I guess this coin is dead now since the code is messed up.

https://tkt.minerpools.com/index.php keeps finding a "lucky" block every few blocks or so.

Too many coins out there now. Waste of time mining this. Wish dev tested this code before launching this coin.

Not sure what you mean, thats exactly how it is supposed to be, https://tktlto.suprnova.cc works exactly the same way, if everyone is just mining on the lottery pools, the found blocks are all "lucky"...

Didn't know it worked this way. I was mining on the "non-lottery" pool and then checked the other pools and they were making 100x as I was making 1x.

This coins value will be like 1 satoshi since the 15Gh/s miner is making 444,542,818 coins per day.
NO, read the OP. I am pretty sure those estimate numbers are inflate by the X100 and 1/50th odds. 15Gh is not getting that many coins or even close.

Huh ??!

I've even posted on the TKT-LOT and TKT-NONLOT Pools in red in the header how it works.

There is a non-lottery pool where you get 250 coins for every block. Blocks are found on a regular basis (ideally when the done percentage says 100%) and there is the lottery pool where you get 250.000 coins per block BUT there is a 1:50 chance that the coin finds a block, so a block is not found ideally at 100%, its found somewhere between 0 and 50000%  ...  (the coin's code decides by "throwing a dice" if the blocks get accepted or not.)

It's like a lottery.. Thats what the coin is all about Smiley

Thats why there are two separate pools for it.. tkt.suprnova.cc and tktlto.suprnova.cc .. and thats why there are two separate categories for pools in the OP Smiley

So it finds the blocks but they blocks never mature? How can you tell if they matured correctly or not?

I dont think thats true.... The blocks register as 25k one the pool but are only worth 1. It's the Block finder which has the real number of blocks found... Its just how supernova has set it up

Oh, didnt know that. I apologise and retract my original statement. I kept checking the "block" logs and it was saying 25,000 value every few minutes or so.

17965  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Antminer S2 Underclock on: May 07, 2015, 12:00:55 AM
You can underclock it so its less heat/noise but the power consumption will always be fixed since you can't change the voltage

how the heat is reduced if there is the same wattage(you said the same consumption)? it does not make sense

Perhaps what he means to say is the efficiency(W/GH) will always be fixed, not the power consumption.

Yes that's what I meant. The W/GH will always be fixed but the total watts will be lower along with the hashrate when underclocked.

I don't understand why you are asking 50 BTC which is like over $10,000. I think the max ICO should be $100 or so or even $50 to pay for hosting, graphic design, etc.

If you believe in the coins success you can mine yourself like the rest of us and sell in the future if your coin succeeds.
17969  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [OFFICIAL]Bitfinex.com first Bitcoin P2P lending platform for leverage trading on: May 06, 2015, 10:03:16 PM
Is the site having some issues? I sold more BTC but my current positions balance, base price and liquidation price hasn't been updated, even though in the logs it shows the trade was executed.

GRAV 7K to 14K in five minutes

dead cat bounce with no support!

You do realise dead cat bounces NEVER happen when you can't short a market. Its only for stocks or commodities because people are short and they cover at a low price.

So if you invested in the ICO, you would be up at least 500% if you sold at the bid at 0.00066666

17974  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which is your strategy on dice sites? on: May 05, 2015, 06:33:11 PM
What was this guy trying to achieve?? He was already plus 5000 BTC  Shocked I guess some people really don't know when to stop. Investors must have made a fortune.

That's not clear.

He started off bankrolling the site, and doing well from that.

Then we had a big player come (nakowa) to the site and win a bunch. He kept winning, and that put mechs on tilt. He wanted to "get back at" nakowa. You see it all the way through the chat. They even made a 1 BTC bet at one point. Mechs seemed personally insulted by nakowa's winning.

So he won a bunch while nakowa was bankrolling the site, to try to hurt nakowa. But by doing so, he also hurt everyone else who was bankrolling the site, and felt bad about that. So it seems part of him wanted to win (to hurt nakowa) and part wanted to lose (to stop hurting everyone else).

Kind of a crazy situation to be in really.

Really? That's crazy. So he really lost all that money just because he felt bad for everybody else?

Something doesn't seem right about that situation,.

Where is dump  Huh cmon at least to the 10k please. Roll Eyes

mining cost is about 8-9k sats.

Mining cost was around 12-14K if you were using rented rigs .Hashrate was around 9PHs during POW.

And most of the miners must have already dumped their coins in yobit. Also before it was listed in trex almost 500K coins were staked and 10 MNs were there ,now around 300-320K coins are being staked and 8 MNs are there.

No the mining cost was around 5500 Sats if you were mining from the very beginning before any of the blocks halved. That is with rented rigs.

Later on it cost more to mine because the blocks halving were  very large, much larger then the mining cost and the difficulty never seemed to change. So you could of made alot of money taking the risk mining this.
17977  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Mayweather vs Pacquiao - Who are you taking? on: May 05, 2015, 09:31:46 AM
For all you boxing fans: Will Amir Khan gonna get a chance at Mayweather before he retires? I only watched a couple of his fights but he looks pretty good, no boxing expert so could be wrong. Better question, would you pay to watch Khan vs Mayweather?  Cheesy

Yeah of course. That would be a pretty interesting match but no way it will happen.

But it would sure be a good fight to watch and bet on.
17978  Economy / Gambling / Re: New Game: Who will mine the next block? on: May 05, 2015, 09:30:46 AM
Pretty much everybody is either betting for F2pool or Antpool. The other pools rarely find any blocks.

The hash should be more spread out.

17980  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Do you think mining will be profitable again ? on: May 05, 2015, 01:08:03 AM
Is there anyway to make extra profit by pool hopping like on Antpool when its having a bad luck day?

I tried the Nicehash/Westhash mining on F2 but too many people are doing it that the spread isn't large enough to make any actual profit.

Anyone know how the PPLNS work on Antpool?

It had very bad luck on 2 blocks but if you jumped in and mined the next 7 blocks youre luck would have been 250%.

But would your shares actually count on the next 7 blocks? No idea exactly how PPLNS works
