season as other league big teams have strengthened their sides and will fight for the trophy this season too. Milan will have to do better in terms of attacking and defending in every game. Napoli have been very impressive so far winning all two game and scoring lots of goals, they are looking sharp and seem to be title contenders this season, the league is still young and we shall see how things go. |
