1781  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people store their bitcoin on a file, or on paper? on: May 14, 2016, 06:01:55 PM
...I mean, if you use an online wallet, it way safer that having it stored on a file or paper which can be stolen at any time.

Oh my GOD no. You're completely backwards on this. No no no. Online wallets are all centralized. Just avoid them. Make 100 copies if you're worried about losing a paper wallet but don't store anything you care about on an online wallet. Look up the 1000s of examples. Just Google it.

exactly this is so true.
i don't know what OP is thinking that he said this.

i would personally prefer to have my wallet generated ofline and kept that way without the help of any third party (online wallets)
1782  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin dropped to $1, what you do? on: May 14, 2016, 05:59:16 PM
you should at least ask about what if about the prices that are close like $200-$300 because the low price of $1 is unreachable.
1783  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do Bitcoin wallet GUI's look so basic? on: May 01, 2016, 07:36:21 AM
I'd have to agree that the wallet is indeed a bit dated, but it serves it's purpose. I don't think there's enough community intrest to change a fully working tool just because it looks a bit dated.
You can do anything you need to do with bitcoin core, and if you don't like it, i find multibit HD having a nice gui (altough it's not completely free).

it became free with the latest update, but it is too late if you ask me. they did a wrong thing forcing people to pay them fees for using their wallet while there are better wallets like Electrum available for free.

1784  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Ethereum Paradox on: May 01, 2016, 07:34:01 AM

Oh I get it now.

Not only is Ethereum impossible, it's creator is
downright evil.

lol, i don't know about evil but i will personally never trust an altcoin which the developer dumps his own coin for fiat. and not a small amount of pre launch coin, no, a lot of coins worth 1 million dollars dumped.
1785  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Everyone looses in the long run on: May 01, 2016, 07:30:49 AM
Most of you guys sound like a bunch of losing gamblers. Always saying nobody wins. Maybe if I play roulette for 20 years I'm guaranteed to lose. Guess what. If someone is a sports fanatic and controls his emotions, is not greedy, and practices money management, he can win in the long run with sports wagering. He gets to pick his own games! Nothing to do with luck or the house edge, like casinos...

If your talking about sports betting it's possible that you get some profit. The majority of people who gamble on sites always lose, there's no question about that!! After all it depends on the gambler on what he/she wants or what is he/she comfortable with.
Are you aware that on sports the game fixing is already exist. Hard to beat that.

it is different in sports betting but not by a lot of difference it is just a little.

afterall it is just gambling and all of the games will come down to your chance, even in sports betting the team you are betting on can lose and lead you to lose your money also.
1786  Economy / Gambling / Re: "richest gambling sites"??? on: May 01, 2016, 07:27:00 AM
I think Primedice and DirectBet will come close... Probably PD will be at the top though...

I too following these sites. Prime dice is also old and good. DirectBet is too good for gambling. I use both sites in gambling.

yeah they are both good sites although primedice has only dice games while the other has so many more.

i don't know why i don't see directbet here advertising at all, i see pd more even when they don't have a signature campaing!!
1787  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to play gambling in a smart way? on: May 01, 2016, 07:23:06 AM
playing gambling takes patience. with patience you will be able to play smart. and you will be able to win every game. you will profit and become wealthy.
I think patience is the key to success in this game, and we must also be good at self-control, because of how much good will in this game would be pointless if you can not control yourself and wait

self control yes, but patience no.

i don't see how you would need to be patient in order to win in gambling or make profit it is not like if you are patient your luck is going to change, your luck is what it is and you can't do anything about it.
1788  Other / Archival / Re: Do you use bitcoin as currency or investment? on: May 01, 2016, 07:20:30 AM
like majority of the poll respods i also use bitcoin as both a currency and an investment,

but the currency using part is only as an online currency not like fiat everywhere.
1789  Economy / Speculation / Re: What would be the price? on: May 01, 2016, 07:17:30 AM
it takes time to get to that level of adoption and be used by this many peopel all over the world so i think after that the price can be in 4 digits range very easily since it had break that barrier before i find it possible.
1790  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do Bitcoin wallet GUI's look so basic? on: May 01, 2016, 07:15:38 AM
maybe it is because developers (and programmers in general) don't care about user interface since they don't use it that much themselves.

so i think if you have any suggestions you should submit it that way as a suggestion to improve the GUI
1791  Economy / Speculation / Re: What do you think for May??? on: May 01, 2016, 07:07:45 AM
yes! i think it will continue on the current path to reach $550 soon

but you should post these topics in speculation section not here!
1792  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I bought games from steam thread on: April 30, 2016, 03:23:45 PM
In case that someone missed my question:
Do you have any (game) recommendations?
Without some more info there is really hard to suggest a game for you. You have to specify what genres you are preferring.
I don't want to recommend a RPG game to an avid driving games fan and vice versa.

another game that i loved playing is dark souls 1 and 2 and haven't bough 3 yet (it is expensive Cheesy) if you like to die buy DS

DS is pretty expensive on Steam ATM but you can grab it from G2A for $48 https://www.g2a.com/dark-souls-iii-steam-cd-key-global.html

thanks for the link but it is still pretty expensive for my taste Cheesy

i might end up pirating it in the end Wink since i am not such a fan of the multiplayer part of it, getting a little off topichere but i love the story especially the love triangle in the previous version
1793  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: earn 0.5 btc on: April 30, 2016, 03:20:31 PM
Can anyone suggest me some ways to earn 0.5btc in one month online...i know it is not possible with faucets..is there any other way
my suggestion is, you can join campaign in this forum and write post ,quote it is possible earning 0.5 btc in one month online

you will have to invest some money first by buyin a high rank account first because lower ranks have very bad rates and then you have to find a good campaing that accepts you because they are all full.
1794  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How it is Done? on: April 30, 2016, 03:15:43 PM
do you mean on the blockchain.info website?

because you can add anything you want to that , a tag (name) or link you just have to sign a message

goto blockchain.info/tags or sign in your wallet and add lable (i think lable if you make it public does the same thing)

example: https://blockchain.info/address/1dice8EMZmqKvrGE4Qc9bUFf9PX3xaYDp
1795  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I bought games from steam thread on: April 30, 2016, 03:05:26 PM
In case that someone missed my question:
Do you have any (game) recommendations?

it depends on your taste, the most popular game that everybody loves is CS:GO you might even have it,

my expenses on steam is only buying Dota2 items these days (dota2 is free). you can also buy CS:GO items.

another game that i loved playing is dark souls 1 and 2 and haven't bough 3 yet (it is expensive Cheesy) if you like to die buy DS

oh, almost forgot to say this, go on steam and do some search in their market they suggest games in their list that are similar and you can read the feedack and decide that way also.
1796  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Everyone looses in the long run on: April 30, 2016, 02:58:30 PM
everybody loses in gambling and only if you are lucky then you will lose in the long run and if you are not lucky then you will lose in short term and in the begining.
1797  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: HYIP: Are there any benefits? on: April 30, 2016, 02:52:13 PM
HYIP are very similar to gambling. You can profit from it if you are watchful and abstemious  But you have to realize the moment you want to get up from the table and go home.
Most people are oblivious to that and they will stay in HYIP until the end - when it is usually the end.

HYIP obviously will become scam on the long run when it finally collapses.
The benefit of hyip is if you are one of the first to join them

Early birds catches the early worms. When a hyip site will be released you should  be  first onr in the line to gain a chance, for you receive your initial invest plus the profit you will get.

that is not always true, i have seen HYIPs that have ran away the very first day of their operation, they are scams you can never count on them to honer their commitment,.
1798  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITVEST PLINKO LIVE STREAM! on: April 30, 2016, 02:45:10 PM
thsi sounds nice, i will check it out later when i get back home.

is there any specifit time for the steaming?
1799  Other / Archival / Re: Should we sell btc? on: April 30, 2016, 02:42:27 PM
Selling now will be not the best thing that you can do with Bitcoin because the value is not even that high so you wont also get much money for it.
So it would be also better if you are waiting a longer time so you can maybe earn more money with it later.

this topic is old but i agree.

selling at this price is not a good idea, the rise has just started and in the following weeks the price will be above $500 very soon.
1800  Economy / Speculation / Re: Stable Bitcoin Price on: April 30, 2016, 02:38:35 PM
the stability has been broken now and there will only be rise.

that is why i have my eyes and ears open on the market watching everything to buy in the dips.
