181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should i quit on joining bounty campaign? on: August 20, 2018, 12:23:26 PM
It was an unfortunate event that i was able to join an ICO campaign that was really not good in terms of their management. They are requiring to do the bounty hunters a KYC process as to help them identify the real bounty hunters. Well that is good though and i am confident that i am able to comply in the KYC process. However, a couple of months pass the team requires the bounty hunters to contribute with 0.1 eth and that time I was about to think why when in fact they will do KYC? So i think there is something fishy out there in their ICO and i quit joining bounty campaigns. I posted more than 200 post for them but sad to say my efforts had gone to nothing. I am afraid now to join ICO bounty campaign. Should i quit? Well anyway i found SONDER and this time i am sure that i have joined a good ICO having a live sales which sold million of tokens in their private sales. No question with the success we are almost reaching the soft cap and i am planning also to invest with them as the team told us that our contribution as eth increases so does our tokens. WOw i am really impressed with these ICO. The team are working hard and i am happy and great to be with these team. I finally found the one.

Yes there are bounty that require KYC and sometimes donate ETH. I avoid bounties that are like this. I instead search another better campaign to participate. Is your question reffering to quit bounty for good ? Yes you quit the campaign you're talking about but if you already want to quit being a bounty hunter then it is up you. I say not all bounty are like that.
182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: whats your plans for the year 2018 on: August 20, 2018, 11:59:28 AM
my plan is to keep 6 potential alt coins till year end. at least keep until bull market. specially coins are req, ada, trx, prl ,cs and snov. i wish two bull markets will come in this year

https://www.bitcoinmarena.info

Bitcoin is rising slowly again. But I don't think that it will continue until it recover. Even though that's tge case, I will not stop hoping that market will soon recover. This 2018, I will kept holding different altcoins that I have. The only question is, what if I need money? For sure I will cut my losses.

184  Economy / Economics / Re: "10 Common Mistakes We make with MONEY" on: August 15, 2018, 01:46:57 PM
Mistake 1: Never lend someone money you are not willing to loose. When you lend someone money, always assume you may never get it back. If you feel that after lending the money out you may not be able to survive with what is left with you, then simply don’t lend the person.

Yes this is right. You may never get back. The money again. A person is an angel when he / she needs something that you have but he/she turns into a monster, into a devil when it is already the date to return the money. The one you lend is one who is angry.
185  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Who believes in HODLING? on: August 14, 2018, 07:07:00 AM
Hello people!

Reality is we are very early in this industry and the pace at which projects are coming up and the technology is changing does anyone believe in HODLING cryptos anything other than Bitcoin and Ethereum?

Yes I do believe in holding coins other than bitcoin and ethereum. In fact I am holding the alt I earned last March. This alt reached 1 dollar before the distribution and I am hoping that it will happen again soon. The hard part is that, market is still down so as the price pf the alt I am holding so it seems that it take a much longer time to reach 1 dollar again
186  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Be calm when the market falls on: August 14, 2018, 06:33:19 AM
One strategy that works best in times of fall in the market is to remain calm, and not allow yourself to be blown by panic. Just hold the tokens with large caps and even if possible, buy more tokens and hold. For some coins like Bitcoin and Ethereum, it is always certain that whenever there is a fall, there is definitely going to be a rise.

What will you do when the market falls?

This is definitely true and effective. But only for coins thay has a big potential. If not better to sell it or else get nothing from the coin. Today the prices are still low the difficult thing is when we become trap in a situation that we need money in times of crash/dump. How can we remain calm ? We have no choice but to cut our losses
187  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Addiction? on: August 14, 2018, 05:59:44 AM
Do you ever feel like you're overly obsessed with cryptocurrencies or trading/investing in general?
Personally, I'm fairly satisfied with my investments/decisions so far but yet I'm looking for market opportunities most of the time. I think that's mainly because of the fact that majority of my time browsing the internet I watch related content. I'm passionate quite passionate about it.

Over time it kinda makes me feel depressed that I don't make as much as I possibly could or others have better scores (some unhealthy jealousy I guess?), so this "paper-chasing" has become a target itself.

When I want to take a break from all this stuff for let's say a month or week at least then I'm not able to because I'm afraid that I will miss out on something.
On the one hand, I have made investments in projects I believe in so I could leave it for few months even and then back but at the other hand, I'm still not quite sure about my diversification so I keep watching the market.

Can anyone relate?

I feel you . lately I am feeling that I am waking just to do some crypto thing. It is my cellphone and wifi I get first when I wake up. I do not want to miss crypto price especially when it increases. But I also hate myself because on the other hand I still get nothing from my last 3 months of spending in bitcointalk.org plus tge price is low.
188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do u follow what politicians say about cryptocurrency? on: August 12, 2018, 02:15:24 PM
In recent days, more and more politicians and heads of central banks talk about cryptocurrency!
Do u follow them? Yes or no? Why
I do follow them and tend to think, soon they will find a way to control cryptocurrency, because that's a huge amount of money, governor's loosing!
For example yesterday head bank of England governor Mark Carney said there is a concern among international regulators about the use of digital currencies and that he expects it to be on the agenda at upcoming G20 meetings. But he also highlighted the “huge range of opportunities” presented by the underlying technology, a view he’s shared before in relation to payment systems.

It is important to become updated to the latest news especially if it is the people having high position who talks about it. It is good to see that cryptos are recognize by them and will be much better if they are not against with it. Will I follow what they say? I can't answer yes or no. Because I will just follow them if they are saying good but I maybe against if I think it is no good at all
189  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you research altcoins? on: August 12, 2018, 01:54:46 PM
How do you research altcoins to invest in? I'm talking about legit/long term investing in projects that have real potential to become something that creates value.

How do you find the coins you're looking for?

What are your go to tools?

I sometimes look at the advetisements in coinmarketcap and other sites online. I am also reading in different threads in bitcointalk.org to search some news especially in altcoin sections. Look for different alt bounties. By this time, I do not have much time to spend in alts, I cannot research well and I am quite behind the latest.
190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Good Signature Campaign on: August 12, 2018, 01:22:08 PM
Hello Bounty Hunter Friends,

Could you please tell me which signature campaign is the best for now? And, Please share your way how to choose a good signature or social bounty?

Thank You

Telling which signature campaign is a scam or not is as hard as telling which signaturw campaign is the best. All campaigns has its own best part like the allocation, number of coins, etc that will attract investors and campaign participants. It takes time to analyze which is which.
191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It is hard to detect scammed bounty campaign.. on: August 12, 2018, 11:54:09 AM
It is really hard to detect scammed bounty campaign.  After completing all the requirements to be able to get accepted in a bounty campaign, spending much time to participate in forums and not to mention carrying their banners, completing all the tasks and reports then all of a sudden you will just find out that you have been scammed already.  luckily I am not the only one but to think all participants did the same efforts as well as you did.  But it is really happening, lesson learned and could be just charge it to experience and move on.  If we could only find out at early stage if we were in to scam or a legit bounty campaign.  Who would really know anyway?

I think most of bounty hunters really find it hard to determine which of so many campaigns are legit and not. I am already a full member but I can say I sometimes pick a wrong campaign and at the end I got no payment. Sad. Yes we do have lesson learned but since it is hard to choose among live bounties, we just repeat our mistakes if we choose wrong bounty again.
192  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you think, will BTC again jump in December? on: August 11, 2018, 08:25:24 AM
Hello Guys
I think, that will a BTC in next one or two months going down but, no so much, and then coming next jump. But this time, I think it will take longer and maybe will come also a new record resault. I will appreciate an expert comment.

I do not know and I am not good at guessing but I am hoping that bitcoin will atleast move up in the month of December. I do not care if it will not fully recover but around 10K$ to 12K$ is not bad at all. Market is still bearish yes bitcoin will surely recover but I guess bitcoin will not yet be back as it is last year maybe in the next coming year(s).

194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to make cash without investing? on: August 07, 2018, 09:25:04 AM
How can I earn cash without investing? Can I earn a thousand dollars without investing or buying first?

There is no impossible when it comes to crypto. Yes you can really earn thousand dollars without investing or by not buying any coin. Just earn it by joining bounties, or mine it , or through faucet. But it is not that fast to earn big amount of money especially when you will join bounty and your rank is not high. Here, Patience is the Key.
195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what's your reason joining here in crypto? on: August 07, 2018, 07:55:31 AM
what's your reason joining here in crypto?

I am here and I remain to be here because it helps me to make a real money without so many requirements to pass and time or schedule to follow. I can also make crypto as my part time when I already get hired into a regular job out there.
Future in crypto seems promising, technology is growing and there are countries who are already starting to adopt / use / accept crypto.
196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: wasted 3-4 months in bounty and at end got nothing ?? on: August 07, 2018, 07:36:36 AM
I was a part of korona coin signature campaign from the bountyhive portal after working of 3-4 months i get to know that ICO did not reached the soft cap and i was not awarded any thing....that has caused me depression now....how the hell i choose a good bounty...after doing some research users suggested me bountyhive is good and i got this...what now...how to choose a good bounty that atleast pays somthing...some say good bounty managers but some of those campaign pays as well.....which ico rating sites are best for this please help....

Currently which is the best campaign to join can anyone suggest.... Huh

That is one of the biggest challenge a bounty hunter will encounter "To find one good better campaign that will surely succeed". I also encounter campaign that are scam, or does not reach its target. Yea it is a sad thing. I have no income again for the next few months. New campaign to join another bunches of efforts. But we have to keep searching good campaigns and learn from our previous experiences.
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: encourage others to crypto on: August 07, 2018, 06:37:40 AM
Will you encourage others to invest in crypto and explain to them that this is not a scam or a pyramiding activity?

I already tried it before. I encourage my love ones to join or be in crypto world but I only tell them the basic, I just want them to learn from the thing I told them. I never told them to invest since they are first timer and may think that it is just a joke plus I do want to be the reason why they will lose their money in wrong investment. For now, I already stopped encouraging. I just want to focus making money and besides it is not that easy to make them understand that crypto is not networking , not pyramiding because their ears are close.
198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Airdrops and Bounties useful? on: August 06, 2018, 03:15:04 PM
Are Airdrops and Bounties really leading to a successful coin? There are so many out there this time.
Or are they mostly shitcoins, disappear or using your emails for phishing?
Have you ever participate to one with high profit? How long was wait for that?
I think most of them are just bullshit and time wasting and not worth putting some effort in.

Between bounty and airdrop, bounty has the bigger chance for a successful coin. It is well promoted by signature campaign participants where investors can saw it and easily look for its ANN thread and whitepaper.
Yes I already participated in bounty that has a high profit to earn. Its end keep extending amd some started to doubt into it. When it got finished, the distribution took so long but when we already got in our wallet the payment, all times spend in bounty are worth it.
199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you join ICOs that requires KYC? on: August 06, 2018, 02:10:05 PM
Do any of you participate in ICOs that requires KYC (Know your Customer). We actually experienced this one on exchanges but how about in partipating in ICOs or just even in airdrop that requires KYC.

I think it depends as for me as they are many scams as well just getting your information. In some instances, we can be blind sometimes, mkay? I really do not join airdrops if it requires too needy to get your personal information.

I believe some people are not cautious as long as they can join airdrops. How about you? What are your thoughts about KYC in ICOS?

When it comes to a bounty campaign that requires KYC, if I can avoid it then I do avoid it. I know KYC is created for a good purpose like limiting multi account in one campaign but on the other hand, it can also be used to get the information of someone and then use it in something bad. If I think it is worth to participate in KYC, then I go for it.
200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best way to promote an ICO on: August 05, 2018, 02:48:04 PM
In your opinion which is the best way to promote an ICO at initial level to create buzz?  Do you think Ann threads are enough for that and how much is the role of bounty campaigns in that?

Yes ANN thread is good. But I believe, bounty is better than ANN thread. In bounty there is a signature campaign wherein participants will wear avatar and signature and with every posts they make in different sections, many individual including investors will notice about it. Another is the social media campaign, youtube, telegram, and reddit wherein ICOs can be promoted not only inside bitcointalk. Translation of bounty is also a big help because every other people who are not fluent in english can understand the campaign easier if translated.
