I love how the dev's are handling this coin, the community around the coin and the entire operation of the project shows integrity. What i gather so far is, in a nutshell is you must be a stakeholder to have the privilege. Not just any other coin, its very impressive.
This is exactly why i spontaneously decided the airdrop process is not for me. The arrogance is unbelievable. Like someone looked at my profile, told me you registered this date, didn't post this date blah blah blah. Like WTF seriously? And if you talk about it here, to those already receiving the drop, its either your ranting or sad lol. Its ok to look at a process and see if its working or not.
Essentially, running a signature campaign for free. Wait 6 weeks, but in that six weeks you have to wear the signature and if you're rejected still? lol common
So, you were a dedicated DO supporter for, what, 3 days or so...?

Why this coin? Now we have eBTC, ELTC, EETH, ETHlite, ETHCash... and all this useless.
ECASH is a brand. It's like the name of a premium domain. This is an underrated post. Should this token gain traction it will undoubtedly come to the attention of the existing brand holder/s.

We just added an option for Guests (not official forum members) to subscribe our future email newsletters when we reach enough number of subscribers we can send these people some of our important emails. New exchange, New development news, etc
Great idea and nice to see it implemented! It will be interesting to see how many guest accounts register to receive the DO newsletters.

I've got another question, since this whole signature campaign is new to me:
Is it safe to switch ones signature? What I mean is, is that as a Sr. member I have the option to choose between 2 signatures. The one I'm currently using, I'm finding a bit "shouting", so I would like to switch to the other one instead. If I were to do that, would that affect my post counting?
As far as I understand, as long as you switch to the alternative signature (appropriate for your bitcointalk member level) correctly, all of your posts for the current period will count towards your Airdrop eligibility for that same period.

hi, just want to clarify regarding deepvault. deepvault only stores file hashes, not the actual files, right? if we have a set of 100 small files that needs to be hashed and stored, do we need to pay 100 onions for this and transact 100 times? or just 1 onion for storing 100 file hashes in 1 transaction?
I believe its 1 onion per document registration, verifying the files are free. The registration fee is there to prevent abuses on our block chain. We can set another ratio, 0.1 or so in the future, base on market prices.Thank you for sharing this important information crypto-rainbow. Have you published this info on the community forums as well? I was asking about fees adjustments the other day and couldn't seem to find an answer there (easily).

How about this entry, like the movies of the killer, but he needs to chop these onions. Hehehe. This is a great image mate! It's worth getting a full run here at least once again without a SNIP.

Can't wait to see Deep Vault in action, this is such good news! Finally a secure data storage! Deeponion makes me happier by the day!
I am sure the Dev Team appreciate your enthusiasm, but the DeepVault is not for data storage - it is for the verification of documents. Check out this video for an excellent presentation of what DeepVault actually does: https://deeponion.org/community/threads/deepvault-introduction-part-2-sneak-peak.3977/

Woot! Congratulations to the Dev Team on the launch of this wallet innovation which is unique to DeepOnion!

That's the best DeepOnoin related gif/picture I've seen. It's simply not a regular photo that was Photoshop, but original work and art.
The original artwork is not mine. It's actually an old meme (as far as memes go) and has been circulating the internet for a decade in this form: http://i.somethingawful.com/u/garbageday/2015/Comedy_Goldmine/Skeleton_GIFs/Hogge_Wild_46.gifThe original artwork all meme gifs were derived from is a single frame cartoon, which (I think) was first published on the frontpage of fok.nl in 2008. Here is an example of the original image (which I used to create the DO version of the meme):

It's not FUD, just look at the books.
It's FUD. Incidentally, I break even at around 2300 sats. That is such an awesome MEME. It really made me laugh! Thank you - that's the best compliment I could have received! By the way, did you notice the final embedded 'message' right on the edge of the lower right corner?

who has such large chunks of coins to sell? madness
Miners perhaps - or maybe airdrop participants that bailed out when Onions were $4.80 and have been trading their profits since.

Hi Guys, A little problem: I have applied the 12 round and got the airdrop. But it seems I will upgrade to "member" on this Wednesday(Oct 11). I know I need update the signature and re-apply. My question is: how to calculate the posts number for 13 round for my case? from Oct 11 or from Oct 6? Hey there candy - if you are already accepted and have received an Airdrop, it is not necessary for you to reapply. All you will have to do is update your signature (after you have reached 'Member' level on bitcointalk) and continue on participating in the project as you normally would. Be sure to have posted a minimum of 10 meaningful posts during this Airdrop period - it does not matter what membership level you were when you made those posts.

Here's some fun artwork I somehow managed to create; feel free to use it where and when it seems appropriate:

Support ticket feature i think already opened! I just submit my support ticket today for my case, For anyone who has a problem around deeponion or may be rejected in airdrop maybe able to try it out! Good luck!
Yes, the Support Ticket System is now online! I hope this helps all the people who have waited these days, this now will organize more the job of our Moderators for a better attention to the users. I am truly grateful for the efforts of our Development Team, this clearly shows that they are working to create a great Community. DeepOnion to the moon my friends. This is a very necessary improvement - congratulations to all involved in implementing it!

How he or she manage to avoid filtering? Most legit people got cut and left out of airdrop. There was no filtering off any consequence. As far as I can work out, the dev just dropped tokens until the max public distribution was met. The dev then doled out tokens from the 'developers fund' to those who managed to voice their concerns in the limited (and arbitrary) time 'allowed' for complaints. Until such stage as they thought the 'developers fund' was looking a little slim I imagine.
