Hello guys I am addicted to gambling.How can I quit this?
Quitting gambling is a must because you then will see how much money you are going to save if you manage to stop. So it is a must especially when you have a family because gambling can lead to family problems. Just quitting it wouldn't make you save more money. You'll only spend that money on something else instead of gambling it. So you better put the amount of cash you used to gamble away, and keep it there safe and don't touch it. After months, you'll be surprised at how much you got in your safe. Gambling is easy, but winning isn't working the same way. If you're really that addicted, quitting immediately would be very hard to almost impossible specially if you're already used to gambling everyday. Just decrease the time you spend in gambling gradually until your body and mind gets accustomed to you not being that hooked. It may take time but when that happens, you'll find it easier to quit Playing again with gambling and lessen the time would not still work for sure because you wont able to control your self again and you would surely get addicted even more and you would really had a hard time on quitting. Its better not to play at all cost. It maybe not working but i think that is the best thing addicted people can do since i believe they cannot quit easily with it, so slowly quiting is the best so they can determine that their doing is worthfull and they can see the bad effect of their bad tantrums, making it so quick is can make people hunger to play gambling, surely they will miss the game and it can trigger their wants to play again. Indeed people who are already addicted in gambling will certainly do something very fatal to life. most of the gamblers who have been addicted will play with the brutal way and don't think long against the money they have. If you want to help out then the family is the main thing and also the support of a close friend or family You have a point though, stopping them completely would be very hard because of the emotions would comeout compared on lessen the time of playing gambling. Well this would be efective as long the player is already awared on his actions and could able to quit completely on the long run. Yes but if it reduces the playing time I think is also very difficult and it takes a long time. If we do stop completely in gambling and occupy themselves with other activities that will help to quit gambling. Good intentions are also required, most people who fail if it wants quit in gambling because they forget their intention so that initially would quit gambling will fail. Stopping completely on playing gambling would be the very best move to choose because if intend to play again with lesser time it would be still useless because the aims are still their which would continue to grow even more and you would have a hard time to remove it completely in yourself when you intend to expose too much even more on playing such games. If you are a sensible person and willing to yourself to quit gambling you could definitely do it because you are controling you own mind and emotions. You do have a point but its not effective as always and other said that a gambler must lessen the time when hes playing gambling would do if the person would be serious enough to quit gambling for good then he would eventually lessen the addiction but if you still play on everyday basis its up to a person when his addiction have been increased or be lessen. I think he is right by cutting off the time for gambling of course by the time goes, we will used to not gamble so need to do is perform other time-consuming activities so that automatically we would have left gambling. |

the really problem of italian serie A, are only one : not play italian people. Is possible see this when you see the italy play, the bomber of italy are Immobile, Pellè, Eder, nobody of this play in big team. Big team only buy stranger player and now, with Roma, Milan, Inter in the hand of stranger businessman, nobody invest in italy young player
It is not all about buying stranger players than using Italian young players, the fact is that there is no special/great Italian offensive player. Italy is great in producing deffensive player but not good in producing strickers. Immobile was great few years ago but he is not consistent. Italy really missed great strickers like Inzaghi, Del Piero, Roberto Baggio, etc. Italy era is over, they have close to none great player besides defender and goalkeeper. In few more years if there isnt any regeneration of player then you could expect their FIFA ranking to go alot lower. Well there is nothing that theu could done to avoid that right now, nature selection is real tough Not yet,maybe for bettor maybe the answer will yes but for national team, Italy still have a great history and not always disappointing when a great competition. |
